A loyal customer, they really do pamper you

Eeh. Got a dip. Applied too thick. Several nails were lifting after 3 days. Too busy to go back and get it fixed.

This is my second time at the salon and my rating is on the tech not the salon.The first time was a pedi with Traci and it was great and my polish lasted without chipping all the way until I took it off.This time I called for an appt on Fri and was told they could fit me in the next day. Kiki was supposed to be my tech but she was running behind. So instead of making me wait she gave me to Charlotte. She did my pedi and that seemed to be fine.Then we started the mani. I brought my own polish because I was trying to match an outfit and I wanted to make sure if I needed a touch up I would have the polish. I asked if she had a gel coat of sorts so that the polish would last longer. She said yes but didnt tell me it would cost extra. After the mani, polish and gel top coat, I asked if I was dry since I had to drive home. She said as long as I didnt bang into anything I should be fine.I was very careful but by the end of the night (which the nails should have been dry already especially with the gel top coat) I had 2 nails that were damaged already. I went to bed and in the morning notice that my left thumb looked like the polish slid to one side and was now hanging off.I sent a text to the tech with pictures explaining how they looked. She said she couldnt get back into the salon to fix them before Wed. I said that I had no time in my schedule to come get them fixed (I am in from out of state and have a booked week). She said Im sorry that your schedule wont allow you to come get them fixed and left it at that. I asked if her giving me a partial refund would be possible and I didnt hear back from her. That is not very good customer service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very POOR QUALITY work. Extremely time consuming & SLOPPY!! First time & NEVER AGAIN!! Very loud & unprofessional. PLEASE.. DON’T waste your time. Not to mention my nail BROKE THE NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

Traci my tech was awseme informed me as soon as I walked in that she was running a bit behind shes very respectful and kind. My pedicure is great my feet is baby bottom soft Lord knows I needed it. Gret job thank you Traci.

This place is a mess. I went to get a pedicure and was told that they didnt have dryers for my toes. Which is a problem I havent run into until now. The worst part was actually the way my toes looked. She didnt cut them evenly at all. Polish was missing from the edges of some of my toes. When I came in the owner Tracy had a rude and standoffish attitude. I will never come here again and Ill make sure other people dont either.

If it was an option, I would give this place 0 stars! DO NOT buy the Groupon for Key Key. She is very unprofessional. She does not keep track of her appointments she makes and will overbook you and then cancel your appointment and not accomadate you at all. Worst service ever! I made an appointment around the holidays bcus as most ppl like to do around that time I wanted to treat myself. Upon arriving to the shop, Key Key did not even remember booking my appointment 2 weeks before and told me there were 2 ppl ahead of me that I would have to wait for. I told her I would come back 2 hours later instead of waiting because I had errands to run and an hour later she texted me and asked that I reschedule. When I told her that in fact I could not reschedule, she told me she was sorry that she was overbooked and stopped responding to me. Groupon or not, that was the worst customer service ever.

Wow! These people are rude and extremely unprofessional! I made an appointment via phone and upon arriving I was told my appointment was cancelled. I called the owner to express my frustration and get a resolution and shes just as ignorant! This was my last effort to support this establishment! Dont waste your time!

Why add your business to Groupon if your not able to answer calls nor book an appointment. Very frustrating and unprofessional to have to hunt a business for an appointment.
