5 stars for doing an amazing job on my nails. The reason for 4 stars is because I had to wait 2 hours when there was only 1 other in front of me.

They’re really nice and did really good on my toes but my polish is already chipping off and I just had them done last week. 😟

Went to this place all throughout college and would def recommend to anyone! fairly quick and inexpensive and my nails always lasted forever!!! will miss this place

I think the people here are very talented and sweet. If I get nails done, I MUST request Tan(sp?)! He is my favorite.I also LOVE getting pedicures hrre! The basic option comes with all the perks a pedi. SHOULD and, afterward, I always feel like a wave of relaxation and peace.

Came here in the morning on a weekday and got a Pedicure and royal treatment for my sister and I. Top Nails is my go to spot in Norman every time Im in the area now.

Love this nails salon. Only one in Norman that I actually like. Great service & Great attitudes. They don’t rush through anything and they always ask if it looks right before they continue.. i come a lot with my little girl and they make her feel welcomed .

They gave me the wrong color and put gel finish on top of dip powder. The woman was rude and embarrassed us when we tried to leave after waiting for an hour. My nails are supposed to be pink but they are literally see through. Bad experience over all! And VERY understaffed.

Top nail was horrible. Had 1 person doing nails. Waited 45 mins. Then was told to leave because they wouldnt have time. But this was 5 hours before closing time. Second time trying them. Never will go back.

Tammy did mine and my sisters nails for her wedding and she did amazing! It didn’t hurt at all which is unusual for us! Nancy did my pedicure and she was so sweet! I wore skinny jeans without even thinking about it and she didn’t even mind at all!

My nails looked ok but a fill took 2.5 hours. They were so slow.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My friend and I went to get manicures and pedicures 2 weeks ago. My friend had 3 different people do her pedicure which made it last for so much longer than it should have. We both got acrylics done and they had gotten too long so we decided today to soak them off in acetone like we always do and they DID NOT come off. I had to pry them off of my fingers to the point a couple of my nails are bleeding. After doing some research I think they use the illegal substance MMA which is used in dentistry. They will never see our service again even if they give a 10% student discount.

The service was great and the man who did my nails was so sweet. The staff is friendly and there is a comfortable atmosphere inside. My only complaint is that as far as I could tell, they use the same scrub brushes on customers (presumably they sanitize them in between uses), which I would rather have my own clean brush. Otherwise, great experience!

Completely unprofessional! I called 4 hours earlier to make an appointment. When I arrived (on time) they were not ready for me I waited for twenty minutes before leaving. While I was waiting I had to entertain their child who was running around the salon bothering every customer. I will never go back

Horrible, rude staff. RACIST.They racially profiled and harassed me after I was getting pizza at Sandros. I was sititing in my car waiting for my phone to charge, and a male employee came out and harassed me. He didnt do that to the other customers from sandros who parked in front of the nail salon. I will be letting EVERYONE in Norman know about this place and to STAY AWAY. this place needs to be shut down. This is 2018.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Waited over an hour to eat my nails dipped and they didn’t even know how to “dip” because he tried to use chemicals that dip doesn’t require. He put shellac top coat on my nails and it peeled right off. He also didn’t even bother on filing my pointer finger to make it straight.. I proceeded to call and the owner hung up in my face when I told him how horrible the nail job was. Wish I could give this business less than 1 star!Very unprofessional

Ive tried to give this place so many chances and each time I end up disappointed. One visit I was there over 2 hours for a pedicure given in COLD WATER and a fill. Me and a couple friends were the only customers in there. This last visit today will be just that, my LAST. I came to get my acrylic nails soaked off and the owner and another tech decided to argue with me about how I wanted my nails taken off. Once they were off he handed me the nail clippers and told me to cut them yourself.They are always understaffed and rude. Its unfortunate that the wife is so sweet because their customer service is terrible.
