It was a Saturday morning and I made an appointment because I knew they would be busy.I got in 20 minutes later, washed my hands and sat down with “B”.We had a great time laughing & entertaining each other.I got a manicure and pedicure, I have tiny toes and nails so it was a bit difficult but B did an amazing job!I will definitely be back in a few weeks.

The customer service here is beyond amazing. I came here with my sisters and they treated us with such kindness. This place deserves 10 stars.

I had a typical french full set, pink and white. My nail beds were real short due to peeling of my nails after my last set of acrylics. Due to the shortness of my nail bed putting tips on was not difficult but they seem to be angled up as if theyre taking off for flight. Its not very attractive but considering what they look like before its at least presentable. Technician forgot to do the design and I forgot too until after the top gel coat was already put on so I didnt say anything. Pricing was pretty standard. Everybody was very nice and the shop was clean. But they look only so so.

My initial review expressed disappointment because of my nails needing repair the very next day after my visit here. But the salon reaching out to make it right is what did it for me. Not only did they reach out but Michael made certain to take care of the issue and confirm my satisfaction. It is customer service like this that makes a difference plus Michael did my nails beautifully 😍

You must go get your feet done there omg Happy feat.

They didn’t even clean the outline at the end and my diamonds were not done correctly DO NOT COME HERE 😕

I love this place. I have been coming here for 1 1/2 year now and the staff to the owners are the best ppl I know. If I have an issue. I communicate with them and it’s handled right away. I get my facial done once per 6 months and feel rejuvenated. I have had manicures, gel nails, dip, acrylic, and my favorite type of nails now Pink&White🥰 The price for pedicures range from $25 on up and have tried a few of them but my favorite is the CBD olí because my feet are very dry. But I can’t wait to come back in the next 2 weeks for my refill.

I called to ask if I can come in for pedicure and first thing they said how can they communicate if I’m deaf first of all that’s very rude to say to a deaf person if you want to make money or growing business u should welcome anyone period!

So today my daughter and I came here for the first time. I must truly say I am very pleased and very impressed! Social distancing was on point and the salon was very clean and sterile and masks where worn by everyone!Our nails and pedicures are absolutely perfect. Michael was a absolute joy and he is very meticulous about his work and that is a plus for me!! We may have found a new nail home! Thank you Michael for a job well done!!

I came in here for the first time tonight, and I will definitely be a regular! The place is extremely clean, the staff is very welcoming, and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. I didn’t catch the name of the girl that did my nails, but she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before she began working. She even made sure I was satisfied with my polish color before she went past my first toe. It’s these little details that you don’t always get in a salon that will keep you coming back!

I decided to randomly make an appointment for a manicure here and I will probably only go here from now on! I showed a picture off my phone and got an amazing set that looked even better. I went in with severely damaged/bitten nails and I left with them feeling beautiful. Ify is awesome.

You MUST try this place! I love it! I have tried multiple nail salons and didnt care for them and then I found one I liked and used to go to there, and while it was good, the main difference was that the owner seemed a little stuck-up and rude. She never seemed to appreciate the customers or getting the business.The owners here are a husband and wife and they are both incredibly warm and friendly and love to provide a great experience! They are grateful to see you and always happy when you come back. They have made the salon a clean and beautiful environment and are very precise with their manicures and pedicures!I have never had a neater pedicure that lasts as long! I highly recommend NC Nails & Spa!!! Nina & Michael! THE BEST!

Im not one to leave reviews but I have to say I was very afraid of not being able to find a place I loved after going so long to a Nail Salon on east Orlando but I went today with my kids and the girls who tended to my daughter and myself were beyond amazing, friendly and attentive. I have fallen in love with NC Nails and Spa and we will definitely be going back. My daughter walked out telling me that she loved this place way better than where we used to go and we love that place but we moved to Ocoee so now we have a home nail salon we wont be leaving it. I recommend this place! Truly amazing!!!!

I went to them by seeing 5 star reviews on google. She suggested me to go with deep powder nail and I did it but I am not happy at all. She did well at starting but eventually I ended up with uneven size and shape of nails. When she was done I checked my nail and it looks like I had some of the space in my nail looks like uncoloured I showed her and she tried to fix it but she could not fix my one finger nail. I was expecting her to give me some discount!!!I was ok with that but I checked in detail my nails after coming back to home and found both thumb nails and both first fingers nails are not same in size and also corner of fingers are not colored. Looks like done by unprofessional!!!!! I am trying to post pictures of my thumb nail but no option here.Not happy after spending $35 plus tip..
