They were very gentle, and did a great iob! I got the deluxe pedicure and my nails painted. My new favorite place in Palestine! They were very kind and professional! Nice building as well!

The technician did a very good job. Was a little rough but not bad. I did not feel the station (86) was clean key alone sanitizer. There was clipped nails on the towel when I sat down and none of the instruments he used appeared to be clean they all had nail dust on them needless to say Sanitized myhandwhen I left and will not be back

Been in there 3 times, they are rude every time. The last time I picked out my polish, she refused to use the one I picked and went and got another color. Would not listen.to me when I told her that I wanted the other one. All I ever get is a pedicure. My nail polish will stay on till I go for my next one. This one dint last but Alitalia we over a week . I had to get a polish change. I kept thinking it was a misunderstanding, miscommunication but 3rd time a charm . I wont go back.

Went here for a pedicure and she kept cutting my cuticles so much that I would bleed then she sprayed alcohol on them...my toenails hurt after this pedicure and will never go back here.

Went here to get nails for prom. Had never done matte acrylics and they came out perfect! Very sweet and kind staff that are there for YOU! They didnt rush their job and always made sure the customer was satisfied during their visit. My nails look amazing, and I had a great experience too.

It was amazing. They took care of a ingrown nail i didnt know i had. They where careful considerate. Took good care of us. One of us fell asleep wile here. There maybe a lack of communication but they will do anything to let you know what to do or what they need. Amazing experience and loved it.

I came in after work at 4:30 and was told the wait was 10 min and after an hour and 10 min they finally sat me down not only was the wait really long the guy sat me down and was texting on his phone While I sit and wait even more. I was told I could get a discount and the work would be $40 but instead he charged $50 and lied. He did one of my nails completely crooked and had to fix it. I wasn’t told his name but he wears glasses and he’s really skinny and sits to the right as you walk in. Never coming here again

This place is great and has really good customer service. I came on a Saturday and they were pretty busy, one of the ladies called someone and they came just to so my nails. The results were great and exactly what I wanted

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because 1 is to many! I’ve had my nails done several times here and have generally been pleased but my last visit was so horrible that it will forever outweigh the good times. I had a VERY rude lady (can’t remember her name) do my nails and her demeanor the whole time was very sloppy/rude/mean/and rough. She had an attitude the whole time, stayed on the phone, and ignored me TWICE when I asked if she could fix my very crooked nails. When I was finished with her and went to get my pedicure I told the manager what a horrible experience I just had with that employee and she looked at my nails and said sorry..took the employee in her office (to talk is what I assumed)..they both came out laughing and when I went to check out I waited to see if the right action would take place and NOBODY even offered to fix my nails, offer a discount, or anything!!! I was livid!
