Had a friend go to this salon and her eyelashes were burnt off instead of being properly removed. Thankfully I saw what they did to her and was able to cancel my appointment before they did the same to me. I do not recommend this place for you eyelashes.

I have been going to Polished Beauty Bar and Spa for two years to have my nails done. I’ve never had a complaint and I always get lots of compliments on my nails. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. I make sure to book all my appointments six months out so I would never be forced to have to go somewhere else. During COVID-19 they have taken several extra precautions to make sure that their customers, as well as themselves, are safe. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family members.

Katina is amazing! The first appointment I had with her, she really listened to me regarding what I wanted for my hair and she genuinely cared to achieve that goal, which she absolutely did! She is terrific with colors, highlights, and cuts. My hair is usually highlighted blonde, but I wanted to do something different at one time and she made my hair a beautiful auburn color which I loved. I completely trust her with my hair and receive many compliments on it thanks to her. It’s also in the best condition it’s been in in years since I started going to her. In addition to being an amazing artist with hair, Katina is always professional and on time as well as kind and enjoyable to talk with. I’m so thankful I found her!

Katina Barber has amazing skills. I like to do different things with my hair from time to time. She always takes the time to understand my goal and ensures she has a clear understanding of my desire. I have not once received a cut or color that was not my desired result. She respects and is mindful of your attitude for the day. I saw Shauna at the Polished Beauty Bar for eyebrow lamination and tint, as well as eyelash lift and tint. I have very light eyebrows and eyelashes and after her services you can see them both! Now my eyes really pop! She was waiting for me at the door, spent the entire time making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of and she walked me to the door when my service was complete. Top notch service! She is absolutely the best! The salon was spic and span clean, very well decorated... I will definitely return for more pampering time!

This is a really pretty new location by Kims alterations right off of main. I come here for Wrobyn Tompkins who is a curly hair specialist. I have been seeing her for years and she really knows her stuff. This location is much roomier and brighter if you had been at the rambling oaks one.

The stations are spaced out way more than the suggested 6 feet that we have come to know as social distancing. We also love our amazing stylist Katina Barber. My first time in with Hair Stylist Marcie Heitz was perfect. She greeted me at the door with a mask. Took my temperature and walked me to her station. Explained that everything is sanitized in between customers which shows me they value their customers comfort and safety. The salon is gorgeous and I was never close to any other person in the salon except for Marcie. She did an amazing job on my color and cut. I absolutely needed some attention after five months with no cut or color!! It is approximately a 25 minute drive from my house to her salon but so worth it. She is nice and professional and made me feel totally at ease.

I have had many manicures, nails, shellac, dip and pedicures over the years and Christina Babb At Polished is by far the best!! Christina was recommended by my hairstylist of 30 years and I am so glad I listened! I came to get a simple manicure and pedicure and it was wonderful. We talked about the way she did shellac and my experiences with it in the past. I decided to give it a try the next time I went in and wow! She did a superb job!! It lasts and looks beautiful. She even recommended a better color than the one I chose. Very importantly to me, she doesn’t grind on my natural nail to do the shellac each time. I’m also thrilled by the fact that she is quick and efficient and I’m out of there in WAY less than an hour, something that hasn’t happened at other salons!! Her pedicure was also wonderful. I tried shellac and it lasts just as she promised. I came to Christina because I was looking for a place that I was comfortable with the sanitation and cleanliness for each customer. The first time, after she used the Emery boards she put them in a bag labeled with my name. I feel VERY comfortable with the sterilization and sanitation at Polished!!! Shauna is an amazing esthetician! I booked a hydro jelly facial because it looked relaxing and she did like everything to my face. Shauna Claury gave my an eyelash lift and waxed my eye lashes. Going in I was a little worried about the process but she was great. I was very relaxed the whole time and she walked me through the process. My lashes lasted a little over 3 months. You could immediately see the difference.
