Good pedicure, but low quality no chip manicure. Had to remove it the same day :(

My visit at sparrow today was very pleasant.

Worst no chip Ive ever had. I got my no chip manicure on Tuesday. Its Sunday and theyre chipping. Ive gone to them twice and both were cheap quality. When trying to schedule my first visit over the phone they tried to charge me an extra $10 to remove my no chip. I called back later and a different person told me they dont charge for that... my second visit the woman who did my nails was kind of rude and didnt seem very interested in her job.I would only go back if they offered to reimburse me for my recent no chip manicure. Otherwise, there is no reason to visit this place.

Left my wallet while I was paying. Called the next day and they told me no one turned it inLeft my name and phone number. Came back 6 weeks later and asked if by chance they found it. The receptionist said it had been in a drawer for awhile and didn’t know how to contact me? Wouldn’t my name & number be in their system. She claimed they hadn’t opened the wallet and lo & behold the cash was missing $200+as I was leaving on vacation). Very suspicious. I will never give my business to this ‘shop of theives’ I still can’t believe this happened!! Ladies watch your purses & pockets if you foolishly go.

The inside is so nice and modern and the staffallow you to enjoy your experience quietly!

Awesome nail salon. Very friendly people that really know what theyre doing. I work with my hands so they get pretty beat up, but the ladies here always fix them so you cant even tell! They also focus on moisturizing and long term care, not just a great paint job.

Decided to try Spa O again for a quick polish change since I just had a manicure and Im trying to let my nails grow. Not only did they wreck the amazing shape my nails were in by vigorously filing down the sides (I didnt request this and my nails were already in the shape I wanted) they filed into my skin causing an infection. Why???? This just caused a setback, because as my nails grow out Ill have to trim them down. I wont be back. Previous review - They never answer their phone, which is a shame - I was trying to make a follow up appointment. Also, their website is not updated to reflect the prices of all their services and since I received less than attentive service my previous time there, its just as easy to make an appointment someplace that values my patronage.

Just a warning for anyone under 16 you can’t get gel here or dip powder. It isn’t listed anywhere on the website. Nice atmosphere and people here are nice and my nails turned out well just wish I had some warning instead of being told right before she started my manicure 😤.

I really appreciate the quality of care they have given me. Pedicures and manicures are very, very good. They have all been extremely courteous and responsive to my requests.

I never like to leave bad review because I believe in karma but un this case I have to I wanted to try some place new so I figured I iwould try them the lady was rude when I walked in a should have known not to go there but I did want ways I did a pedicure first off she didnt trim the nails I had to tell her to she didnt cut the nail on the side or should I say she didnt know how to do it so I had to tell her then she didnt cut the cuticles and didnt file the top of the nail she put the scrub on and didnt scrub at all she just rinsed it off she didnt take off any dry skin on the bottom of my foot she just put some kind of wax on it and left it there then she st6to painted my nails and she didnt know how to even do that right the nail polish is like wavy and streaky so I do not recommend this place at all I will NEVER come back it cost me $30 for nothing because now I have to go to another place and redo my nails this really sucks

I come here either during my lunch hour or after work due to its convienence and pretty good service. They can always get me in quickly without waiting which I appreciate because I usually only call an hour or two beforehand. I will most likely be back.

Stopped in for a pedicure. Told the receptionist that I had to leave in 55 minutes. She assured me that it was not a problem. 40 minutes later I reminded them of my time fram. Manicurist just smiled. 5 minutes later, I reminded receptionist (she was texting)about my time frame. She said that she didnt know that I wanted polish- so, NO I wouldnt be ready by my time frame! She was indignant when I said she shouldnt have assumed that I wasnt going to get polish because Im a man. Still charged me for the full pedicure. Btw, Ive been having pedicures for decades and NEVER have had such a ridiculous experience.

If I could leave no stars I would. Disgusting! They were double dipping in the wax!! The two girls there had no idea what they were doing. Left and luckily another place finished the job professionally and correctly.

Received a gift certificate from my sons for here as a treat. Between the rude receptionist and unfriendly environment I would never return. I had a no chip and pedicure done and within a couple days the no chip polish peeled off as did the pedicure. My usual salon I am able to go almost 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and they smile and make clients feel welcome. Really a shame...

Walked in at 7.20pm last night. I had never been there before. There were 4 people just sitting. She rudely said they close at 8pm amd take their last pedicure at 7.15. Ok.. well i wouldve taken a quick pedicure if she offered and paid the same price. Rude! So ill never be back!

I work here and the people is caring loving and sharing this is a great place where you can go to get the service done right. if you dont like it just ask if they can do it again

Went there for bachelorette party left girls sitting in chairs had to ask to take wax off feet after sitting there for over a hour. One of the girls nails weren’t covered completely with polish & had lines in polish. The bleach blond that did the one girls nails was rude and huffing during her whole manacure service. Place was dirty the bottom of the shoes they put on girls feet after pedicure were black after walking around place. I would never recommend this place

I had my nails done in Saturday @ 11 am by 3 pm of the same day half of the nail polish peeled off from at least 4 nails. Perhaps, the products are going bad or the nail technician does not apply them well... whatever is the issue they need to fix it soon.
