Went in for a pedicure on Friday afternoon and this is how my feet look on Monday. I work from home and didn’t wear closed toe shoes. My polish when I get pedicures usually last 1 month. This polish didn’t even last 3 days. Bad job painting and bad quality nail polish. Would not recommend.

I came here to get a manicure about two weeks ago and the nail tech did not do her job well. The nails were cut different sizes, the nail polish was thick and clumpy, overall it did not look up to part with the price I paid. However, when I asked if they could fix them without hesitation they were happy to. They fixed all my nails and now two weeks later my nails still look perfect. While I did have a rocky start in the beginning, their kindness and willingness to fix my nails to my liking was outstanding. I will definitely come back and have the guy who fixed my nails do it again because he did a fantastic job.

The best nail experience I’ve had in a WHILE, my last 3 nail services from other places have NOTHING on this crew here, especially Jennifer.. she made the best set I’ve had on my nails in a long time.. thanks you soo much. I think I’ve found my new nail home 💜

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My five-year-old would have done a better job with the pedi and the mani. It was so bad that I had to come home and redo it myself. Shame I paid for this!

Was interested in trying his place since they are new in town and the other nail place across the street closed(?). Was very clean and chairs are brand new so I got a good chair massage. They had me put my feet in the water without telling me before sitting it would have been a long wait. Waited for 20 mins. Lady came over and did A decent job on my pedi. Decided to do a manicure and asked they said yes. Immediately went over to the table and she started. Was an older lady and she put the nails on for the acrylic. Started pressuring me to do a gel polish for an additional $25 so that it would last. Tore up my cuticles from all the filing and the acrylic was so THICK, and There were visible gaps in the acrylic and gel polish. Below are pictures of what my nails looked like when I left. Worst experience ever. Really wanted to like the place, but the job was done so poorly.

I just got a pedicure and polish already chipping in 2 days. I always get regular polish at other salons and never have an issue with my polish. I’m not here to argue just constructive criticism for better quality polish gel or no gel.

New place in town, well decorated and clean. Tai did a great job on my nails. Everyone is friendly and kind. New local family business so give them sometimes to improve their business. Definitely recommended to check them out.

I couldnt wait for them to open. I have been moving over the past two weeks, worn out, broke 3 nails and needed a relaxing experience. They delivered. The music was nice, atmosphere, well decorated, presentation of the lavender oils was something Ive never seen. Pricing is fair, based on experience. I will be back!

I get a lot of anxiety when I’m in small public places like this. I think they noticed and made sure they relocated me away and made me feel better. I am so thankful for that. The service was amazing I felt so pampered by my tech.

Philip was my nail technician he is absolutely fabulous! He gives excellent pedicures, the massages that accompany the pedicure are awesome! Great place for your nail services!

Let me start with the good and say that the place is nicely decorated, clean & sanitary. Appointments were made for 4 individuals 2 fill-in & pedicures and granddaughters were getting hands & toes painted. My daughter was getting her nails done while I was getting my feet done. My granddaughters just sat & waited. Hour later I was still at the pedicure chair my daughter was still trying to get her nails finished. People kept coming and they kept accepting people instead of focusing on the customers that were already there waiting. Three hours later my nails were not done, my daughters feet were not done. My granddaughters hands & feet were done only because we had to speak up. For the price I expect a good experience!! Would not recommend at all!

First time going here today since they’re new to the neighborhood. From the time you walk in you’re greeted and the atmosphere is very peaceful and really sets a spa day feel. Ida is great and gentle. Definitely found my new spot!

Very clean and organize, Yiyi did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. This was my first time at the new spa, I plan to become a regular.

I love this place! They are all very good at what they do and very friendly! The owner is very courteous! I do bring my own polish, and they are happy to oblige! I highly recommend this experience.

BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON ON THE PLANET!Ive been getting my nails done for over 7 years and this was the worst nail experience Ive ever had. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm (gel pedicure and a full set). They did not start my pedicure until 4:45pm. The tools used on the previous client were rinsed off and used on the new client. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY! I had to ask the nail techs to reshape my nails 3 times because they were crooked and uneven. I had to wait way too long after my pedicure for my full set. My full set started at 6pm and was completely rushed. No nail prep, fake nails did not properly fit my nail bed and the products used were cheap. The nail tech didnt even bother to smooth out the acrylic which left my nails looking bulky and bumpy. The gel polish was applied sloppy. I asked for some gems on two nails and they were applied with basic nail glue and were not sealed with clear gel. I was done with my services at 7:30pm. 3 1/2 HOURS AT A NAIL SALON FOR A HORRENDOUS JOB. I WAS CHARGED $143 FOR NAILS THAT ENDED UP BREAKING 6 DAYS LATER!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, DISGUSTING TOOLS, ATROCIOUS NAILS, AND TO BE OVERCHARGED!!!PS. NOTICE HOW ALMOST ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE 5 STARS WITH NO COMMENTS!!!!! AKA FAKE REVIEWS

I went there to get my toes done. I asked for a gel pedicure when I was asked what kind of pedicure I said a basic one because that’s what I wanted. The pedicure is being done and nothing was told or asked to me. Once is time time to pay I’m charged over $20 over what I asked for. Then I asked why it was so expensive she told me that she gave me a different gel and pedicure. If any change was being done it should’ve been informed and okayed with me. However this was not done. I won’t ever be returning to this place because this just shows how unprofessional and uncommunicative they are.

I decided to try this salon out since I live so close. I will definitely be coming back! Not only was the inside very clean and decorated beautifully; the staff was very personable and attentive. Super excited to have found a new place to come for a pedi!

I get acrylic fills and pedicures all the time. The place is very nice, prices are a little higher than other places in the area. The pedicure was great but, I wasn’t happy with my nails. I asked 3 times for pink & white acrylic nails & got a French gel painted nails. I didn’t realize what they were doing until it was too late. Every nail artist has a different process. I think they need more experience. I won’t be back.

The salon is nicely decorated and the customer service by the male technician was wonderful. The reason I am rating the salon a 3 star is because they reuse tools and equipment without sanitizing between customers. For this reason I will not be returning.

I love getting my nails done at Westyn nail bar. The ambiance of the store is so calm and relaxing. Spa chairs are always spotless, shine, and super clean. Recommending everyone to try out this place.

Very nice location an people…I went an got a pedicure and in 2 days the polish started to chip ☹️☹️ And also I’ve been to other salons an REGULAR polish has lasted it should not chip in two days…learn how to take criticism an stop trying to argue with everyone in comments!!

Took my gf here to get her nails done yesterday she loves them. The people are very nice and friendly. They can get busy quickly so make sure to set up an appointment in advance.

Got gel manicure and pedicure for myself and a friend. Next day, the gel polish for both of us cracked and peeled off. My friend went back to have her gel polish redone TWICE! Next day, polish cracked and peeled again!! There were others in the salon complaining of similar issues. This place is understaffed and uses CHEAP PRODUCTS, but charges spa-like prices. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!

This is a very nicely decorated nail salon and extremely professional staff. I came in yesterday for a mani and pedi and she did a great job. I asked for a ombre french tip and it came out beautiful. So glad there is a great nail salon in this area, will definitely be coming back!

The salon is very clean and well put together. The atmosphere is calm, with the help of the background music. However, my concern is with the techs. At least two of the techs did not properly clean their tools after giving pedicires. One tech scaled a tremendous amount of dead skin off the clients feet, snipped hang nails, and scrubbed the clients feet with a hard spring-like item. The service rendered looked so relaxing, that I considered getting a pedi, myself. However, the techs I observed did not properly clean the tools. One of the techs very briskly rinsed the tools in the same soiled water that the clients feet were cleaned in. GROSS. That was bad, in itself. But to add to that, no cleansing products for the tools were used. Only the dirty water was used. That same tech proceeded to the next client and used the same unsanitized tools. Additionally, the staff was not personable. I felt awkward as a client and as if I was a bother. I tried to break the ice by offering conversation. But I received one word responses. I wanted badly to like this establishment. But after my experience, I will never go back. Needless to say, I decided against the pedi. Hopefully the day I went, was no indication that they operate that way on a regular basis. I gave 2 stars because the tech did a good job on my nails. Just polish. No mani, pedi, or acrylic. Hopefully, if management reads this, they will do better, because Im rooting for their success. Nonetheless, the health of the clients is important, which is why I took the time to write this review.

First and last that I will obtain services from Westyn Beauty & Nail Spa. While receiving a pedicure, I didnt know falling asleep was a prerequisite to being left with a cold towel on my feet for more than 10 minutes while the nail technician attended to someone elses manicure. After waking up from the cold towel I asked who will be continuing my services the owner blamed me for falling asleep. My polish was rushed and I recieved no help to put my sandels on as the technician rushed back to who she was working with. Horrible services did not feel valued at all.

The Pedicure was rushed and mediocre. Definitely not worth the $28 they charged. Nothing spa like thats for sure. SNS was okay, but not worth coming back for. I will stick to the place across the street.

Went to get a dip and I had a gentleman tried to get my old dip off my nails and it took him over 30mins and still not done, he then chipped my nail, and I walked out. I could tell he was nervous and inexperienced.While all of this is happening people kept walking in to get their nails done and they kept accepting people when they shouldn’t have. You should know your limit and not have people keep waiting.

Jenny is super nice, I complained about my back pain and she got me a pillow for it. She’s super fast and does great nails, definitely my new go to place.

My experience with the gentleman that serviced me was horrible. He was rude, impatient, and disrespectful. I ended up walking out. I was hoping it would be a great fit for me there but i was thoroughly disappointed.
