Not properly staffed. Lady was working extremely fast and told me that my actual nail was crooked when I said that the top of my nail was filed crookedly. Also made three of my cuticles bleed.

The nail tech knew the polish was old .Why would you send someone out the door like this . I only gave one star because i had to. Weng back the next day and she did them over and qas only trying to do the big toe.

My first and last time coming there, my nails are ugly, she put a lot of acrylic, and they are running slow been there for over 4 hours.

Eyelashes fall off the next day

I had a manicure and the owner cut my fingers with the drill over and over. She never said I’m sorry. She just said relax. She was very rough with my nails. I will never spend my money in this shop again!

As a former nail tech, I know the difference between great service and mediocre service. This place and the people are amazing, friendly and professional. As I read the other reviews, I’m shocked because the services provided here are top notch and I have never been disappointed. Neither have my friends whom I’ve recommended. People are Rude, Indignant and Impatient! Not the staff. This salon is first come, first serve, just like 80% of all other nail salons. People expect to be serviced the moment they walk in the door😳. Price points are great! Services are wonderful!

Dawn did an amazing job on my feet today!! I own an Auto Detailing business and Im on my feet all day 24/7. I have to get a pedicure once in a while. Ive been to a LOT of local places and I have to say Dawn at sassy nails is where Ill be going back to for sure!! The owner is a very nice lady as well and then my wifes nails which are amazing. Very clean establishment and all employees are friendly. I think she works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Go see her if theres any men out there that need their feet touched up👍Overall they gained 2 new customers

Techs at Aaaay Nails provide a personal experience. Chis (my tech) remembers my name, details, and personal preferences for my appt. She also makes special accommodations when possible. Love, love, love this service.

This place has horrible service, I simply got a short full set square, my nails are uneven, some are thicker, and don’t even get me started on the polish job. Very disappointed!!! My sister went in to get speak to the owner about getting me a refund and she said no refund and then we sat there for 15 minutes so I could potentially get them redone which made my sister late for work. Owner was rude but if your into poor service and ugly nails Sassy nails is your place.

I love Sassy nails that get you in out I have been a customer for over 22 years. The own is the very nice.

There must be a lot of picky people out here )-: Me and my wife went in for her to get her nails done and I went in for a pedicure (which I hate getting most of the time lol) this woman named Dawn did an AMAZING job on both of us . She was extremely nice to us and we had great conversation the whole time. And of course I gave her a huge tip on top of it. You get what you pay for with her people. go and ask for Dawn (i believe she was telling my wife she only works Thursday-Saturday)you wont be disappointed !!

Walked in and instantly greeted with friendly service. My nails had been done by a different company weeks prior and they were falling off and chipping. So I decided to try a new place. The gentleman that I had was willing to try and save the nails he could but they were too far gone, so he took the extra step to take all of the old ones off and start from scratch. My nails have never looked so good. I will most definitely be coming back again!

First time going here for a Full Set...never again. I came with my 13yr old niece and my 3yr son, whom is an old man on the inside but looks like a kid on the outside. I brought my own color good thing I did all of there colors looked crusty and to top it off were very dusty. It was cold and felt damp not welcoming at all. My niece was picking out a color for her Manicure as well and my little boy was following her as I kept my eye on them. The older lady tells me get your baby please dont let him touch polish...I said excuse me? She repeated herself. I said OK hes fine he wasnt even touching anything, I dont want him touching anything hes fine its my child I got him. My niece is also getting her nails done as well shes picking out a color...She goes OK just please dont let him touch. I gave her a blank stare because I wanted to curse her out so bad, but I had the kiddies with me. So kept starring at us like we were going to steal polish? I was offended and it bothered me so we got up, and left. I will never go back. I went to T Nails on Greenfield next BreadBasket Deli, love this place will be a regular; clean, friendly ..and family oriented.

It took 2 hours for a polish change for my 6 year old and a pedicure for me. There was NO WAIT. I walked in and sat right down and it took the lady TWO HOURS. Literally. She was extremely slow and her painting technique left my daughter with smudged nails. I am currently sitting and waiting on my nails to dry and I have to be somewhere in an hour. They constantly had people coming in for services but it was only 3 people working. This was my 1st time and I most likely wont ever come back.

I was there on July 11,2018 for a manicure I didn’t have cash on hand, it cost $12 and she charged my credit card twice, I opened my online banking 7-13-2018 so that’s when I seen a charge for $12.00 twice, that’s why it took her some time to bring me my transaction slip for me to sign, and I only signed once and she robbed me for another $12, I see why this place is so slow, anyone paying with a credit card be ware of Sassy nails in Oak Park Michigan.

So I originally went there because I thought it was cheap but I was wrong. She charges $5 for coffin. $5 for length. And on top of that she cuts you multiple times with the drill. If she cuts you, you don’t get a discount, you get a sorry as she continues to cut you. I would not recommend

Paid for a manicure the polish had bubbles in it after drying. I wanted a refund as I didnt have time to wait for my nails to be redone. Owner offered me a 2 dollar refund. I wont be returning to this salon

Been going there since I was a kid so they have known me for a very long time and they have done an excellent job on my nails every time I have been there. I know the owner and she always gives me the best service and prices

I highlllyyyy reccomend Sassy Nails! I walked in and they greeted me and were polite the whole time :) I got in and out super quick and they did a fantastic job! Dawn did my manicure and pedicure and I would definitely go back👍🏼 She was so nice to me the whole time and I definitely reccomend you to go to her!

This place was the absolute worst. I will never get services from them again. Shotty work and tried to pass of clumps in the nail polish as nothing and after my polish dry it has bubbles in it and they did not want to repaint my fingernails I had to literally make a scene

Customer service was terrible! worker was unwelcoming and rude. I was very unhappy with my eyebrows. When I told her she was rude then charged me$10 it was $8 the other time I went there. I will never go there again. They don’t respect the community they serve.

Everytime I get my eyebrows done I receive compliments galore. Im always greeted at the door. I enjoy the speedy service when I get a pedi, full-set and brows done.

Very inattentive. Turned the water on scorched and never came back. I was not asking for that kind of exfoliation.

Only put 5 so they would show this. The service was horrible and the lady kept being rude the whole time. Then i hear another lady tell the customer she picked her color out slow because she was old and kept being rude to her the whole time she was getting her nails done. This was my first time here but i am never going back. On top of all that my nail started to lift up about 2 days later. NEVER GOING BACK. 👎👎👎👎👎

$25 is wayyyyyy to pricey for powder gel FILL IN, went by three other places plus regular place is anywhere from $16-$20And one place near by then is $20 for FULL SET Sunday they TuesdayWould never pay more fir a full in than a full setThey need to check their prices with their competitors asap or they prob get a lot of walk outs like I did

Do not go to this place! The Young guy there is very slow and my nails was falling off the same day. All I got was a plane full set for $30, no polish.

They have a lot of nail colors to choose from which is nice but the service was horrible, the younger lady that did my nails over charged me and got upset at me when she hit my nail with her finger and had to start over, try the nail shop down the street.
