A friend recommended Creative Nails, Ive been there 3x now and will continue. The ladies that work here are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They manage their time extremely well. Ive had both manicures and a pedicure and have been exceedingly happy each time. I used to dance with a ballet company so plenty of calluses on my feet. Typically a pedicure has lasted a few days. Last time I went I got the Signature Pedicure, its been at least a week and no calluses. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time going there and I only needed to get my acrylics removed but I ended up getting a manicure as well. The ladies at the reception desk were very polite, friendly and welcoming April was also quite nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving them another shot and trying other services.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 7 years. I will never go anywhere else. The nail techs are super sweet and more importantly very skilled. Daisy is my go-to girl, she takes her time and does a super great job!

Not sanitary at all, did not witness any technicians wash their hands in between clients and I now have a growth on my hands and feet for the first time. Also witnessed a technician berating the receptionist in front of customers 🤭 also this is definitely the correct salon. The receptionist’s name was Alana and the tech that did my nails was daisy. You couldn’t find my name because I used a fake one for privacy. And Hand sanitizer does not count as washing by the way. Thanks though

The best nail salon in orlando, period. Everyone does excellent work that I’ve been to soo far. I can personally recommend Franny, Daisy, Karen or Steven. They’re all wonderful! Never had a bad SNS job or pedicure and everyone is very communicative and considerate, even the receptionists! I drive 30 minutes to come to this salon and will wait however long is necessary, if I haven’t booked an appointment, because they are truly the best. Thank you Creative for always taking care of me!

I tried Creative Nails & Spa after my usual placed closed down a few months ago. I was happily greeted for the appointment I made over the phone prior to walking in the door. Nail tech was good and efficient. A number of other clients were getting services done....a good sign. The polish job was neat and well done. Wear a mask and wash hand immediately upon entering.

I came to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady heated up the wax too much. I left with burns all over my face.

My nail was not completely filled and he was extremely aggressive, my nail was also not the right color but I did not say anything since I wanted to leave quickly, my nail was cut and filed after it was polished and it was not cut evenly, also only one of my feet had gel polish. I do not suggest going her is Ashley or Miley are not there, save your money and your time. That’s all.

I scheduled an appointment well in advance for my bridal party, various nail services along with pedicures. We very well taken care of and serviced in a clean timely manner, we were even given gifts upon departure (not sure if this should be expected) and it was such a nice thoughtful gesture!

I went today for the first time and had the best experience! I am super picky when it comes to getting my nails done especially when it comes to the thickness and shape of my nails. I hate when they’re bulky and unnatural looking. Hannah did my nails today, I got the SNS dip powder. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it took her less than 30 seconds to find the color that was most similar to the one in the picture. You can tell she’s a perfectionist with her work. She made sure I liked everything and made my nails look so natural. This is definitely where I’ll be coming to get my nails done from now on. I’m so happy I finally found a quality nail salon!

Very nice place, always do a good job on my nails (I do the SNS) Ive gone multiple times since june and have gone to a different person probably every time and havent had a problem with any of the nail techs. My only complaint would be the man at the front sometimes when it gets busy he tends to rush you of the chair but I guess thats business, more people = more money.

This was my 1st visit here. Im looking for a new nail shop home. Nice place and lots of staff working on a Sunday. I saw a guy and he was very fast and good. He didnt cut me with his filing thingy so I was happy about that. Lol. So I got regular polish since this was my 1st time here and i wanted to see if I liked them first. I normally get gel. I do feel since I chose the regular polish my nails were not cleaned up as nicely and polish had to dry with a fan. So I guess the light is only for gel polish? IDK. I have lots of stuff under my nails also (see pics). But the nail tech work was excellent. So overall I like the location and people seem friendly. So I will try them again and update. 😁 😁

My friends recommended me to try getting my nails done here at Creative Nail Spa. After a quick glance at the high google ratings and positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience here was not a positive one; it was a negative one. I was disappointed: the unusually long wait time even with a scheduled appointment, the rushed atmosphere -- my nail technician rushed to complete my manicure -- resulting in poorly done nails, and the rude behavior of my technician when I got upset.Although this particular nail salon is well-known and highly praised, I am not fond of it. When I walked into that nail salon, I thought I would have a good experience -- this was not the case, I was too naïve. In fact, I was disrespected and mistreated, deeply ruining my mood for the remainder of the day. I felt disappointed and felt like I wasted my time here.Please DO NOT believe what you see before you try out your first time at the nail salon. It may not turn out to be a positive experience, like in my case. I would DEFINITELY never come back again! Honestly, I DO NOT recommend this place: especially after the rude behavior towards me from my nail technician. What an awful experience! :(

This is a *****5 Star***** business!!!! I was referred here by a friend, after I tried a few other nail salons in the area that I was not pleased with. She told me to ask for Coco, which I did, 2 years ago. I will never go anywhere else! Coco is a sweetheart and does an awesome job on my dipped nails. They never peel or crack in between appts. I can easily go 4 weeks between appointments (especially if I select a lighter color).

They were on time and were very good. My nails turn out to be very pretty for my daughter’s birthday.

Coco is AMAZING!! Here is just a taste of her beautiful work... She’s incredibly kind and patient and detailed and talented... Highly recommend going to see her!!

Never use the salon again. I went in for a gel petty. They showed me a list I picked the signature which was $51. When I went to check out the girl told me $71. I stated to her that the sign said 51 for the one I picked out. She says oh because you got gel be charged another $20. Like I said I stated that when I went in. Never again will I stepped foot inside of the salon.

I came here for a mommy daughter day with my 7 year old. The staff is super friendly, very clean, no smells, and everyone had a smile on their face who greeted us. The ladies who did our mani and pedis were extremely nice and very friendly. My girl and I had a great time! I will definitely use them again for our mommy daughter day, but Ill try and use another tech for my nails because my nails werent done to my liking. I opt for gel and occasionally powder. I opted for powder on this visit (Ive had powder done at another place before). This is the first time I wasnt satisfied. I got in my car and noticed several nails werent smooth, she didnt do it all the way in from my tip, so my nails look grown out a bit already. Both of my toes are the same way. And one toe was not smoothly filed. It was getting caught on my socks. I wouldve loved for her to polish my nails more in like the other ladies normally do, that way, my nails normally last at least 2 weeks before needing to be re-done or touched up. But on day 2 it looks grown out. Not happy because this was a very expensive visit. My tech however, was very pleasant and attentive. Id just say pay attention, check, and make sure youre pleased before leaving. I was busy enjoying my day with my girl, as its our first time doing this together - we were happily chatting away. My color is very beautiful and my daughters tech did an amazing job! I will visit again because everything else was great and we had an overall great experience! But Ill be sure to use another Tech to see if this is a usual experience or not. Id recommend them due to the experience being an overall pleasant one.

Had a 6 pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 6:40 pm. No apology or acknowledgement that they didn’t honor my appointment. The pedicure itself was fine, but certainly not worth the poor customer service

Had a Pedicure...Beware......Totally unsanitary horrific experience ... The tech used a blue scrub sponge to clean the soles of my feet. After she was done, she rinsed the sponge with the filter cap that is used to rinse the tub basin. Finally, she took the sponge and the filter cap and placed it in a plastic cup and threw in her pedi basket. NO.sterilization used in my presence. Very sad to have experienced this type of service ! I only hope and pray that i or the next customer does not contract a foot FUNGUS! Utterly disgusting!! I spoke to the manager and her answer was the service was perfectly fine. To go ahead and call the Health Dept.

Worst nail salon in the history of nail salons that even the police got involved. Stay clear of businesses whose values are so low. Lucy and Jeff started yelling at me because I was not fond of Lucy’s work which I had asked Lucy to fix when she was doing it since she rushed my nails in 10 minutes because she was working on another client even though I never asked for her, I asked for Cindy. Lucy also told me to be grateful because she took 10 minutes away from her client to try to do my nails. Jeff yelled at me saying if she couldn’t do it no one else could. I said I would pay for my pedicure done by Cindy but not my manicure because it wasn’t what I had asked for and because of them literally yelling at me to the point everyone in the salon was staring and I started crying because I was so furious inside and I have never felt that way before. I am not sensitive but this is was unjust, mean, and shocking. Jeff started yelling at me that if I don’t want to pay for it I needed to go ahead and sit down and they would take off it all off. I stepped outside to calm down and diffuse the situation. He then came out and yelled again saying he would call the police. The police came while I was at another nail salon down the plaza getting it fixed. The police officer was super nice and he came with me so Jeff wouldn’t start yelling again. I literally only paid for my pedicure AS I HAD OFFERED TO DO BEFORE. He then tried to tell me off and that I hoped I had learned my lesson and that he was going to press charges but he forgives me. I kept my mouth shut and looked at the police officer who told him to stop and let me pay for my pedicure. I hope that no one else would go through what I did at a nail salon out of all places! Beware. Read all of the reviews because I’m not the only who has had experienced bad customer service here. Save your energy and try another place.
