Rancho Bernardo Towing is running a kick back deal with Collision Factory. I called aaa to get my car towed and Rancho Bernardo Towing charged Collision Factory over $600 for the towing which was already paid by aaa. Both companies are dishonest. I do not recommend doing business with either of them.

Called triple a. They called rb towing to dispatch a truck. They never showed. Got a call fron triple a saying oh they said they cant pick u up for another 6 hours, do you want to leave your car there and tbeyll get it when they can?Well, no, it would be impounded by then.So this place SUCKS - thanks for taking the service call and then an hour later saying you cant do it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!After paying a premium to have my car towed, Ive had to call back NUMEROUS times to get a simple receipt. I spoke to Angelo who not only told me I was wasting his time, but also hung up on me! I asked to speak with a manager/owner, and his response was Im not giving you that information, you can track it down on your own. Who does that to a customer that just needs a receipt.Very unprofessional and rude. I hope you learn from my mistake and find a better business to work with.

Read Hendi provided quality service and was the first towing professional to tow my lowered car without damaging my front bumper. He was also very polite and caring. Very happy!

Driver pulled into my driveway and hit my retaining wall that I share with my neighbor. Driver never said anything to me about it until my neighbors showed me video and pictures of the incident. Called managers, emailed management, left messages for month and a half, and no resolve.

Rancho Bernardo Towing was there for me in my time of need. Great service, fair prices. Working with them put my mind at ease. Thank you again!

David the technician arrived earlier than estimated time, he was courteous, polite and friendly. And he arrived wearing his mask. Took only 10 minutes to jump start and report to me the alternator was the problem. I’m 8 years of AAA membership, David has been the very best. Thank you David!

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT LET AAA ASSIGN THEM TO YOUR HOME. They came out last year to jump a battery and tried to sell me a new one (which I did not need). Very aggressive tactics and insisted the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. I sent the driver away and drove the car to my dealership . Battery was fine. Then against my better judgment I let this company come out to tow my 1966 classic to my mechanic. They were supposed to send a flat bed and didnt the driver assured me everything would be fine. I even tipped him $20 to make sure he would drive slowly and take care of my baby. Well, he lost a right front tire, destroyed the lugs, half-assedly put the tire back on and dropped it at the mechanics (now on a flatbed) without telling him what happened. Beware. Do not use Rancho Bernardo Towing. They are liars and cheaters.

I added the road rage that this driver did again my wife. In reading some of the other reviews I see this has happened before. This guy actually got out of the vehicle and started hitting the window of my wifes car.Their answer to me: when I asked for a $50 discount on a tow they said they were not going to do anything. Bad company. I called AAA to report them and I hope that they take away the contract for Rancho Bernardo towing.

Danny helped me when I locked my keys in the car last night. Very friendly and prompt service - would recommend to anyone needing help of the AAA kind :) The office texted and called with updates, great team!

My truck broke down this morning and AAA said they would have a tow truck out within 40 minutes. In 10 minutes Rancho Bernardo Tow truck pulled up. The gentleman greeted me with a smile, offered me a bottle of water and loaded the truck to be towed. Excellent Customer Service and very professional.

Over priced, $360 for tow and 1 night + taxes. Damaged my car and offered me $100 for a $1060 repair, they dont want to pay for it.

Mike from RB Towing towed my vehicle yesterday. Mike communicated his arrival time, showed up on time and did a great job hooking up to and towing my vehicle. I rode with him to the repair facility and he drove safely. RB Towing and Mike in particular have my recommendation.

Araz was amazing! I called AAA for a tow back to oceanside since my radiator hose blew. Araz showed up 15 minutes earlier than the quoted ETA. He was friendly and knowledgeable allowed us to feel comfortable in the ride home, enjoying a conversation and also quietness. I would recommend them for assistance anytime.I understand being on the wrong side of towing when a business calls for illegal parking, but being in the right side and dealing with Araz was so amazing!

Last night my car broke down on the way to work so I called AAA. Rancho Bernardo towing was dispatched and they told me it would be about 45 minutes until they got there to help. To my surprise the tow truck showed up within 6 or 7 minutes! Mousa was the driver and he diagnosed the issue, told me he would have to tow it for me for the dealership. He kindly had me wait inside the truck while he put my car on the back of his truck for towing. This guy was so kind and professional that he explained every single thing to me and he also went above and beyond and gave me a ride to work 3 miles away before taking my car in the middle of the night to where it needed to be for repair. Thank you Rancho Bernardo towing, but MOST of all thank you to Mousa, not only for your kindness, but for your service also! I cant thank you enough!
