They do a good job for the $20 value. Would it be so much to ask to place tenting across the driveway while they dry the cars? Other car washes do it. I like to see when businesses are thoughtful in regards to employees. Its a simple solution. Healthier for the employees not to be in the sun the way they are.

I took a brand new SUV in after a road trip. I even vacuumed and pressure washed the outside before going. So it was an easy job. They missed so much it wasn’t even worth the $22 I spent. Waste of money…this place sucks!

Come on. Really? I paid $35.00 for their “best” car wash, the Royal deal. My tires and rims were not clean properly. See the pictures.I’m not going to this car wash ever again.Very disappointed!

Foreman with attitude and poor hearing. Cars line up in the back so its hard to see how long the wait might be. Also you have no view of the car until it comes out of the wash...not very reassuring.

Take both cars here weekly for a basic car wash, which I usually have to go home and tweak, it’s cheap so I don’t complain. The guys always say they can do a better job if we upgrade the car wash so today we did the best one and watched them do the same services with the basics car wash for double the price. Asked them what the difference was and no one could explain. The inside was still dusty and not even clean. Their solution, bring the car back another day and another guy will do it. With a car wash on very corner, won’t be going back to this one.

I got their premium detailing and they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new inside and out!

Car wash evaluation is difficult since it might be changing daily, however I did like the end result (got an online coupon). I like this one because you still find coupons on line during the week, plus here they vaccum and finish off the car at the end vs other car washes they do the vaccum first (no tip area) and then at the end the leather down part.This car wash offeres clean modern bathroom, extensive snack, coffee etc shopping, nice waiting area with fish tank, even koi pont outside. Constant maintenance to keep it moderate.

Piss poor work! Paid for the Royal wash and looks like I got the bottom tier wash instead. Interior was wiped down but not dressed. Floor mats not put back in place properly. Looks like the interior wasnt vacuumed. This location is very convenient for me as I live nearby but from now on Ill drive out of my way to a different car wash.

Fantastic job on Premium.Detail. Expect to wait 3 hours. Feel like I have a new car. Loved the .99 coffee while I waited. Outdoor seating, sanitized bathroom. Recommend, I brought my lunch and ate outside. TV in waiting room.

They were absolutely wonderful when helping me! They went so so quickly I expected to come back to my car and see a half done job but to my amazement it was SPOTLESS. I had spilt a berry smoothie all over my car and was so overwhelmed by the mess I went to the first place I saw. They left my car shining and smelling brand new. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Everything is done by hand I’m usually scared of taking my cars in cuz it’s always scratched or the workers cut corners but this place is so amazing and detailed. I’m even more impressed with how reasonable the prices are. They took care of my car and cleaned everything inside and out forever using this place to wash my cars

While my very dirty car was more clean after they were finished, it still had streaks from rags and blotches of cleaning product. The inside also received subpar cleaning.Bring a folded up napkin to stick under the side mirrors and a microfiber cloth to finish wiping the car down after you pick it up.

Charged higher price for basic car wash than what they published on their website. Despite having a printout of their webpage the manager refused to honor the documented price!

I wanted my car detailed. I paid for the crown special, the most expensive wash. A couple of things:1. Apparently, they cannot shampoo carpets or seats. They can only do so for floor mats, for some reason. Don’t ask me why, but that’s what the guy said to me twice.2. Despite the waiting room’s sign that says “Waiting room”, I highly suggest you don’t actually wait in that room. Why? Oh, because I waited in that room for two hours, finally went out to the main car wash attendant to ask him what was taking so long, only for him to say, “Oh, your car is done”. When I asked him if anyone was going to bother telling me, he tried to explain that I was supposed to be waiting on the patio outside of the “waiting” room. I explained that it didn’t make sense that no one even bothered to come and check the waiting room. He didn’t really have a response. So, stay attentive, because apparently, it’s your job to monitor their work and know when their done, not theirs.3. The car wash itself wasn’t worthy $70. The alleged hand wax is more so a quickly spray on material, there was still trash left inside of my vehicle, and it just didn’t really feel like I got my money’s worth.Between lack of communication, poor job, and awful customer service, I’d find someone else to give your money to.

They do a pretty good job, sometimes the windows arent completely clean, but Im generally happy with their car wash.

I went in for a hand wax and came from San Clemente because they had great reviews. They did the waxing in the same spot where they dry the cars and could see it because there was a big truck in the way of my view. In a matter of minutes they finished. I could not believe they finished it that fast so I complained. I was waiting for them to move it to the detail section and they never did as I mentioned they did it in the drying section. One of the regular employees was challenging me and saying I should look at the camera. The manager came out and made them do it again in front of me. They did a great job in the end. FYI I want to see the attendant doing the job. In these days you cant just take someones word.

Perhaps the best car wash and wax center anywhere. Did platinum detail in which actions were done like the old days, for example washed seat belts with interior work and with exterior, not only did hand clay bar work but after rewaxed and machine polished vehicle. Best job I have ever seen.

Just horrible, any time when I go there I even have to explain how to vacuum inside the car, I took my car from there and I re vacuum my self, and when I explain to them they don’t even know how to speak English even manager, the just keep saying yes yes yes, horrible, horrible

Its a super fast place to get your car washed. For the crown wash, you will get a basic wash, but for the price I think its just fine. Important is that it very quick, I think I spent 15 min total in and out.

Bought a brand new car, sprinklers waterednit and took it in for a nice wash. Car is 3 weeks old, got the royal wash for 30$, they did not remove water spots or some mud drops that were on the hood. Took it back and they said a regular car wash won’t clean dirt and water spots. Said had to have a clay bar done for 90$.So yeah, would not recommend at all. Came home and used window cleaner and the water spots came off the windshield. I have given them 3 chances with my 2 cars and it is always something that cannot be done. Attention to detail is pretty shoddy, so I would recommend finding somewhere that just does a better job overall.

I paid for a mini detail which included waxing the car, washing mats, inside outside clean, etc.My experience from start:1) crew greeting you absolutely unfriendly and not customer focused2) the wait area and location was not that great (comparison to other competitors)3) the finished job was awful- car still had bird poop on it- they did a fast 5 min wipe wax on and off- smear spots of wax left on still there as I got the car- inside the car barely cleaned- not vacuumed- my gum wrap still in the cup holder and on the floor- they did wet (clearly not wash) the mats. But simply dumped all four behind the driver seat (I actually had to pull over when I noticed my foot slipping and noticed the mats all back there)- the seats were pulled all the way forward and not returned to original or close enough spotSo the work for $50 was just a messMy $25 car washes at other places are 300% better than this spotNEVER COMING BACKSEE OTHER COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS that also have had the exact experience. I had to rewash the car again.

The external wash was decent but the interior detailing was sub par. I took my car back to see if they would make it look a bit nicer and the manager was super helpful, but he did point out what was included in the $25 price... which for an interior cleaning isnt much. They basically just moved the dust around. I appreciate their willingness to make it right, and the manager was super nice, but in the future Ill probably just go to the gas station drive thru and for the most part have the same result for less.

Not friendly service. Have to dig for answers. They cant tell you what the difference is between different washing. Then Asked clerk behind counter to add tip to bill at first I thought he said yes. Then when I asked why he didnt do it he just stared at me and said no . He didnt seem to care. I will not do business here again. I drove out my way to come here because of the outdoor waiting area. But not worth it for the first part of the service. The people who work out on the line are not very detail oriented either. Car still had residue on it told the person about it she said it didnt come off then as she used her towel it came off and no apology was given Vacuuming. Mats were pick up but not place back. Windows had spots that I had to detail later. Honestly gave a 2 star to begin with had to change it to a 1. This establish will never get my hard earned money again. Inside waiting room not organised should of been my first clue. Outside waiting area is nice.

Rude attendant. Writes on your tinted windows on the inside. Poor job of wiping down the inside. I had to wipe down kids fingerprints and shoe prints on the seat back myself.

I like this car wash. They offer a great price (the 20$ one is all you really need).They are quick. Docked one star because they could use separate microfibers to dry the windows and paint (thats how swirls happen)Im a car enthusiast and I know when a car is being cared for and this place cares for your car! They vacuum just fine but they dont wipe down the dash/cup holders/ plastics inside the car (well at least they dont in the 20$ package) which is fine because any damp microfiber towel can clean that up easily. I would recommend this place.

Paid $30 for a car wash, the inside was dirty, seats not cleaned, tires not done. Outside not bad but inside awful!

Im a fanatic about washing my car, Ive got hundreds of dollars worth of equipment, dozens of different towels, chemicals, etc. But sometimes you just dont have the time to do it and thats where these guys come in. For less than $15 they do a great job.

When here using a groupon it says regularly $80 with groupon it will be 39.99 for a Mini Detail O boy was it miny it was just a regular wash with mats shampooed. Plus the wash wasnt that great I went home and watched it again myself find some other place to go Im sure they will do better... Everyone that worked there look like they hated their job Or maybe it was just the language barrier.

They do a subpar job. You usually have to ask them to wipe down areas that they missed. A few of their employees are rude.

This place is a complete rip off. I went in for a Crown Service paid $80.00 and got a car was, and not a good one at that. The guy who wrote the order said it was waxing he outside and all they do is spread some lotion on the car in a sloppy manner. I fill I was RIPPED OFF when I drove off. I was thinking of bringing my other cars, but that will never happen. Cant say enough how bad a job they did for what I paid!!!!

The carwash entrance is not clearly marked and when we showed up confused the service writer didnt bother to greet us. I had to go inside the store just to get someone to greet us.
