The staff is so careful and meticulous with their work. They are always willing to change a color if I dont love it or will help me find matching colors for my. Truly the best nail salon! This nail salon is a huge step above the rest. Great atmosphere and they treat their clients the best. Nail artist Lily is absolutely amazing and the best nail artist I’ve ever gone to. She loves what she does and is so creative. I trust her with all my designs and she even helps pick out the designs for me. Everyone there is so nice and personable. So this place was recommended to me by an old friend. Lily did a fantastic job on my nails. So much better than the botched nails I had on previously with a different place. She really took her time and asked me constantly if what she was doing was right or ok. It loses the 5th star for 2 things. Their nail polish racks were all out of order. The regular nail polish mixed with the gel. Making it difficult to find what I wanted. The second was I specifically asked for one out of 2 people to do my nails and I ended up with some one else. I asked why when I paid and the lady said she was unaware of my request and very sorry. Then asked if I was at least happy with the services. So over all not bad. Will definitely go back.

My daughter and I just left the salon and this is how my nails look. I have never been to any nail salon and they let you leave with the dip still all over your fingers. This is not the first time this happened. The last time it happened I let them know and someone other than my tech fixed it. This time I didnt bother to even say anything, I just came home and removed it myself. Clearly this is acceptable to them. They rush through the service and do not take the time to ensure the customer is happy. I will not return to this salon.

Ive been going here for a long time and have always been happy. But in the last year Ive noticed the prices have gone up considerably without notice. The staff is no longer as friendly and seem to just rush you out. I used to feel like a valued customer, but not anymore. What used to cost me $50 now cost $90. And most of the time my nails are flawed. As you can imagine I am now looking for a new salon. Id like to note that I was charged the $90 for a French. I guess I was charged more because I didnt get white. But $35 extra is ridiculous!

I went this evening for some self care after work…and I got the usual for me. The young man who did my nails appeared to be “new”. When i pointed out how I didn’t like how my nails looked the gentleman in charge began speaking in their language, sat in the chair in front of me and began to roughly file my nails…I asked him if he would fix the other 4 and he stated “they look fine to me.” I told him, this isn’t what my nails normally look like, because I’ve gotten them done here before.” So the gentleman in charge had someone else come fix 2 of my nails and stated they would give me a discount (5$ off) for me waiting to get them fixed since I had been there for a while(445-7). I don’t want a discount, I want my nails done right. Needless to say, they wouldn’t fix the other nails and I didnt even get to get my nail design. This was not my version of self care.

The worst place I have had my nails done in the past 10 years. Ombré solar has never been more than $40 and it was $60 to my surprise at checkout, I still tipped even with the sticker shock because it’s the right thing to do. Stephen did not clean out underneath the nails in the end, I had to ask him, and he did not do lotion (that hand massage is always a nice finishing touch) he told me to put lotion on myself. So to not get the full service and pay way more than usual…. Wow! When I was shocked at the register the “manager” laughed and said ombré is an extra $15 and went back to playing on her phone. I felt sorry for the girl checking me out in that she is probably a college student and learning the worst customer service possible in how to treat the people paying their bills. OKC, Edmond, Tulsa all cheaper than this shop Norman. I’ve been in the service industry for 17 years and this was an embarrassment for you, you are taking advantage of your clients that are probably a lot of college kids and I absolutely will not be back.

Really, really bad experience. After I made it clear that I wasn’t happy with the nails, that they weren’t looking like the picture, the tech Stefan became rough, yanking my fingers and leaving my nails a sloppy mess. Worst ever nail salon experience. And they need to clean, the entire place is a mess.Edited to add: The only fix offered was to have the same tech remove the nails. They would not agree to a refund. They were rude in person and on the phone, but replied to my review here on Google as if they are willing to work something out and it’s just not true.

Best place in Norman!!😃 When I moved to town I tried probably 7 different places to find a place I was happy with. I’m usually a loyal person once I find a place and a tech that does a great job and once I found Royalty Nails I never left! My gal Jessica is the BEST! They take great care to please their customers and they do beautiful work. Most of the guys especially are wonderful at all of the latest nail designs and trends and if you get a chance to catch Steven he is a total PRO! I’ve recommended several ladies from work and friends to come by and I’ve never heard a bad experience. I even have a friend that moved from here to Stillwater that still comes back to Norman just to catch Steven. They are very clean and the shop is really cute! A wonderful bonus is the techs are super friendly, remember you, and genuinely care about their customers. I do believe if there is ever any issue the owners and the techs would make it right to investigate any case. They don’t cut corners and wont just take the easy way out. Definitely check them out and give them a chance to offer you a glass of wine and treat you in their AMAZING pedicure chairs ❤️

Everyone is so kind! Every time I have left I have been so happy with my nails! This says a lot because I am a very picky person and tend to get the same thing every time. I read some negative reviews and was confused because this is not the experience I have there and I go every other week! I would definitely try the salon out if you have not and see for yourself! I also believe in tipping well. I feel like if you tip well and give compliments when deserved you will receive the very best! You get what you put out there! A simple Life hack! This was my second time going to get my nails done at royalty the first I was in love I loved my nails so much!!! Today I was not so pleased, the nails them selves are great they are smooth and clean but the colors aren’t the best I wanted a water color effect with a nude ombré, it’s not really ombré and when you mix pink blue yellow and green it doesn’t look the best:/ everyone there is very nice and friendly and just think little Stephen could have done a better job if he would have taken his time, I will stick with big Stephen he did great on my last set

This was the first time here. Im visiting family and the 3 of us came to get our nails done. Ive had a stroke, so my right hand is difficult to work with, but she did an outstanding job 👏👌 If Im ever back up this way, I will DEFINITELY come back to have my nails done! ..... If it wasnt a 3hr drive......

I went in yesterday got nails and toes done heard good things about this salon. Well can’t say that myself. The guy who did my dip the nails weren’t dry yet and he told me to wash my hands which caused them to get messed up so I told him then he attempted to fix them. As I look at them there is spider webbing marks all in my nails.

I’m very disappointed with my service!!!I rarely treat myself but saw their salon and thought I would give it a try.The salon looked nice but the employees were very rude. I sat down and felt very uncomfortable with them coming by saying who knows what and laughing. That’s rude to laugh and speak another language to each other and never speak to the customer.I decided to try the dipping process. He did absolutely no prep work and went straight to dipping. He Indicated he was finished and I asked about cuticle work. He said that would be an additional $5. I wanted it to look complete so I agreed to pay the extra. (That’s included at every other nail salon I have visited.)He proceeded to butcher my cuticles. He cut 4 of my cuticles. There was blood. He proceeded to put the tools back in his drawer he just cut me with. It made me worry about those tools being used on me without being sterilized! Made me sick and scared!My husband was furious. He wanted a full refund. I Went back and was offered a $5 gift card for the butchered cuticles to use at my next visit. I told them to shove it. I would never be back. With as many nail salons as there are in Norman they need to realize word of mouth and reviews are critical!

I went to this particular nail salon to try it out I had never been there before and I got a full set with acrylic and everything. The Nail Tech seemed like they were in a hurry to have me choose what type of nails and what color to have them put on my nails.I did notice that throughout the session he kept repeatedly cutting my fingers with the tools he was using at the bed of a couple of my nails. Also noticing that I have never been touched so many times before any other nail salon and that this session was one of the most painful I had ever been through and Ive been getting my nails done for the past 18 years. This was the first time I had ever went to this particular nail salon because I have always been afraid of using new nail salons because I have seen different stories on the news of different people getting infections at nail salons.So I decided to try this Salon out and purchase me a new set and my friend a new set. When he was finished a few of my fingers were stinging from all of the cuts he had cut on my fingers throughout the session. A week after my nails were done there I noticed my fingers or starting to hurt worse and worse and I noticed something starting to come up from underneath my skin and it was too painful for me to even touch. so I put a Band-Aid around each finger. Soon after blisters started forming . They were getting bigger and bigger each day that i would wake up . I wasnt sure what the problem.was because id never experienced anything like this and nothing this painful. I now had gauze wrapped around each finger. I wasnt able to use my hands or fingers normally for 2 whole weeks because of the blisters that started forming around the bed of my nails and then grew into blisters large enough to cover the entire top of my.fingers. When the blisters wouldnt stop growing I then went to the emergency walk in clinic in norman. The dr. Confirmed that I had got the infection from the last nail salon i had went to and got these nails put on which was Royalty Nail and Spa in norman Oklahoma.My main reason of posting this is because I want everyone to be aware and to encourage the salon to double check their equipment and sanitization process. I called up there Saturday August 22 to let the staff be aware of what happened and the woman was so hateful that i spoke to. I have never been disrespected in that manner at any place 3thar does any kind of services to the public. She began to scream at me and hung up in my face. My main concern is I dont want anyone else getting this infection. I really just want this establishment to take responsibility for it and I just want everyone to stay safe and be aware of what happened to me and to know nobody deserves to be treated that way by their staff after receiving such a horrible infection. I have my paperwork from the dr and photos of the infection. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND PICK YOUR NAIL SALONS WISELY!!

Absolutely do not recommend. Not only do they make u sit there and wait, they completely rush through the entire service. A nail salon should be a relaxing experience, yet everyone seems angry. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. They try to upcharge you for everything!! Take your money and time elsewhere.

If i could give royalty 10 stars i would, i love Jessica and Stephen and everyone else that works at royalty. they are always so nice and flexible about appointment times. i always get compliments on my nails and they always do exactly what i ask for. they have wide range of colors and are always very patient and helpful when i cant decide which color to choose!would 110% recommend royalty nails to anyone who wants the BEST/cutest/most stylish nails. thank you guys!!

I got acrylics done at this nail salon and found out they ended up using Dental Acrylic on my nails. If you’re unaware of what that is, Dental Acrylic is illegal to use on nails because it’s too strong and can cause serious damage if a nail is to break off. Also, it’s a lot longer of a process to get off your nails too.

I’ve tried several nail salons in Norman and this is by far the best. Jessica and her staff all do a great job, friendly and take good care of me! Pedicure chairs are brand new and so nice!

No Stars (but it wont let me) First time for a dip manicure. She didnt shape my nails, didnt push cuticles back. I asked her to go thin on dip (as advised by others). After manicure I left with nails that were so thick they looked like reptile nails, not to mention every single nail was a different length and shape. Now a week later and removing the gel, all my nail beds have a huge indent where she filed with that dremel tool. The WORST manicure I have ever had!!

Phenomenal service. I get my nails done by Steven and he is very talented. He knows all the latest trends. I have also used the owner when Steven is out and she is great too. I was in a bad car wreck and They always take that in to consideration when doing my pedicures, Each girl in there is aware of what I can and cant handle due to my accident.

Had a terrible experience today at this salon. Long wait, bad service, and very rude staff. It was almost as if it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Negative vibes in this place and awkwardly quiet. The music or TVs were not turned up loud enough to hear so it was awkward to talk aloud because everyone in the place could hear you. I purchased the deluxe pedicure and the nail tech cut me really bad and when I said “Ouch” she just gave me a dirty look. The massage I received was rushed and absolutely no effort put into making it enjoyable for me. They spent a total of maybe 15 min on me... not okay. My friend got a mani here and said it was the worst manicure she’s ever had. Overall bad experience, wish I wouldn’t have wasted $35 at this place. I wish I could give it ZERO stars but I cant So, they get a ONE star from me.

Probably one of the worst nail salons Ive been to. I dont usually do these but I need to say this. We paid 35 dollars each for our manicures. I got gel polish and thats it. It was this pretty rosy pink color but within 3 days it started turning beige/gray. I have NEVER experience that. The nail tech I had barely spoke to me, painted my nails and when she was done she didnt even set the polish like everywhere else Ive been. She just put lotion on me like she didnt even want to touch me, put my hands in some wax, then disappeared. Someone else had to take the bags off. My mom came in for tips because she had painfully short nails. Paid for the same service as me and didnt even get the full deal. They literally put the tips on and filed them and that was it. No lotion, massage, or wax. I would most definitely not recommend this salon to anyone. Not even my enemy. We paid over 70 dollars for the worst manicures.

First time visit. Had a dip done. The tech did not use nippers to trim all the dry skin around my nails and cuticle. She did clip and trim my nails, though. She did not clean under my nails before or after the dip. As you know if you have a dip, all that powder builds up under the nail. So, when I get home I’ll need to clean under my nails and attempt to nip the dry skin away. She also did not remove the extra powder around my nails that was in the skin. She just put oil over it. NO LOTION was used in my hands or arms. 35.00. Very disappointing.

My experience was okay. The man who did my nails, Andy, did them well, but he kept making fun of my nails and the girl next to me because we are nail biters. I understand it’s harder to do my nails because they are bitten down so short, but he was very rude about it. He would dramatically drop the tips on to the table. He was pushing down very hard into my cuticles. He also kept coughing and at one point spit on my hand a little. I probably would’ve left if he hadn’t already glued the tips down. It made me feel self conscious and it was a very long and awkward 90 minutes. I probably won’t return.

Hands down the best nail salon in Norman. I usually get either coffin or almond shaped full sets and never have they ever been so perfectly even in such a short amount of time. I was practically in and out and I consistently get compliments on my current ombre french set. Cant wait to go back and try chrome!

I got my nails filled, the man used very little product to fill them which I felt was odd bc I’ve been getting my nails done constantly for about 5 years. After 1 day I had 2 break came in got them fixed, after 4 days I had 2 more break from just doing laundry I called to let me know what happened and I would be in to get them fixed and that I was irritated at how they kept breaking. I came in to get the fixed and the owner rolled her eyes and acted like I was a bother to get them fixed and then had me wait 30 minutes to get them fixed. Customer service here is not great and they act like it’s your fault they break and not theirs. As a business owner do not roll your eyes and be rude when I’m a paying customer! 🤬

They are so kind. The products and service are wonderful. Last time I went, I splurged on the best pedi. Ive never had a hot stone massage before. It was heavenly. This place is my once in a while treat for myself, and every time, it is great.

EXTREMELY disappointed with both the service and the way my nails turned out. My daughter and I visited this place and not only was the staff rude but our nails have NEVER looked so terrible. As soon as my cuticles heal from Anna butchering them, I will go elsewhere and have them re-done. Id give no stars if I could.

I would give the 0 stars if it was an option. 1st, I called to book an appointment which they acted as if they booked for us but when we showed up no one knew who or what, which was fine. We waited 20 minutes to be taken care of, still not a huge deal, but then they were extremely impatient with us as we tried to collect our thing from the waiting area. The woman working with me was totally rude and they didnt even attempt to do my two daughters nails even though I told them TWICE why we were there. She was incredibly rude, she ripped up my cuticles so bad that 7 of the 10 were bleeding and still very painful today, she accused me of messing them up WHILE she was painting them and then she completely LEFT WITHOUT even doing my toes or my girls nails or toes. I was confused and tried to speak with the manager about it to which she responded that her employee was just following her order...... never ever will I return to this place they have not the slightest clue about customer service or basic human decency. SO disappointed and I NEVER give bad reviews. The only good reviews this place has are PAID for. I am appalled to say the least.

Horrible experience today at Royalty Nail, I went with my daughters. Firstly, I was VERY specific about what I wanted (photo and all) to LYNN. Asked her no less than 4 times to cut them shorter, and I received a put out response each time. My nails are way too long, and not at all the shape I wanted, I basically had to give up because she was not going to do as I asked. She was rude, and rough, and she was clearly talking about me to the other techs, because she would say something and they would look at my nails. My daughter had a young man who complained about holding her friends baby before they started, he specifically said “I will not do nails with the baby here,” he also refused to give her tips even though she requested one, he said she did not need them. All of her nails are different lengths, and different shapes, ranging from pointy to round. I dropped $120 in this one visit, will not be back, and will certainly never recommend them to anybody.

I had a good experience here with Tony on my first visit. Because of that, I sent my daughter here. She asked for a shellac manicure and the gentleman at the desk said, are you sure you dont want powder, its only $5 more. Based on this, she (and myself when she told me) expected to get a powder MANICURE for the additional $5. NOPE!!! That was JUST FOR THE POWDER which she hated and it was crooked on her thumb nail. Im really disappointed and feel she was very misled. I wont be going back even though my experience was good because I dont feel like what happened to her is fair nor do I feel as if this issue (when we called the store) was handled as well as it should have been.

I usually have really great service here, but the last time I went the guy doing my nails didnt know how to do ombre and didnt mention that until my nails were done and looked terrible. Halfway through I told him I didnt like them and they were wrong. He said he wasnt finished and they would look like the picture. He was absolutely wrong. Then he took them off, and I asked for just plain white nails and I ended up with pink nails. Then was made to pay full price. I was not happy, but there are a few people there who really know what theyre doing.

Honestly the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Waited almost an hour before i got sat even though there were plenty of seats available, I got a pedicure and didn’t even receive a massage, the nail tech cut 3 of my toes DEEP, didn’t get callous removal, then I sat down for my manicure and they said “you pay first to make sure of payment” which i thought was odd... I went ahead and paid for a manicure and pedicure(that i was already unhappy with anyway) and the nail tech took my old polish off, clipped my nails, repainted them, and told me i was done. No filing, no lotion, nothing. Not only did they do a horrible job on me and the other girls i came in with, but they were so rude and unprofessional. I understand it gets frustrating when it’s busy, but that’s no excuse for the experience i received. I will never come back and will never suggest this salon to anyone.

Though I loved my nail tech, several of my dip nails chipped literally the next day. I got them done for a photoshoot and was so disappointed with the instant chipping. The products used were low-quality although the manicure was done right. It was a waste of $40. Also, Ive noticed Im treated better as a customer if I dress a little nicer. I feel rushed through if I go in for a manicure after class. So disappointed.

Very poor experience. I asked for the basic, but they kept asking if I wanted something else. When I pointed to the $25 one they acted put out and continued acting that way the whole time. The girl started by SETTING THE TIMER! Then she just went as fast as she could and didnt rub my feet at all. This was supposed to be a treat, but left me feeling upset. Ill be going elsewhere in the future.

After going there for over a year, they acted as if I owe them something. Was even told that I could only come in Monday-Wednesday. Definitely not going back.

All-around awful experience. Didn’t soak for my manicure, my tech put my hands in wax AFTER the shellac was applied, and did not wipe my nails down with alcohol. My friend next to me was getting acrylics, her nails were put on crooked, the tech was getting super glue on her skin, and cutting her skin. This is a picture of the good hand.

Ive never been there before as I told the first person adjusting the water temperature before she dissappeared, same as I told the second person who offered me the menu of services before she dissappeared. The third young young lady sat down to do my pedicure. The place itself reflects its name, Royal looking, however the seat of my chair was so uncomfortable, no matter how I wiggled and squirmed around I could not find a comfortable spot for sitting. When she was finished she asked me if I needed anything else I said No, and she dissappeared. I expected her to come back, but the longer I sat there the sillier I felt and as mentioned before my rear was hurting, so after what seemed a very long time, I managed to squeeze sideways out of the chair (which obviously you would need assistance as the sides are closed and locked?) She had put my flip flops on my feet and as soon as they touched the floor I had a couple of them scrambling and one yelling and asking me if I wanted to dryer, now how am I supposed to know what they do? I was just ready to go but as instructed I sat under the dryer for the recommended 15mins. Had to time it myself. For me, the name did not fit the customer treatment, I prefer Walmart to this place!!!

The inside is very nice but I will not be going back. The nail techs are rude and unprofessional sometimes, like showing my grown out nails to the other employees and laughing at them. The last time I went, A regular client made an appointment with my nail tech about half an hour after I sat down and she was FRANTICALLY rushing through my nails, leaving them super unevenly shaped and hurting my fingers a couple of times.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Great environment and very relaxing. I recommend Cindy - she is wonderful!

I went for a manicure with shellac. The lady that did my nails rushed through the manicure so fast she didnt even get all of my cuticles cut, nor did she even push my cuticles back. She did not want to conversate. And the over all experience sucked. I will never go here again.

They were very nice and did an excellent job on my nails and my cousins. Its a nice atmosphere too.

The worst nail salon i have ever visited LITERALLY. Came inside asked for acrylic nails they told me they don’t do them, so i was like ok i’ll just get dip, even though it’s more expensive. I wait 20 minutes for someone to do my nails and she tells me it’s $40 and i was like that’s a little expensive are you sure you can’t do acrylic and then this lady said yes they can. So i said I would just do acrylics, well then I wait another HOUR AND A HALF. so i tell the lady i don’t want my nails done anymore because it’s been taking too long and she tried to blame me because she said i wanted to dip at first and then changed but I specifically said i wanted acrylic but she told me they don’t do it. So overall,,, don’t come here!

Ive been here before and really liked it, but the last two times Ive been here, Ive been disappointed afterwards. Both times I had the same lady. Maybe she has had bad days when Ive gone in, but she nicked my cuticles twice on one toe, didnt say a word about it (usually people apologize), she put something on my leg instead of lotion and it started burning... She removed it but didnt apologize for the product mix up, and she did a poor job painting my toe nails. If I had any idea it would have gone so poorly I would have just done if myself. Ive always gotten the $25 pedicure (and the ladies have always done a great job!) and they have done the paraffin treatment, but she didnt do it today (maybe they have gone away from that with the $25 pedicure). It seemed like a really lazy work. If I go back, Ill make sure to make an appointment now and with someone besides Christina.

I got my nails done here a few days ago and they didnt turn out the way i wanted, but i ended up coming back to get them fixed, jessica fixed them for free and even gave me a little extra. Would come back again.

I went yesterday and it was my first time there. I used KEVIN and He was Horrible!!! If you do come here dont Use Him!!! Use Steven...Hes Wonderful and he Pays Very Good Attention for Detail!!!

I foolishly dropped my 15 year old off with her friends giving her a 30 dollar budget. My youngest daughter wasn’t feeling great so I left to pick up the kiddos in an hour. For some reason my kiddo thought that getting extra designs wouldn’t be extra money. When I came to pick up her and her friend, they were both shocked that their nails cost 60 and 70 dollars. They got all the extra bells and whistles. Although I was absolutely willing to pay they still offered my kiddo and her friend a 10% discount, when honestly it was the kids fault for not understanding that extra stuff costs extra money. I work in customer service and I was amazed at how kind and professional they were about the whole situation. I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone who asks.

This place is AMAZING!!! The herbal pedi is to die for. The staff is friendly and will conversation with you. It is a must!!

We have went to the Royalty Nails in Moore twice. First time there was 6 of us and they turned us away. Tonight we called and they said it was slow. So, 5 of us showed up and get turned away again. Said they dont have time. Oh, really you dont close for another 3 1/2 hours. They suck and I will make sure their sorry lazy business name is well known to all that I know.

They did my nails (pedi) really fast. Like, really fast. So fast that Im not sure I got a decent amount of time soaking. It was good though, quality work. My sister got a mani/pedi, and they put the paraffin wax on her hands instead of her feet. We figured they forgot to do it on her feet and just did it on her hands instead, without asking or charging her less. Lol.

I drive 45 mins to an hour with traffic to get there... I love this nail salon hands down my favorite.

My friend and I had a terrible experience at Royalty. We were not greeted when we walked in and was never offered a beverage. The salon was not very busy and they would not allow us to sit by each other. I tried to make conversation with the guy who did my nails and he would barely respond to anything I said. He gave me a manicure in about 15 min, the tips are all jagged and slanted. Multiple employees would gather around me and made it very obvious they were talking about me by pointing and glaring at me. I am nice and still gave a decent tip and did not even hear a thank you in return. SO RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE. There are so many better nail salons in Norman, do not waste your time here.

I wasn’t impressed with this service at all. I’m not going to bash them online but I will tell you if you don’t do what they suggest you might as well go somewhere else cause you will not have a good time. I had an awful experience and felt unwelcome.

Sitting in Royalty nails now in pain. The nail tech tore me up. Took all of 15 min to do a pedicure and physically hurt me. The third time I complained she said I had an ingrown toenail and then asked me if it felt better. It never hurt in the first place began scraping my toes and then she would scrape the instruments over the top of my foot to clean them off. I asked her to stop and she got a major attitude. Worst pedicure I have ever had and I will never ever be back!!!

HORRIBLE. I wanted tips (because I have short nails) with dip powder. When gluing the tips on, my lady used WAY too much glue and glued my skin to the underside of the fake nail. Then she blamed me for having short nails and began to forcefully shove her fingernail between my skin and the fake nail to separate the two.Then, she performed probably the worst set of dip nails Ive ever seen in my life. The dip was patchy and uneven and she acted as if she were in a dip nail speed competition.At the end, she filed my nails so violently and speedy that she sliced my pinky finger, and didnt even apologize for it. She just continued to file. Her terrible dip job required multiple rounds of grinding, filing, and buffing. I have never experienced so much pain getting my nails done.Side note: this place may look nice and clean on the surface, but their sanitation habits are subpar. My nail tech used cuticle clippers from a drawer in a cabinet where supplies are stored, and I could see skin from other customers stuck in the cuticle clippers. I also witnessed her take DIRTY, USED tools from this same drawer, place them in a sanitary envelope thing, seal it, and place it on a tray that another lady was going to use on someones pedicure. Doing so gives the customer the illusion that the tools have been cleaned and sanitized prior to use, since the nail tech has to break a seal to access the tools. I hope that these dirty tools have not come into contact with any pathogens.

Horrible experience today at Royalty Nail Spa. It’s clear that the staff prioritizes their dip appointments over gel ones. I came in with my friend who was getting dip and they offered her service first and left me sitting on a small stool beside her. Then I was told to sit on the pedicure chairs. It’s been 20 minutes and I’m still waiting to soak my nails.

The only place I go anymore. Wonderful staff and they do an excellent job.

I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone who wants their nails done correctly. I asked for an almond shape nail, which is a very basic shape. Absolutely none of my nails matched the other hand on the shape nor the other fingers. Every finger looked different and it just looks so horrible. My nails are all different kinds of lengths and thicknesses as well. I was charged extra for the horrible shaping which really upset me. I have never been so displeased with my nails before, and I get my nails done just about every week. This is exactly why I dont try new nail salons. Absolutely terrible. And my friends nails were not even filed correctly either and she just got a simple manicure. I wasted my money for sure.Also, my cuticles were nicked on almost every finger with the smoothing tool they use on your nails. Very painful and no apologies at all.And it took almost TWO HOURS!!!!!
