James and his crew were professional, polite and did amazing work. My husband and I were doing some yard work and THEY offered us water to drink (we politely declined, we had cold water in our fridge) but it was very thoughtful of them to offer! The price for our windows was very reasonable. If you you need window, we highly recommend Window World. We went through the Omaha location. Lisa followed with me today. She is also very polite and easy to work with.

I have used Window World to replace all of the 25 windows in my house. They have done an excellent job each time, and I am very happy with the quality of the product for the price. Most recently, I had them put siding on the fascia and eves of my house which looks fantastic, all done in one day. My salesman, Luke, has always been helpful and accommodating, and the installation crews do fine work.

Sales person quoted us a price that was substantially lower than what Lowes or Home Depot was willing to offer on windows and french door combination. Window World even does free estimates out to very rural locations. Again the big box stores werent willing to even consider an estimate without a pricey trip charge. These guys are committed to customer care.

I ordered windows 9 months ago. No one has updated me on their delivery, every time I call they apologize and say that the windows are scheduled on the next truck and installation will be scheduled. I have gotten the same response for five months.

I recently just got 5 windows installed said they were gonna be here from 9-10 showed up at 930am! Very friendly and on time. Went straight to work and cleaned up mess and showed us how to use the new windows and features

Rather than rush to finish the job in one day after encountering some difficulties, he took extra time to make some adjustments and do everything right. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. I had to call for a follow-up regarding damage done during the install on June 30th. Ive talked to several people including the owner but there has been no follow-up regarding the repairs. Its still not done. Just shouldnt have to be the one following up. Huge mess left behind after the install. Very disappointing. Nothing much I can do as I paid cash so they have their money and I have wall damage to repair.

Customer satisfaction above ALL…I have never worked with a company or an owner that truly exemplified their statement of “customer satisfaction” like Bryce Thompson has with Window World of Omaha! I had 21 windows replaced in my home earlier this year, and as to be expected with such a large job, there were hiccups and items that required resolution after our install. The installation crew was hit with illnesses, quick timelines, and our heavy workload that caused most of the issues. Other factors included the way our original windows were installed, the factory experiencing COVID-19 reductions, etc. Albeit, the install crew was very courteous and professional the entire time!We sent Bryce an email with photos of the items we were displeased with and requested resolution of, calmly explained our frustrations & desires, and allowed him to make it right. He did just that in every way! He was in our home the next day for a walkthrough, captured all of our concerns, and moved quickly to address them… all of them – even going above and beyond with some we didn’t see ourselves. I’ve never had the owner of a company so willing to be on site and getting his hands dirty to fix the issues we had, as he was right there with his team working on the solutions.The windows themselves made a massive difference in helping regulate the temperature in our home, as the seals were shot in our original windows and they let in too much heat during the summer; making sleeping unbearable! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to replace them, but more importantly we couldn’t be more thankful for the company we chose to purchase them through! For any and all of our door and window needs in the future, we will only purchase through them. Since day one they have made us feel like more than a dollar sign or just another customer… we’ve felt like a priority!We couldn’t recommend a better company! Beware, the negative reviews are completely true. We made the mistake of using Window world. They dont tell you that all of your new windows will be 3 smaller due to the fact that they use the old window casing. This leaves the issue of having to use a wider trim to case the window with now. They contract out the installation to whomever is available. Our windows were not sealed correctly and when they wrapped the outside of the window, they did not do every window the same. I now have multiple windows that look different all on the same side of the house. Trailer houses look better than my custom home now.The old windows in the bedroom were the same size but they made one of the two smaller in one room and two of the three windows smaller in the other. What a joke! Several screens were damaged upon installation. I was told that I would have to take them off and bring them to there shop to be repaired. They werent even done with the installation and Im supposed to take care of the damaged screens. I would rather pay a real window company to fix the screens. Such a Pathetic company!!!!!!!!!!!! There is much more to this horror story.Yes they are cheap, but they do not tell you everything up front and will cut every corner possible after you sign an agreement. There are better cheap companies out there, save yourself the disappointment and do not use this company! I will forever do my part to help put them out of business.

These guys are great! I have used them twice - once when I needed the cheapest possible solution, and once when quality really mattered. Both times they exceeded my expectations and even helped identify additional damage on an insurance claim so we could get it included and fixed. Highly recommended!

This is the second time that I worked with Window World and it will definitely be the last. The window was delivered late and I had to wait an additional month+ for installation as I could not get anyone to call me back. During the installation process, the window was damaged and I had to take additional time off work to have it repaired. Despite the issues raised, I never received a call from a manager or supervisor apologizing for the poor customer service and installation nor any offer from anyone to keep my business after a bad experience.

Dont be like, save yourself some money and just start with these guys. Our front door had cracked from the hail and it wasnt enough for home insurance, so I tried to replace just the door (not the frame) myself. That did not work out well as the measurements of the existing door and new door were slightly off due to manufacturers. Then I just purchased a door with frame (plus stormdoor) from Menards and had someone from a help wanted ad install it, after about a year it started not closing right and lots of other issues (too much to mention). 3rd time is a charm, decided to hire a professional. They installed a bedroom window and our front door, it looks amazing!!! The gentleman working on the front door absolutely erased everything that had been screwed up previously, it looks so great I cannot get over it. The other gentleman working on the window had it done in no time and it looks like that room (well, just the window area) belongs in a newly built house. I was so impressed even halfway through I just gave them all the money I had on me for tip/lunch. I highly recommend Window World for your window/door replacement needs!!!!

What started out as a small repair, turned into a full house re-siding. Bryce and Danny and the rest of the team at Window World were great to work with. The work was done promptly and very well. We were even able to get a higher quality siding for no extra charges. We love the new look and color. They were also very patient with the insurance company and all the hoops we had to jump through to get the claim processed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything needed in windows or siding.

Thrilled with the entire process! After ordering over 50 windows for a MAJOR renovation, the windows arrived ahead of schedule! Even though the heat index was 110, the installation crew worked all day, every day until the job was complete. They picked up after themselves and left a beautiful looking home. Very happy I chose Window World. I hope to use them again on another project.

Our experience with the installer, Steve, was outstanding. There was an issue with the alignment of the locking mechanism, and he was a perfectionist about getting it right. He spent three hours the day of installation to insure that I had a functioning, locking door that night, and followed up a few days later to realign and perfect the mechanism. It was easily an issue that another individual would have passed over, but Steve spent the time and energy to ensure that our door was just right. Would highly recommend.

I would really rate this as 3.5 star company. The prices are fair and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I went with this company to replace the existing wood windows in my house because the previous home owner half baked the remodel by only replacing about half the windows with this company. The window wrappings are good, but I must say the quality of the windows are par at best. I hardly ever open my windows due to our climate of extreme hot and cold. Every time I want to clean or open my windows they stick terribly and fall off the tracks. However, they do offer free maintenance and will fix mechanical issues with the window relatively quickly which I was very pleased about. They will not leave you hanging in my experience.I also find their contracts quite weird with slick accounting tricks. I work with contracts and sales professionals day in and day out in my own professional life. I find their contracts written pretty bizarrely with an added fee included and then subtracted out. Makes the customer wonder what you are really doing. Anyways, a lot of people have issues with the 8 - 10 week wait. Id be fine with that if the end product was a bit more durable than what they produce.

While management is terrific, sales person came across as shady. Contract was weird. Add a charge, take off a charge, add in another. In the end we were charged more than sales person originally said. However, management was on the ball and made sure we got taken care of. Installers were good and fast, but did not clean up after themselves.

All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their installers definitely care if you are happy with the installation. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and their product.

Please, if you do anything, choose a different company for your home improvement needs. My husband and I are hard-working people that decided to have windows and siding replaced by Window World to improve our home. First, our credit card was ran for double the agreed upon amount and then we waited 6+ months for the windows to be installed. Several months past that the siding was installed. When the windows were installed the job was left unfinished with caulking undone and a crack in one of the window frames. A few weeks later a window cracked straight across the glass. We called with our concerns and no one ever came back to fix it. After the siding was installed nails were left all over our yard and driveway. Places where nice finishing touches should have been were left rough and jagged. Weeks later the siding framing our front two windows started to sag and fall down. We called so many times with no resolve. Poor communication, poor products, poor service, poor craftsmanship. Two months ago someone stopped by at 8/9 pm (in the dark, really) to assess the issues amd promised to be back within 2 weeks to fix. No one showed up. This has been a very stressful and painful experience and a waste of our time and hard-earned money. Please dont put yourself through the same struggle!

Originally wanted to replace 3 windows in kitchen. Received 3 bids from competitors and price was about $900 a window. Window World allowed me to replace 9 windows for 2/3 of the cost. I love the added bronze tint. Installation men were friendly and professional and exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend.

We had to wait about 8 weeks for our window and wouldnt you know it - it rains the day of our scheduled install. WW said lets go for it vs. telling us that we needed to reschedule. Jeff and Ryan arrived on time and were so pleasant and professional. They did their job and cleaned up after they were finished. We are extremely pleased with our experience and will recommend WW to friends and family.

A heavy wind blew our storm door open and it shattered. Our door frame and doors were installed poorly (not by Window World but a bad DIY from the previous home owner) so I wanted a professionals opinion on whether or not we’d need to replace everything or just the storm door.They told us we could get by with only installing a new storm door and they had confidence that it could be installed correctly on our wacky frame. I appreciate them not trying to up-sell uLess than a week later, the new storm door was installed and there are no drafts! Somehow they managed a tight seal despite what they had to work with. It latches correctly and the door itself looks beautiful. Very happy we went to them!

Exceeded all expectations. My wife is due with our new child, and they were able to get our six new windows ahead of when promised in order to not run up against the due date. Our windows are beautiful, and having them open on cool days has been great. The follow-up on our experience from Matt was a reminder of how customer service should be. I will be purchasing additional windows from Window World of Omaha in the near future. I cant recommend them enough!

I ordered storm windows on September 4th. They cancelled measuring twice. Now it is November and I still don’t have any storm windows!

We had 6 windows replaced through them. The windows are great. The workers complained about another job, but Im sure they didnt think I was listening from the other room. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is the wait to get the windows and get them installed. If you are in a hurry, dont use them. If you want a deal, they are great.

I cannot stop telling my friends and family what a wonderful experience I have had with Window World. From the moment I called in to schedule an appointment for a consultation, to all of the finishing work that was completed on my project the level of professional service exceeded my expectations. When they say, “you are part of the Window World family”, they really mean it! I felt like each person that came to my house (the initial consultation, the measurements of the windows, the installation process, etc) took care of business the same way they would have handled it had it been their own home. They genuinely show how much they care about the customer, and wanted to make sure that I was a happy client. In addition to that, my new windows and patio door are even better than I had anticipated. This is a top notch company, with exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectation, and a wonderful product as well. You will not be disappointed!

I signed a contract in September and paid in full. $670 for 2 basement windows. They didnt come out til January 19th. Way to long of a wait. Not to mention I always had to contact them. Then when they showed up it wasnt even window world. They were some contracted out people. They walked through our house with muddy shoes getting mud on our carpet. After 10 minutes of them trying to take out our old basement windows. I had to tell them how to do it. All they did was lean new windows up against frame and shim, foam and caulk them. Didnt even screw them in. I could have done a better job. $56 at Home Depot a window. There caulking was awfully done, one window doesnt slide right and another has a hole in bug screen. How are these custom fit windows that will be done right?? Joke.

Hired these swindlers 2 years ago last August 2013 to install 2 bow windows. Damaged 1 of thewindows during install. One of the windows still cant be opened due to mechanical problems in the crank. Missing crank handle.Did not hear back from them for repairs until March 2015 and that was by text on my company cell phone. No mail, no home phone call. I withheld $1600.00 from the bill till repairs are made. Now I received a letter from there attorney that they are suing me for the remainder of their contract. MY WINDOWS STILL ARE NOT DONE!!!!!! My advice to anyone planning to use them to be very careful! Most Horrible people and Company Ive ever deal with. This Company should be ashamed of themselves.BEWARE people!! Beware!!!

I have used there service on another home and was very pleased. But now 5 years later and a different house, not as happy.No returned phone call to discuss the instalation and it has been over 8 weeks.Tired of waiting.

They were courteous and went well above my expectations. For the first time in twenty years I can sit in my house without feeling any outside drafts. Absolutely incredible experience with this Window World team. Everyone is very professional and always available for questions or consultation. They stand by their word and did everything they said they would, even more!The installers were courteous and professional, that is something that people dont think about and it REALLY matters. My wife is the one that was at home during the installs and she had nothing but great things to say about them and how professional they were.As with ANY construction project, things do not always go 100% as planned. It was honestly no big deal for Window World, they took it in stride and really worked hard to get things back in line ASAP. What counts is how companies react when things do go bad, that is absolutely critical in my mind. Window World stands by their word and gets things done the RIGHT way and for me that is worth everything.Thank you Window World, I will be back to order more windows soon!

The installers were nice and I like my door but thats about it. First the door alignment is off leaving a gap between the threshold and door causing air to get in. Installers said they couldnt fix due to it being made that way. second I had the trim replaced and they didnt use full pieces they pieced it together and left a ton of nail holes. Thirdly the screen door now wont close due to it hitting the door knob. Wouldnt the salesman know this when he took the measurements? So now I have to buy a new screen door that will actually close. For the price I paid I would expect a little better product and at least for it to fit correctly.

We needed replacement windows, but instead they installed inserts. 8 Windows and a patio door, and now I have to replace them all again because they still leak badly. The frames were rotted, and they just covered them with aluminum to make them look new. When looking at contract, they said thats what they were doing, but salesman was not very clear and it was clearly a waste of money since it did not address the real problem. If all you need is inserts, theyre ok. In my case, wasted time and money...alot of money.

Had a few glitches with the installation, the sales manager stepped up to the plate and took personal action to get the installation right. Very good product the windows fit nicely and I would order from them again.

My 1st & last experience with Window World. Installers were late. 1 Installer walked off job site because the installers got in an arguement. Job didnt get completed...set, sealed inside, left outside exposed. Came back 5 days later (late again) to frame the outside. Garden window is nice, but you have to caulk and paint the inside yourself or else not under warranty. They dont insulate underneath causing cold sill and moisture on inside...even after sealing/painting. Sales person never mentioned any of this...

Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. When faced with complaints about our door color being wrong and windows not being properly wrapped, they attacked me the customer saying I was combative. I guess you are an aggressive customer to want a job done right. Spend the extra money and save yourself the stress, go to Omaha Windows or Anderson Windows.

Be prepared to wait and dont bother trying to get an answer on the timeline. We had a Window World sales rep, Josh, come over the week of SEP 17th. He told us 6-8 weeks, 8-10 at the latest. Bought from him immediately and paid in full hoping that would help expedite our order. Two weeks later they finally send someone to measure for the windows, a job that took an entire 5 minutes. That was OCT 2nd, and we are still waiting at this writing.Mid OCT I called and talked to the sales manager, Todd. He obviously didnt want to waste his time talking to me, so he pushed me back to the sales rep Josh, who told me Your windows will be in this Friday or the next. Once the next Friday had passed I called Todd again on a Monday. First of all, he didnt even remember talking to me, and second of all he then basically called me a liar by saying No, no. That was LAST Friday or THIS Friday that your windows were supposed to be in.That Friday passed, no phone call saying my windows were in. So I let another Friday pass, not wanting to call them again just to be lied to again. Then, I let one more Friday pass. Last Friday. At almost 10 weeks since we paid for the windows and we havent even got a call to say our windows are in let alone schedule an installation time I believe Ive been plenty patient, and am now writing this review.I would have paid a little more money to not have to deal with this. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Although I like the demo model of the windows and have paid for 2 to be installed the service is completely underwhelming. 23 May the salesperson came out to show me WWs stock product. I paid for 2 windows at that time. 5 June the measurer came to get the exact specs....all is well so far.I received a call on 25 Jul that my windows were in. we just need to set-up a time to get them installed. I called and left messages for a week to try to accomplish that seemingly easy task. The scheduler wouldnt call back. 5 Aug I finally reached him. set up the install for 6 Aug at 3PM. I busted my buns to get home by 3PM and be ready for them. 3:15 I called the WW office. im not on the schedule. the gal who answered the phone said shed call the scheduler to find out what was going on....NOT impressed with the scheduler. I hope they have more than one and I just got the flakey one. I have two very unhappy cats locked up waiting to find out when/if WW is coming out to install my windows. 3:27PM cant reach the scheduler (perhaps with a client). dont know if im getting replacement windows today or not...............3:43 finally got a call letting me know theyre running late. REALLY? I was assured ill get my windows replaced today.
