Steve was able to come to my home within days of my calling for an appointment to give me a bid then was able to schedule my repair within a week. He explained every step of the process with diagrams so I knew exactly what work would be done and why. His crew showed up on time and was quick and efficient. They had to do a small amount of demo in a closet but my invoice was still exactly what was bid, not a penny more. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Frustrating experience with getting them to commit to the appointment. Felt mistreated and disrespected. A month of waiting for an appointment to look at basement filtrations. Week of appointment comes, day before they call to confirm -great- and then the morning of appointment they called again saying that there was a problem with a family member and they needed to postpone to next week - fine, understandable. Week after, only appointment they have was during work hours. I arrange to leave work early. Day before they call to confirm they will be there. Day of the appointment, few hours before, a half message asking if it was possible to postpone AGAIN. I saw the message just two hours before when I was almost ready to leave. I texted back saying I could not postpone given all the waiting and the trouble I went to arrange the day and time. They didnt text back, they didnt call to explain they were not coming. They didnt show. I texted ; I called back. Just the machine. Never heard back from them; no an apology. I was not happy. Sorry to have to leave a negative message but that was my experience with this company.EDIT after company response: lots of falsehood in that response but it really is not worth my time and energy.

Quality fid my foundation repair/waterproofing 3 or 4 years ago and was fantastic. Weve had no issues since and that was over the 2 years of really heavy rains here in omaha. Very fast and professional.

QFR is an honest and good company to work with they have the most competitive bid out there. We’ve asked multiple companies, but QFR stood out from the rest because of their competitiveness. Steve and his men have been really honest and patient with us throughout the entire process. They made sure not to cut corners, and told us of other issues that other big foundation companies ignored. I am definitely happy with the work they’ve done; no more bouncy and sinking floors, everything is level, and etc. I would highly recommend them for any foundation related work.

Steve came out to take a look at some concerns I had with my foundation. He was really nice and informative. He gave me some really good advice and was an all around friendly guy. The owner refused to say that he misdiagnosed the problem and eventually charged me for the job WITH INTEREST instead of fixing the problem or giving me a discount. Am I happy? No.

Great long-term relationship! Had an issue a couple days ago with a sump pump they installed and even with all the flooding going on they came out to fix the issue within the same day. Very courteous and helpful. Will continue to go back to them in the future! Steve (the owner I believe) was great to work with!

We bought a house several years ago, and unfortunately, inherited foundation problems. After several attempts to have it fixed by another foundation company, I contacted Steve, with Quality Foundations. He came to the house and did a thorough investigation. We scheduled a time for the work to be completed- it left us time to prep the house for the repairs. Steves foreman Juan was wonderful. Both Steve and Juan communicated with us throughout the whole process- and it was a BIG process! The work was fantastic, his crew incredibly professional. They were tidy and the work is top notch. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Steve and his crew. We couldnt be more pleased with the completed work- they truly went above and beyond!

Steve and his guys came out last April and installed about 11 wall anchors and two push piers. Its September now and the issues we had them out to fix are completely resolved. The walls are no longer sagging, and the cracks have closed completely. Quality is an appropriate name for these guys, because they did do quality work and they saved us a lot of money. I will recommend to everyone.

Installed a sump pump yesterday and were able to do it in a day. I’m pleased that they put wrapping around my couch, but before that they noticed I had some paintings hung and recommended I take them down so it wouldn’t get ruined. Great attention to detail, because that didn’t even cross my mind at the time. Thanks very much for that. As they were working I would sometimes come downstairs and take a peek at the progress but still be at a distance. The foreman said I’m more than welcome to come and take a closer look and then explained to me what was taking place. Very nice foreman by the way and respectful. At first I was concerned because I thought maybe there would be quite a bit of after mess to clean up, but nope! They had a dust broom and made sure I didn’t have to clean up anything.

I would watch out for them. My realtor recommended them to repair pavement at our house that we were selling at the time. They provided us with a quote and we agreed. When we received the invoice they charged $1000 more for things the buyer asked them to add on - without our consent and without a detailed explanation of these unknown repairs.

Steve and his Team did a fantastic job on my home. From the estimate to the finished product. On time, quality workmanship, very clean and professional. The crew not only showed up and completed the job as expected but also barely left a trace. I appreciated the respect showed by everyone involved. Steve came out and looked at my crawl space in my older home and gave me an estimate to encapsulate it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the bid and had him do the job. They showed up on time(when they said they would), worked extremely hard, and did a great job. My son has horrible allergies and hence the reason for the encapsulation. It has helped his rough spells and has provided a cleaner home with less dust. We used to have to dust at least once a week now it seems like its barely once every two or three months. I am very pleased we had Quality Foundation Repair do this work.

I called Steve with Quality Foundation just over a year ago. I had several problems with leaking in my egress window in the spare bedroom of our basement. Steve came out and gave me an estimate and my wife and I decided to go with them. The crew came out and did an excellent job. I have waited to write a review because I wanted to give it time to see if we had any problems. I can tell you that our basement has been bone dry. I would highly recommend Quality Foundation if you have any problems with a leaky basement. Great Company!!!

I have used this company on 2 different projects. Both were single family homes with basements that had major water intrusion issues. The owner, Steve, is very knowledgeable and professional, with a lot of experience in this space despite being a fairly new company. The first project was to install the perimeter system in an unfinished basement of a split level home which would get significant water intrusion every time there was a heavy rain.The process involved jack-hammering out and removing the existing concrete foundation from the perimeter wall to about 1 foot away from the wall, all the way around the entire basement. Then there was perforated PVC drain tile installed along with gravel to assist with drainage and allowing the water to channel over to a sump pump, where it would then be pumped out of the house through a PVC pipe extending away from the house. After the drain tile and gravel were installed, new concrete was then poured to replace what was removed. This process took about a day and a half to complete, and has worked great for the past several months.The next project involved the same thing, but was at a home close to the water by Lake Manawa. This home has had some really bad water problems in the basement during rains. Steve completed the same process as above on this home. About a month went by, and the tenant at this home called me after another heavy rain to let me know that the basement had some water in it. So I contacted Steve to inform him of the issue (which was caused primarily by improper grading at the home and a really high water table). He and his workers were back over to this house within 2 days and installed an additional 80 feet of drain tile in the foundation to help alleviate the pressure and seepage issues. He did all of the extra work for no additional charge and completed it 2 days after I let him know about the issue.I could not be happier with the service I have received from Quality Foundation Repair. I will absolutely use them again in the future and have recommended them to multiple people.

We had Quality Foundation Repair install some wall anchors to help with bowing of our back foundation wall due to hydrostatic pressure in our crawlspace. It has made us feel so much better knowing that the slight bowing will not get any worse. The crew did a great job of answering my barrage of questions and did an excellent job of cleaning up - inside and outside. We have had other companies come in to do different things around our house and they left a huge mess and even damaged things such as floors and trim. The Quality Foundation crew did neither and even laid out cloth to walk on to access the crawl space.Because of the great job on the wall anchors, we had the Quality Foundation Repair crew come back to install a liner in our crawlspace. Before we had an unusable crawlspace with dirt floors, but now we have a very inviting space to use for storage, and it has none of that musty smell with no dust in the air. We are very pleased - Thank you very much for the great work!
