Annie the owner is soo friendly and her staff is soo nice. So glad I found a nail salon I can trust and thats amazing.

Worst nail place ever nails are uneven the gel polish is not full coverage. I asked for a full set they went over nails that need to be soaked off! Nails are thick at the top! When I asked to have my nails filed and smoothed out I got an attitude! There are better places! Never again!

Did not like my experience. I honestly was excited at first to go, but my experience was very disappointing. Their pricing is over the top for the minimum that they even do on your nails and feet. So beware. Also it was very unprofessional, how the woman named Annie was on her phone the whole time while she was doing my nails. Plus my nails only lasted for one week. I wont be going back. If you do, before you even sit down, discuss the pricing with them so you dont get overcharged afterwards.

My daughter actually like her nails from there.some of the nails place when you first go there they give u person fresh out of school and they messed up you nails.

The guy who did my nails was ok, not great. 2 of my nails broke in half and popped off within 2 weeks. It was nice and clean though.

Do not go here. Came in for fill and color change. Nail was lifting and when the tech removed the acrylic she ripped it off half of my nail and made my nail bed bled. Injured my finger to the point I could only get nine fingers done Couldn’t do simple nail art and left my nails with lumpy looking gelcoat. Unfriendly atmosphere.

Very poor customer service. Annie especially when I asked if I could get my nails done with her. She no with a very rude attitude and I felt very uncomfortable with all the employees just staring and judging. Will not return and do not recommend.

Hands Down my number one spot! I moved to Orlando from MD less than a year ago and have been searching for the right nail salon. I have gone to over 8 salons and have finally found the right one! The owner Annie is AMAZING and Beebe is just as good for your nails. For your pedicure, ask for Long or Jimmy!!!

This was my first time here I made an appointment the day before. Annie did my nails she was very professional and she got my vision completely with my nails I am really happy and I will be returning!!

Went in for a full set with gel. There was no wait, however the tech kept bringing up the glue that was still on my nails from my last set and had a bit of an attitude because she had to remove it. My nails came out acceptable, except I had to fix the gel top coat because on my way home I had noticed that 4 of my nails were not completely covered in gel polish. I was cut several times while she was filing my nails. It wasnt the worst Ive ever had but I dont think Ill be back. Ill stick to my normal place!

I went on Monday for my first visit. I requested the healthy nail dip. I wanted to try chrome as the original salon I was going to didn’t offer chrome. I agreed, we started the process. I liked the job upon leaving minus the nail tech having trouble keeping the color in the lines. It was kinda sloppy. Less than 12 hours after my nail appointment the chrome started chipping bad. I emailed a picture and Annie informed me to come back and she would fix it. I agreed and went back and asked for the base matte black. I went in, Annie greeted me, apologized for the mess up, offered a $10 refund since I paid and extra $10 for chrome, and got started. She started to grind most of the remaining chrome off and put a thick coat of clear polish of some kind on. I also requested wax services when walking in. She said her co worker will wax me. I tried not to ding my nails on the way to the wax room since she just finished applying the clear top. Remind you not matte black like I requested but I was ready to be done.Eyebrows are perfect. I love the shape. That was perfect. If you looking for wax service I highly recommend but for nails and polish I would advise against getting them done here.

My first time going and I will never go back! My shape is terrible and the girl that did my nails was focused on her phone the entire time! The only reason why I tipped is because I always tip wherever I go but never again will I be going there again.

Went in for a color change and pedi at 3:45 thinking it would be quick. Here it is 5:10 and my pedi is the only thing done. My nails look freaking awful because they were soaking the gel color off and I have open house right now so I had to leave.

After about two years, Im still a regular at this nail salon. Estellas in once again the best nail salon in orlando/ocoee area and theres no other place like it in my opinion. Everyone who does nails in the shop are amazing. Especailly my favorite nail tech Lucy, and I have another nail tech but Im afraid I dont know his name which I apologize. Once I do I will update this post. This place is amazing and I will never go anywhere else, if Im living in Orlando

Got my first ombré nail done here by Annie and its was great. The salon is nice and clean and the massage chairs are great!

It was my first time going here and I will never go again! I just went in for a short nail manicure and the shape was horrible! She filed my acrylics soo low, I pulled my finger away and told her it hurt and she still went ahead and kept filing and I told her to stop. My nails were left red and hurting.. Wouldn’t recommend:/

Terrible service! Took my mom to get our nails done, they did the complete opposite of what she asked for, and made a complete mess of my nails, all uneven.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! None of them can do nails except Annie but she always book so don’t even waste your time. They also can’t do a decent pedi. Never again.
