Made an appointment for three people. My nails were started first while the other two waited the whole time. I told the nail tech as she was doing my nails that it’s not what I had asked for and she told me it would look like what I asked for once she started filing. She was wrong. My nails looked like they were about to take flight. I once again told her I did not like them whatsoever and she asked me if I would like her to remove them, I said yes. ANOTHER 45 mins and the nails still where not off so I left. The other two customers I brought NEVER received services. I will never be back. Worst experience I have ever had.

Stopped by to get my nails done and I should have walked right back out. I wanted dip powder nails. The lady didnt seem to know what she was doing. First off she burned me through my nail while trying to get my previous color off. Then didnt even buff my nails to make them smooth before she started dipping them and didnt after either. My nails are not smooth at all right now. Once she finished with the powder she used the clear gel nail polish and light. One week later its all flaking off and bumpy feeling. Will not be back!

I went to LAmour for the first time yesterday, and Ill be back. Its a lovely salon, the ladies who work there were kind, friendly and professional. I managed to mess up my nails on the way out and they sat me right back down and repainted in a moment with a smile and not a twinge of frustration (though I felt awful!). Free water and soda, extra massage and parafin wax on my basic Mani. I really felt like I got great value for my money! And my nails survived todays gardening too, so bonus points. 😁 Thanks LAmour!

I’ve been going to this place for 4 years and it makes me sad to see the quality of craftsmanship on my nails dwindle down.I used to love getting my nails done here because they were always done right. Plus, the prices are just a tad cheaper than other salons.The past 2 years my nails have been chunky, or not shaped the way I prefer, I was even cut just recently by the buffer tool. That one definitely hurt!Kate is a sweet woman and if she isn’t in a rush then she does an amazing job. But I definitely think I’m going to spend my money on guaranteed nails the way I like them somewhere else.I hope one day I can return and the quality of work will have gone up.

They did a great job on me and my spouses pedicure. They have a Clean establishment. There very friendly here also.

Great service. Lots of chairs for pedi and mani, so no waiting time. Massage chairs are great and pedicure was reasonably priced. $25 for massage chair, scrub, foot/calf massage and Polish. Plus station for drying with fans and black light. I would go again

Excellent manicure, pedicure. Kate was nice, and did an excellent job on my wife s nails. I had a great pedicure too. The salon was clean. free drinks, free wifi. Awesomes experiences. We will be back.

It was horrible. We had come here before and it was decent, but today was just horrid. The lady massaged me for 3 minutes and didnt seem to know what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do. Then they started talking and she stopped doing anything except gossiping. I will NEVER go back there again.

I told them ot was my first time getting a manicure. I told them i did mot want solar, the man saus ok and hands me the hands w solar nails (i did not know the diff). I have 2 crooked nails and they are super thick and he didnt clean the under side of my now solar nails, then i had to pay for it. I asked why it was so expensive they said becaise u got solar. My nails looked terrible. They took full advantage of the fact that i was new to nail salons. I will never go bk!

Very rude and careless nail place. The lady who did my nails was very unhappy and did poor job. May be she is to collect money and not do what she is paid for.
