I like this place !!! Lena is the one does my toes. The place is clean and Lena makes your experience very pleasant. I did one time and SNS with David and I didn’t like he looked to be in a rush to help another customer and the results were bad. The owner is very nice.

I was not satisfied with my nails at all. A normal set is 35 went up to 50 because of length understandable. He couldnt do the SIMPLE design I asked for after MULTIPLE attempts so I asked for him to just take it off. Employee put so much powder on my nails they started burning until sprayed with water. Didnt put my nails on straight he had to redo the nail. Nails are bulky and uneven due to over usage of the powder. Now when finished he says 67 I told him 67 is not worth the finishing product Id pay 60 instead, but I was refused with a shoulder shrug and told no because of length. He also mumbled something his coworker thought was funny I did not hear. Also I was not a difficult customer I nicely paid the man and left. I would also like the employee to know you knew your work wasnt the best yet you did my nails poorly anyways, I know Im not the only complaint youve had your employer and coworkers know as well.You have very poor customer service and I dont appreciate it.I would never recommend this place for anyone it was a waste of my time and money

Worst experience ever... paid for pink and white nails... starting lifting 2 days later.. not to mention the employees must’ve thought they were out at a park with running and playing while customers in the shop... Never ever will go back☹️☹️Highly disappointing

I have been going to this location for years. It is family oriented and has a comfortable feel to it. They don’t upsell you on anything and make suggestions for what may be better for your nails. When I try other nail salons just to try them, I always end up going back to this one.

Sam is wonderful, very detailed and precise. He doesn’t get annoyed when asked for custom nails. Highly recommend Sam at Natural Nails!!!

Wonderful people, will listen to you and offer a wide variety of options. Gel nails really last. Have been going there for over two years and finally have a place I can settle on. Dont want to go anywhere else.

Horrible experience and I’m never going back again. The man that did my nails was new apparently and also seemed to have never done nails before. He shaped my nails poorly and my pinky nail was already very thin after he had removed the acrylic nails I came to get removed. I was also getting gel and he still wanted to keep applying products onto my nail that is already broken, i ended up telling him to just not touch it anymore, I came out with unevenly shaped nails, and barely a nail on my pinky.

David is amazing at what he does. The customer service isnt the best but the prices are great.

Lisa was very efficient and knowledgeable of what I wanted done. She definitely knows her craft. I would highly recommend her and her establishment.

Great place. Im a perfectionist, and theyre are a few things Im really picky about. I like the overlay to look neat. I like them super smooth. And I like them cleaned underneath before they send me off. They do all these things without me asking. The guy remembers how I like then shaped, and I dont have to remind him of anythingnless I want something different.refresh

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE GUY WAS VERYYYYYY RUDE!! AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MY NAILS TO JE SHORTER HE IFNORED ME, when I asked my nails the color I picked he said “no your nails are short I will not pick a new color” and so on BAD BAD SEECICE NEVER WILL GO AGAIN

I did the mani pedi special and asked to make sure if an hour was enough time and she said yes multiple time the pedi was amazing I loved it and she did amazing but when it came to the pedi I asked once again would she have time after putting lotion on my hands and giving me a massage it was 11 and she didn’t not start my acrylic nails I asked again and she said oh no you didn’t ask mani was to cut my nails a useless massage and paint my nails something I could do at home ! Left really upset had to pay 30$ for that useless mani will never go again

Theyre awesome. Have taken care of all my needs for 3 years.

Went after reading reviews and it was everything but. The polishes they had about 80% were all old and clumped. Seeing this they still tried to force the application on my wifes nails. They had to even stop to try to add thinner to their polish. The paint coats they apply are uneven and didnt cover the nail. Some streaking marks clearly seen. There were bubbles or particles all over her thumbnail. I dont get my nails done but im sure you paint the whole nail especially when you get acrylics and you dont leave the sides not painted. Only after hearing me speak to my wife did they make an attempt at correcting some of these mistakes.

This place is amazing they use great products, have great nail artists and fast service I would recommend David he does me and my granddaughters nails amazingly
