This is a great nail salon; it is clean, have always felt safe (even during COVID-19), and the quality of the work is top-notch. They listen to what you want, and if possible, make it happen! Seans nail art is fantastic as well.

Since moving here in March of this year, Ive been to 7 nail salons in the area and Infinity Nails has been the best experience Ive had so far. Great quality work, fast service and professional. I cant wait for my next appointment.

I went in for removal of dip and a manicure with polish, because of the good reviews. However the polish job I received was not so great! The people were nice, but I wasn’t pleased with quality of work. I just got my nails done yesterday

Loved this place! They are high quality and very welcoming. I just got a pedicure and they have different options, even hot stones, for different prices. Our nail specialists were very friendly and thorough. Unlike normal places, they didnt push to rush you out, even though we had a 6:30 appointment and stayed past their closing time. They took their time and had a great color arrangement to choose from. The place is clean and they wipe down between each customer. From what I see in the pictures, the manicures also look super high quality.

I will say that this was the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. The environment was stylish and comfortable, the staff was super nice, and the service was top notch. Sean was my nail tech and he was such a pleasure to sit with. He convinced me to do the powder dip Pink & White with just a hint of sparkle. The place was clean and Sean took his time. No cuts, knicks, or mistakes!! I even got a discount as a 1st time customer. I look forward to going back. I would recommend making an appointment as they can get busy quickly.

THE best place to get your nails done, BY FAR. The owners are really down to earth, follow them on Instagram @itsinfinitynails and just shoot them a message and they’ll work with you. They do custom designs off Pinterest (to the best of their ability but it’s always been really great!), and the QUALITY let me tell you. I drive 30 min just to go there because it’s the best.

Love love love this place. I was looking for a new place after my old nail place closed, and my sister-in-law had posted some amazing nails she’d gotten from here so I gave it a try. I’ve been a handful of times now and have been pleased each time. Photo attached of my favorite nail job!It’s nice and clean. There are plastic barriers set up between you and the nail artist. All employees I’ve seen wear their masks correctly and consistently.Employees are very nice. They’re happy to do their best to go off a nail photo inspiration if you ask. I’ve never gotten complicated nail art done, but their Instagram is full of awesome examples of detailed designs.Very high-quality nails. I’ve gotten the SNS dip each time. I end up removing it due to my nails growing out - it doesn’t chip and looks great until I remove it. They do a great job shaping my nails, too.Prices are fair. I don’t remember off the top of my head what they charge, but it’s not overpriced.

Hands down the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I went with my sister to get our nails done for her upcoming wedding, she got a regular french tip manicure and I got a gel manicure, and we both agreed that it was the best nail service we have ever received. The nail techs were very gentle yet thorough with prepping our nails and making them clean. Also, the gel manicure is nice and thin (still strong), so it doesnt have the usual bubble effect most gel manicures have, which I appreciate. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Everyone at Infinity is kind, patient, and talented. Mia has been doing my nails for almost nine years! I couldnt even think of going anywhere else to get my nails done.

I originally had a nice pedicure with Sean, then I came back and asked him to set me up with a tech who was good with deep nail beds. I had a slightly painful pedicure because she really dug into my side cuticles, but she left part of the nail and actually caused an ingrown toenail. I went back to get it fixed, and Ive never had a more painful pedicure in my life. Lin fixed the ingrown toe nail by digging out what was previously left. I asked her to check the other toes because they obviously werent done well. She proceeded to dig and clip out cuticles while my toes were dry, and it hurt sooo much. My parting words were to put alcohol on my cuticles for the next few nights.

Super clean, very attentive to detail, friendly staff. You can tell they really care about making sure you leave happy.I’m honestly super picky when it comes to nail salons and have been looking for a new place to go since moving to the area a year ago and will not be going anywhere else! 🥰

This place is awesome. The chairs are unlike any of the others Ive been in, more like a massage cocoon than a chair. The pedicures are amazing and you get more for your money than most places.

I really enjoy this salon! There is currently plexiglass dividers between you and the technician and they are wiping down stations after every customer.I got the exfoliating pedicure for $36 and SNS nails for $57 ($93 all together before tip). The SNS/powder dip nails base price is $40 and it was extra for adding length, a “special” nail shape, and an ombré glitter effect.It was a bit pricey with all of the additions but very comparable to other quality salons. I just need to ask for clarification on any additional charges beforehand. The nail shapes they do not charged extra for are round, square, and square-round.I will definitely be back and am very happy with the services!

All the staff are so wonderful and helpful! Brought my daughter (12yo) for her first mani and they were all so sweet with her. On top of it all, the place was clean, and well spaced. For going on a Saturday night it didnt feel over crowded or rushed!

I just want to say that if this review was just about my nails it would be a solid 5 stars. But I can’t help but admit that the place could have been a little cleaner. Especially post Covid. The towel I was asked to put my hands had nail clippings on it from someone else. Additionally, the box where the fake nails are kept had clippings from someone’s finger nails in it. (And you could tell it was a real nail not a fly away plastic piece.)I truly have no complaints about the quality of the work. And everyone had a mask on the entire time. Additionally, the prices are fantastic. If they take the cleanliness up just that extra step it would be perfect.

Seeing all of the great reviews online, I was excited to try a new nail salon. I called to book an appt (with the owners where I saw great reviews online) and the receptionist was very friendly. Unfortunately they were booked and I was told I would be with the next best tech. When I rushed there to make my appointment (which I made clear would be hard to make due to the time I got off of work), I still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my scheduled nail tech. Overall she was very friendly, but not great in her art. I got a full set with gel. When I was finished and washed my hands, I noticed the gel was very messy around my nail bed and on my actual skin. I pointed it out to her and she filed some of it off and left the rest assuring me that when I washed my hands the rest would come off (in the 20 years Ive been doing my nails I have never heard that gel can just easily be washed off before).I listened very apprehensively and I went to wash my hands...as I put the soap on my hands she called me back to file some more (keep in mind, I am still cupping liquid soap in my right hand). She files it and it still was not done well. At that point I decided to just forget about her fixing it and go on with my day. I am sure the managers are as good as the reviews say, but if you dont get them, I wouldnt book. Probably wont be coming back.

Second time here. I had an appointment for mani, pedi, and eyebrows. The pedi was very good. Never got to the manicure or wax as they were overbooked and forgot I was waiting. Unfortunately I couldnt stay once they realized their mistake. The owner apologized before I left.

Front desk lady was very nice and friendly, but my nail tech must have been the worse yet in all my years of getting my nails done. She was rough and my nails were hurting for a good bit after which has never happened to me before.

I recently moved to Ocoee and was worried I wouldn’t find a new nail place that I loved just as much as my old one. I must say, Infinity Nails & Spa blew me away with my pedicure today. The salon is so clean and inviting, there are TONS of polish options, the massage chairs are amazing, and my feet feel softer than they have felt in a long time. Great manicure and pedicure. First time having the powder polish (on my fingernails). Changed up the toenail color at the last minute. That was regular polish. There was a lot of steps to the fingernails...wow. the only thing slightly disappointed in is theres still some work on my toenails as far as cuticles and callous work that I wouldve liked to have done. But I am extremely picky and notice everything. Great work though and a very nice place. Pedicure chair had a massager that worked well. 👍

I was indecisive with colors and showed her a couple photos, and she totally nailed what I was looking for. They have so many color options it was hard to choose! I am very shocked about the terrible treatment I received today by management and the staff at this salon.I have been here before and was a client of the owners previously when they were at another location. I always received great care and service. Needless to say, I was taken back by the actions of today.I’m a busy mom with small children and respect other people’s time that is why I called ahead of time and booked an appointment for a nail service today.I was greeted nicely as always and I was told that the technician would be another 15-20 min. Not a big deal. I was willing to wait a few minutes. However, other people with appointments started pouring in and we’re going ahead of me. I remained there still waiting. I knew the staff knew I was still there because they kept pointing at me. Finally I just gave up and left after waiting for about 1hr and 30min. I didn’t even get an apology. I was extremely disappointed.If you were too busy to accommodate me, I would have appreciated being told when I arrived rather than having to sit there and wait for over an hour. Especially when I made an appointment.Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this nail salon and can not recommend it because of the terrible service I received today

Nice & clean salon. I requested acrylic when booking the appt. When I sat in the chair she spoke to me assuming I wanted the dip. I stated no, I booked the appt for acrylic. She asked a few times if I was sure I didn’t want dip after I explained my nails were ruined with dip previously. She put tips on and then finished the acrylic process. When asking around I found out you don’t need tips, I have friends who get acrylic without tips. I keep my nails fairly short & I had some growth to work with. She had to cut the tips to the length of my nails anyways. I was very excited try this place after the rave reviews but walked away feeling like an average experience.
