I’ve been going to Filed Nails since they opened, by far the cleanest and most professional. The staff is so friendly, the vibes are relaxing yet upbeat. This place is always BUSY so make sure to make an appointment!!! But seriously make an appointment. That way you don’t walk in and get mad they can’t seat you right away (you know who you are). They honor appointments- hence why you should always MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I couldn’t recommend this place more! I love the people & how pretty they make my nails look 🥰 💅🏻

I am really disappointed with my experience. I came here because I met some girls with amazing nail designs and they recommended this salon. The nail tech I got was so rude. My thumb nail is slanted and the shape is not consistent with any nails. Some are wider than others and a few are completely flat. The design is messy and when I spoke up about cleaning it up the nail made it known she was annoyed. Very unprofessional. I was expecting a lot more based off their photos online and how nice the salon is.

Literally did such a good job i cry every time i look at these pictures. no other place has been able to do the designs i want except for Filed, and the price they charge for them isnt ridiculously high so its a win-win.

1st time at the salon, I had high hopes with all the nails that is posted on Instagram. I’ve been going to a nail salon for 3 years and had heard such good things I wanted to try them out. I am picky I will say that but I tip very very well and always come in every 2 weeks. The lady seemed annoyed and rushed me and any time I said I wanted something fixed she argued with me multiple times, I showed her a pic of what I wanted she then went to a drawer and got stickers and had me pick out stickers, rushed that and made it seem like it was a hassle and would push my hand away aggressively when it needed to be put under the light. They’re lumpy, bumpy and the clear coat isn’t on all the nail. I expressed to the younger girls at the front desk of how badly my nails looked, they said they nail artist would fix them (not sure why I didn’t get the nail artist in the first place) but I had already spent 2 and a half hours there and have my own business so I had only a limit amount of time as I am very busy with my businesses and a mom. Very irritating bc it should have been done right the first time

I have been going here now for about a little over a month, they are wonderful! I was told by a friend to check them out and I am so glad I did. After going to the same place for 3 years and I was starting to be treated not so good. I am just glad I was welcomed in and everyone has been so kind. I recommend Kevin or Stephen for long nails, but every nail tech is awesome. Irene is a super amazing artist! I appreciate her input and her amazing ideas for my nails. I look forward to coming in for my appointments! Will be staying here for now on for all my nail needs!

I found this place several months ago and I have never been disappointed. You absolutely need to make an appointment because they are ALWAYS busy. But once you are there and getting your service they treat you like you are the only person on earth. I love getting pampered here!

Irene is such an amazing design artist. Being from Florida me and my partner haven’t been able to find a place with such good quality and value. They have 2 forever customers. Fast and efficient. The customer service from Daniel, Tom, and Yen was exceptional. Thanks guys!

Dropped in for Shellac manicure, quickly seated. Almost none of the workers had on masks, very friendly man did my nails but rushed so much, all the nails are different lengths, he used a 180 frit nail file for natural nails so the edges are quite rough since he did not follow up with a smoother file. The shellac is smooth even though I was only given a couple of minutes to choose a color. Probably wont go back with suched rushed services and they were not really busy. $40 for the service.

This is the fourth time I’ve come here and every time we have had great service every time! I’m always so amazed by the talent they have for the designs. My friends in this picture was free handed and it’s so beautiful!!

Best nail salon I’ve been to! I brought in my bridesmaids and family for manis/pedis and they catered to everything we needed. My nails were done for my wedding and they made sure everything was perfect and just how we wanted. They added gemstones to my dip manicure, and I’m so happy with how they turned out!! My bridesmaids all got different designs: ombré, gel, shilac and we love how everything turned out ❤️

Oh my goodness! I can not even explain how fantastic this spa is! I visited with five friends for my 21st birthday and all the technicians and staff made my friends and I feel so happy and comfortable! We each got a set of acrylics and they all were so beautiful! Every single member of our group has a new set of their dreams! We are now eternal customers and so thankful for such a wonderful birthday and nail appointment.

My personal favorite nail tech is Daisy but everyone in the salon seems good as well! It’s always clean and runs smoothly, like a well oiled machine! Complimentary snacks and drinks are nice! And sometimes they bring their dogs so that alone would bring me back lol never any issues with my nails or service ❤️

Update to add: the pedicure didn’t last long and my nails have started chipping after a week.Overall my nails are cute. I’m a little disappointed I didn’t get the person I requested. When I booked through the app, the price was 70. When I paid it was $5 more. My cuticles were cut a few times during the pedicure and my nails aren’t as shiny as they typically are. Ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my design to be done. Definitely didn’t appreciate the remarks made. It was pretty busy which I’m sure is due to back to school. Willing to give them another chance, but I highly suggest updating prices in the app so people know what to expect beforehand.

Worst nail experience by far. Made an appointment a week prior for my 5 friends and I. Arrived before our scheduled appointment and the man at the front desk said they were not expecting us and tried to call me. They had never asked for my phone number when I had made an appointment. When I explained this they laughed at us and made us feel like we needed to leave. We then waited so long to get our nails done. I had the worst nails ever from a nail tech who was very unprofessional and rude. I asked for ombré nails and they were very thick, uneven, and too bright of a pink. 3 of my other friends had nails breaking off the next day. Will not be returning. I will be sticking with R nails from now on.

Omg! I made an appointment a few days in advance via phone and spoke with the receptionist about wanting nail art for my birthday vacation in a few days. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and booked my appointment for a full set with extensive nail art and a pedicure. When I arrived we were immediately sat down with refreshments and a clean pedi chair with the plastic on the bowl and they were very efficient. My nail tech was Yen and Irene did my nail art. Irene is extremely talented and I am BEYOND OBSESSED with my nails and can’t say enough about how cool and inviting the environment and people are. Daniel is also one of the managers and took the time to get to know us and ask how we were doing. They do get busy and you may be there a while if you’re getting nail art because they only have limited artists doing the art. I would highly recommend making an appointment and letting them know you need nail art. Other than that 10/10 recommend for all of your mani/pedi nail art/ spa needs!

When you walk In you’re greeting immediately by the people’s st the front at the time it was two young men. Super sweet! They asked me exactly what I wanted I showed them a picture and then they passed the word onto the women who gave me my manicure. She was so sweet and very professional. They gave me a little goodie basket with 2 drinks and snack. It’s very clean and just a fun place to go with the girls. It’s different from all the other nail salons I have been too. Usually you have to explain yourself over and over again to whoever is doing your nail but they got the job done and made me feel super comfortable in the process. Very happy with my nails and will definitely be returning.

Went into the salon for the first time ever after hearing great reviews. I showed a very basic style and was expecting the price to be around what was advertised on the website. Not only did it come out to be almost $80, but the length is unbearable despite asking numerous times for them to be shortened. I was also there for almost two and a half hours, even though all I got was a simple acrylic set with two very thin lines on each nail. Will not be returning.

Really nice environment, but the nail tech I had pressured into getting something I most definitely did not want and then was charged extra for after, even when I tried to stand up for myself throughout the entire experience. She was very unprofessional and the whole experience was super disappointing for me.

Went today for first time! Had a acrylic fill and was told the nail polish which was white did not go on right because my hands were cold! What does that have to do with anything?!?! My toes I did gel and I had to have them redone before before I even left bc they had marks and ridges everywhere. For 95.00 dollars you would expect quality nails and toes! Oh and toes still look bad but was tired of waiting to redo them a third time. Over it!

Made an appointment and waited more than 30 minutes after my appointment time only to have my nails done by the wrong person. She made up for running behind by completely rushing her brought my mani. The edges are rough, she didn’t even touch my cuticles which are in horrible shape. The edges of my nails aren’t smoothed out and there’s still glue stuck to my skin. Will not be back.

I visited Filed on two separate occasions, both of which I had not so great experiences. The first time, the nails I left with were great. I was happy with them. However, the woman that had done my nails had given me the genuine feelings that she did not want to be there the whole time. It was basically unbearable, it was really uncomfortable. I decided to try again because I did end up leaving satisfied with my NAILS the first time around. I made an appointment, came in again, and had a god awful experience the whole entire time. I showed the woman who had done my nails this time a picture, picked out my color, and continued on. From not being able to get the correct color from the books (and her getting extremely frustrated about it & made me feel bad), the nail tech speaking to her coworkers about me in front of me, and the genuine attitude that came from the woman who had done my nails was almost enough to make me walk out. On top of that, she didn’t agree with the color I picked, and asked me over 10 times if I was happy with the color after we had gotten the correct color picked out. I assured her every single time I was satisfied and that this was the color I chose and that she didn’t need to ask again. She then decided to talk to her coworker about the color I chose, in front of me, again. I returned home extremely upset and with nails completely different from what I came in wanting. The next day the first nail broke, the within three days after that two more had broken. I called to see about their policy for breaking nails, and all I got was to just come in the next day as soon as they opened to make sure I got my spot in line. As you can imagine I did not return back, especially not to get 3/10 nails fixed. I can confidently say I will not return to this nail salon ever again. Don’t waste your time just to ruin your day. The atmosphere is not worth the money.

I got volume lashes from Cherry G and right off the back I knew I was coming back she had an absolute great taste in music friendly environment very easy to talk to and made me feel super pretty and when I was finished I have gotten tons of compliments and have already told about three of my friends to go see her if you’re considering getting eyelashes done definitely ask for her!

They are very rushed. They young man used a pumice stone and didn’t take his time and was actually hitting skin not connected to my foot. I know have a small wound. The majority of the staff do not speak English so it’s difficult to communicate your needs. This was my second pedicure and I won’t return.

I did not have a good experience here. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude the whole time and cut each of my fingers. I did bring this up and they gave me 10 percent off.. now one of my fingers is swollen and infected because she did not clean my fingers after cutting each of them with the electric file. Won’t be back ever again and do not recommend. It isn’t worth a trip to the doctor!

I’ve been going since they first opened. Loved them at first but very over priced. And everytime I’ve gone, my nails have broken within the first few days to week. When I go to get them fixed, they always rush and right now my nails don’t look the same. One of my nails broke and needed desperate help and I was told to come back the next day. It ended up cracking even more and deeper into my nail. They lost a loyal customer sorry:(

I have been here a couple times and they have been really good. I recently got done nails that cost me $65 and one of them broke within the week. Unfortunately that’s when the ice storm started. Good place but depends on which person does them.

I’ve been to many salons in Norman, and this is the one I keep coming back to. They’re professional, friendly, and I never have an issue with my nails when I leave.I especially love Cherry! She made me feel valued, and expressed to me her desire to make sure each person leaves with perfect nails which I respected a lot.During COVID, I felt comfortable coming because they put up screens and every employee wears a mask. Their response was awesome. Definitely will keep using this salon!

The first time I went the person was very polite and did okay, the shine on the acrylic just came off really fast. The second time I went I got a fill and they were super thick. They didn’t get all of the previous polish off and you could see it underneath. The polish started peeling off the next day and the person that did them was very rude. I went back again to get them fixed and the woman was very polite, but the next day I looked down and the nail was broken in half!! I don’t know if it’s just me but I haven’t had a good experience here.

I really had high hopes for this salon and wanted to like it, but sadly it didnt do it for me. I waited an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled a few days in advance. I wanted a gel manicure with some simple nail art, but I could tell the lady doing my nails wasnt skilled in nail art, and instead of asking someone else to do that part, she did them and it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. The whole process felt very rushed and I felt almost like an inconvenience to them. My gel was also very lumpy and chipped within 2 days. I love supporting Norman businesses, and I believe its a good salon (everyone else around me had awesome looking nails, I guess I was just unlucky) but this experience was not worth the money.

I’m not one that usually leaves reviews, good or bad. But as I sit in the parking lot right now, I’m in awe of how I was just treated inside Filed. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 months. Always had great service. The last nail set was subpar and I lost two nails within 5 days. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for 2pm and actually requested my favorite tech. Not only did I want to get the two nails replaced but I asked for a fill also (only after 7 days) simply because I was already going to be there. They have a 10 day guarantee but I hadn’t planned on using it... I just wanted my nails done. Well, I arrive 5 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, waited 35 minutes and then was told that the requested tech couldn’t do my nails, and was passed onto someone else that was only going to replace my two missing nails and the color wasn’t even going to match. One of the owners ended up sitting down and doing my whole fill but was so rude about it...didn’t speak to me...told me when the light went off I was done...and just got up out of her chair and walked away....even after I asked if I owed for the service. I have never been treated this way inside this nail salon so I’m completely baffled... if this is the customer service someone receives when they return within the “10 day guarantee” time period, quite frankly... it’s just not worth it. Filed is more expensive and up until today, I felt the higher cost was worth it. Not anymore. Wow. I’m speechless....

This is the very best salon in Norman! They treat you like you are the only person there and they listen to what you want! My daughter loves the nail designs and we never have a problem with them chipping or breaking. Love love love Filed!

I went last night to get my eyelashes filled and I was really impressed with the finished product! They shampooed them to get them clean, removed any that were falling off, and reapplied some. When I finally got to see the finished product I was really happy! The classic set makes them look so natural and beautiful. I would definitely recommend getting a set done at Filed.

My nails are uneven bumpy and hang and the tops of them. i’ve beyond disappointed in this salon.

I’ve been to multiple salons in town and Filed is by and far the best. It was a first class experience. I was given a heated neck pillow with aromatherapy, as well as a small basket filled with a snack and 2 beverages. The management checked on my several times to ensure I was satisfied. They also had the most comfortable pedi chairs I’ve ever sat in. Awesome experience- and they followed all covid safety protocols.Highly recommend.

I came here one week ago to get my nails done and they have already fallen off. they did not even put my nail all the way to my cuticle so they’re already grown up a lot. i came to get my nails fixed and have been waiting for 30 minutes and have seen 6 people go in front of me when all i need is 2 nails done.

I went to this salon because it was close to my moms house and I heard it had opened recently so we wanted to check it out. My sister and I came in to just get our brows waxed around 4:10pm I go up to the desk it was your usual experience I was checking in with a gentleman telling him we were just there to get our brows waxed then a lady rudely comes up and says we aren’t taking anymore people today and circles her arm around and says I have to take care of these people first literally was like 5 people sitting down. Then tells us to come back tomorrow. They literally had 50 minutes left of being open. I have never been turned away at a salon before because usually they have multiple people working. I will not ever come back because of how rudely I was treated and there is so many salons that will happily take my service.

Went with a group of girlfriends to get mani/pedis and had an amazing experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. The salon was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Loved that they had such a large variety of polish colors that were cute and unique. Had such a great time that I went back with my boyfriend! You can definitely tell that the owners have a customer first approach. The experience was beyond spectacular from start to finish every time. Highly recommend Kristen. My 9 year old daughter and I love to spend time together getting our nails done. Got a pedicure for myself and a princess mani/pedi for her. The price list is very misleading. Nowhere on there does it say there is an additional charge for shellac/gel and the princess mani/pedi was $60!!! It shows on the price list that is starts at $15. I was unaware that was $15 for the mani and $15 for the pedi plus and additional $15 for the gel on her fingernails and another $15 for the gel on her toenails!! The next day our gel polish was already cracked and/or chipping off. The plus side is they do have a 10 day warranty on all services and repaired the ones that were messed up.The pedicures were nice but typically I can go about 4-6 weeks between pedicures and there is no way I will be able to make it that long. Needless to say, I will be going back to my other salon.
