I have never been disappointed with either Holly or the other nail techs. They are so friendly and really try to build a rapport with regulars. I just went and got a set from Holly herself, and they are so gorgeous! She is really meticulous and strives to make the customer happy. Thanks Holly!

I called in a bit last minute to see if I could come in to get a dip powder set and a pedicure. They were able to accommodate me and a friend and we both got our services completed professionally and before closing time. I am exceedingly impressed by the work my manicure specialist performed. She was kind and attentive and really did an amazing job. I was a bit indecisive with what I wanted in terms of my dip but she was patient with me. Im from out of town but I look forward to my next session the next time I visit. Also, I had a cut on my left thumb but she was still able to get it done without putting any harsh chemicals or abrasive substances on it that would irritate it. And she did it in a way that would prevent any possible contamination to the rest of the powder. Fantastic job!P.s. I wish I could remember the young ladys name but it escapes me. Brian assisted my friend with her mani and pedi.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost 4 years and it used to be so good. Lately it has just been sloppy, and this was my most recent visit. After only a couple of days, this is what my gel manicure looked like (and it didn’t look much better on the day it was done). They’re uneven and they are already chipping in multiple places. Super disappointed and won’t be back.

The first time I came to this place I arrived at 5:30, they turned me away because they closed at 6. This second time I walked in and was greeted with attitude, they made me feel like they wanted to refuse service, I’m assuming because I didn’t have an appointment, but they’re sign outside clearly says walk in’s. & they wouldn’t give me an exact price on what I was wanting. Never again.

By far the BEST nail experience I have ever had. They gave me water while I waited and they treated their customers (and me) like family. Everything there was clean and Holly completed my manicure with the utmost precision and care. As a brand new customer, I was shocked at the quality and the hospitality. I will be a life-long customer now.

Ive been twice with 2 years in between visits because I live in Montana but visit my family when I can. Kind, friendly staff. Always clean. Relaxing environment. Wide range of services. I will continue to go here as long as they are open when Im in town.

Ive been going to Holly for years, but life happened. I hadnt seen her in two years. She still remembered me. She personally tended to me and my family as if we were old buddies. I love her and wouldnt go anywhere else. Many complain of the wait time here, but its worth it. Miss class, call in to work. Its worth the time spent.

I very rarely leave reviews but I feel that this needs to be said.I brought my six year old to Holly’s salon today for both of us to get mani/pedis. I called and made an appointment for 2:10. We arrived at 2pm and ended up waiting until after 2:40. After a bit of confusion (due to them double booking) we were told to sit in dirty pedicure chairs. The little girl chair was peeling and had chipped nail polish all over inside the bowl where her feet were. The elderly lady who did our nails started with me and my daughter ended up sitting with her feet in water for about 45 minutes (the water was well beyond cold at this point which she had mentioned a couple times). My toes look very subpar (to the point that I was going to pass on having my finger nails painted). The woman ended up pushing my daughters dress over her freshly painted finger nails, getting paint on her dress and didn’t fix her nail polish. When it came time for them to do my fingernails the woman told me I had to wait another hour or go back in tomorrow (just shy of two hours at this point) Which saved me the uncomfortableness of changing my mind on the manicure. The polish used on my daughter started to peel within 3 hours of application which I assume was gel polish not applied properly. This was a very unfortunate $72 experience. I gave two stars instead of one because the woman who did our nails was very kind and she gave me a $5 off card to use to get my nails done tomorrow. Given all of this, I couldn’t/ wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

So me and my friend went there around 4pm and we wanted a Manicure and pedicure. It went super good. Let me Just say holly is the greatest person ever they close at 7 or 8 I don’t exactly remember but we were there tell 9pm and holly still took there time on my friends nails. The person that did my nails I was bot a big fan my nails were uneven and the fell off in 2 weeks the glue Just gave up but I do play sports and go to the gym everyday But I’ve never had nails Jsut fall off but other then that great experience 10/10 recommend

I went to NBH for the first time today for a simple polish manicure and an eyebrow wax. Holly herself was doing nails on an obvious regular next to me, and it was good to see how she talked to people coming in and such. There were some girls who showed up early for their pedicure appointment, and some other ladies were finishing up. A young helper was prepping things for their seats, and at 5 minutes past their appointment time, they got up and left because Our appointment was at 5:00. I dont know what life theyre living, but every doctor, dentist, esthetician, repair guy, etc. leaves people waiting. I do it myself when issues arise at work.Anyway, they seem to be hard-working, of the right ages to be a family, and kind to one another. The place is a little cluttered, but clean, and my nails are cute and my brows are even, for less than Ive paid at other places. I also take it seriously when someone is obviously proud of their work and cares about their regulars...they were making color and design suggestions, and a regular customer came in with birthday cupcakes for Holly and the staff. Lets keep our east side small businesses strong!

Getting a manicure and the lady uses the soft brush to clean the table and I was like ok. I thought they used that for nails, but I’ll just keep an eye on things and go from there. The same brush was used to dust off my nails just after she was done with my cuticles! She then used the SAME brush to clean the table off again. Omg no wonder people get infections here! I saw that numerous people have gotten infections from here on some of the reviews left by others. I let Holly know as we were paying. She apologized, but there is really no excuse for this. One thing you want to have at a nail salon is a sanitary environment. This absolutely disgusts me and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this so called salon! 😡

I absolutely love this nail salon! I had originally started going to this location due to the convince of it being so close to my apartment, but the kind employees and beautiful nails have kept me going back over the years. Holly is so sweet and talented! I highly recommend going here.

Not only did they do an amazing pedicure, they also take their time on nails and nail art and continuously ask if you like them and are happy with the way they are doing things. ⭐ Read before going ⭐This is my second time here.My first time was okay and the reviews all say positive things so I came back..The first time I came I sat with a lady who was very sweet, she told me she does not have a professional license to work on nails, she wasnt getting one, and that she was only trained hands on.Yesterday, my friend and I popped in to get our nails done on a whim.My anniversary is soon so I wanted my nails to look good.. in short, they dont.We sat down and they put our hands in acetone to soak off our nails. Mine was burning me (from the acetone and the temperature) and when I told the guy it was burning he insisted I keep my nails in the acetone, so I did. Come to find out later that my friend had the same problem.Then as they were doing our nails already they informed us they had raise their prices to $60, my friend was getting a more elaborate design so she figured that was why. So she changed it and the price remained the same. It was our fault for not looking it up first but both of us left feeling jipped.3 nails on either hand are not the same length, one is literally leaning to the left on my left hand. My nails are not almond like I asked for and none of them are the same shape.They snipped off our nail tips and put them in these reused tubs.. my guess is to reuse the nails later and thats just gross to me.A few weeks ago, I went across the street to La Vie nails, got a design, gradient and holo butterflies for $50 and I got a basic shape and color for $60 here.On top of it all, they were rude a pushy.I saw a girl come in while I was getting my nails done, upset that her nails she gotten done there less than a week ago had broken, they said they had to charge her to fix it? That made me feel great knowing I was currently getting mine done, Im already paying $60 for bare minimum.. if they break I will be furious.To end it all off, my guy used what was left of an opened sample pack of lotion on me. He laid it on my arm then squeezed it out. I dont know, I just felt gross after that...Their prices went up but their quality didntchange at all, if anything it went down, I left with acrylic all over my hands and finger tips..Last time I came here I got an infection from their pedicure.Would definitely not come back, La Vie or Cobe nails in walmart are better and cheaper.

I made an appointment using their online booking tool for 1:30 yesterday, I made the appointment 3 hours beforehand and got a confirmation text about 15 minutes later that the salon had accepted my reservation.I arrived 5 minutes early because this was my first time using this salon and I wanted to be sure I wasnt late. When I walked in a woman asked what I needed and I said I have an appointment at 1:30 for dip nails and she told me they didnt have time for me and to come back over an hour later. I reminded her that I had a reservation so I was confused why it was an issue and she said oh we just say yes to all the reservations that doesnt mean you have oneWhat is the point of using a reservation service if you dont honor reservations? This could be a great shop, but I will not spend my money there because I felt really disrespected both by how the woman acted as if she didnt even have time to speak to me about my reservation, and disrespected that I honored our time agreement and drove across town just to be rudely told to come back over an hour later.I would not recommend trying to make an appointment online, better off trying somewhere else like I ended up doing.

Update on my review: I got an infection in both of my big toes right after a pedicure here. My big toe on my right toe bled a lot after a ingrown was pulled out. I didnt think much, then then 2 days later it was infected and hurt pretty bad.. it isnt fully healed yet, but may not translate well on camera. I didnt change anything else so I know that the cause was the pedicure.. The nails were great though!

I came In without an appointment and Holly did my nails personally past closed. She really cares and knows what shes doing. The first time I got my nails done was when I was 14 by her and she still is the best. (Im 22 now by the way). Thank you Holly!!❤

I went in for a fill. I usually dont go here and Ive only been here one time before this. I was the first customer in the shop but 3 other people got helped before me. First they couldnt do what I wanted done so I just picked out a gel color. The man that did my nails was really nice. But the woman next to him was kinda rude. Two days and $45 later 2 nails are broken off & one bleeding from the break off. I feel like I wasted my money. My daughter also got her nails painted with gel and the next day 3 of her fingers had no polish on them. Sad experience. I wont be coming back here again. The salon is really pretty and clean though.

I have used them the entire time I have been at OU and absolutely love them! They are very careful, thorough and have good attention to detail. They are cheaper than several of the salons in Norman and the quality is much higher as well. A little bit on the slower side, but only because they make sure services are done well! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Found this place by accident last time I was in Oklahoma. Now it’s my sister’s and my go to spot for pedicures. Next time I’m going to have them double check my sister’s toes though because mine are always perfect but hers are always a little off.

I have been coming to Nails by Holly for over 3 years now! I have never ever left this shop disappointed. I get a pedicure by Jackie every single time and she does an amazing job. Just recently, I came into the shop with my sisters and they were short staffed, the owner Ms. Holly stayed over an hour after close to finish my sisters nails. She took her time and did not rush or do a sloppy job even tho it was obvious she was beat. I 100% recommend this shop. They are nice, well priced and talented staff!

I got dip on my hands and a pedicure with color on my feet. I got my pedicure done by Phillip and he was very prompt and the quality was great. I got my dip done by Nancy and she was very fun and upbeat. They take care of you very well and you won’t regret coming in! Also, the prices are not bad at all.

Holly at Nails by Holly is the best place to go! With everything going on in the world today with closures, we had scheduled appointments with her before the closures started happening and she still stayed open for us to get in.. not only was she was the only one here she had the greatest attitude and very friendly. Especially for her deluxe package she does a lot for that package that not any other nail places I’ve known to do!! I will definitely recommend her and will always go to her for now on! I have been going to this nail salon for 3 years. However, today will be my last day. I received terrible service and a subpar job with the coat on my nails. Ultimately if you want your nails to end up looking like the picture below, then I would recommend going here. My skin is peeling off because the nail technician made me leave my hand in the acetone for too long because she left me to work on someone elses nails for 45 minutes. However, when another girl came in, she immediately was able to get her nails done. I used to have a great experience here, until now. Im sad because I have never had a problem here for three years, until now. I guess its time to look for a new nail salon.

This place is super clean and everyone was friendly. I went in for a basic manicure. Unfortunately when I got out to my car I realized the polish had dried bumpy and my nails were filed unevenly. I wouldve gone back in but they were close to closing and I didnt want to bother them. Ill try again and hopefully have better results.

Why do we all go to a salon... for some much needed relaxation and spoil. Right?! Not so much here. Firstly I was a walk in client, enquire about availability and was asked to please go wash my hands and then to shown to a seat. No fault with this. Then after they started with my nails I was told to not come next time as they only accept appointments. Funny as there is NO NOTICE up stating appointments required. Had they said that UPFRONT I would have made an appointment and left while my husband was still waiting in the parking lot for me. Time is vital to us, as for the last 2 weeks the average hours we worked was between 18 and 20. Yes you read that correctly. A good at is up at 7 am and in bed by 2 am. This was my change to go relax. To get away from everything. The only thing they made me feel was like something the cat dragged in. Uncomfortable and on edge. The problem is Im so agitated at at 1 am tonight Im going to think of the wasted hour writing this review and how this place made me feel. UNWELCOME......!!!!!!Then ohhhh the dreaded mask. I have asthma, struggle to breath and claustrophobic... great combination to get the heart rate up with and making it even more difficult to breath. A couple times I took it off was once to eat a snack to calm me and second to take a call for a few minutes to arrange my transportation as my husband left because hey... you are not supposed to be acting like jerks!!!! And both times very rudely interrupted to put the mask on. So bottom of the story. If you want to be treated like something the cat dragged in... go for it. The cherry on top.. Im actually a qualified nail tech and paying $46 for a dip on SHORT nails is somewhat excessive dont you think....?!

They were really good and gentle. Offered us drinks and made me happy by chatting and keeping me entertained.

Staff is always very kind and welcoming, but Holly is amazing. She takes care of all her customers and really goes above and beyond to help make your experience great. She is also very mindful about peoples belongings. She held on to my property for 3 months without knowing it belonged to me and in random conversation managed to find out that I had been missing my watch. She returned it to me that day and told me this is a regular practice of hers which really reassures me that this salon is the best place for me to be. Not to mention that she always does an excellent job on my nails. They are always well done and my dip lasts for a month!

I had really liked this place. I had not been in a while. Then I received a text inviting me to come back. It stated buy one get one free pedicure. So I called the number on the text to book an appointment I was told that coupon was not valid on weekend. So when I called back on Monday to book appointment I was told that it was for the deluxe pedicure only and you had to buy one at $36 and then get the second pedicure for $26 so it’s actually a buy one get one $10 off. Not at all what the message says. When I tell them that is not what the text says I was told to go some where else if I didn’t like it. I just wanted the buy one get one free that they offered me. But instead I am looking for a new nail salon! Definitely do not recommend

Nails by Holly is the best! Their service is professional, relaxing, and unique to every need. I come by regularly and usually get a nice, relaxing Deluxe Pedicure, or get beautiful acrylic nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for these services because the staff at Nails by Holly are both friendly and very good at their jobs. Would recommend.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but I had the most frustrating experience here. I came in around 5:45 and ended up waiting at least an hour to be seen. Thats pretty understandable since it was a Friday and I dont mind being patient. However when it was finally my turn i was told I had picked a color from the powder colors when I should have chosen gel. My nails were powder and I intended to stay with that. I tried to explain this to the man helping me but he insisted my nails were gel. I chose from the gel selection assuming he knew something I didnt. When I sat down he realized my nails were powder. I suggested we do the powder color I chose. He said no and that I was getting a gel manicure. I asked could I not please have powder as I requested when signing in. He said we didnt have time. I was incredibly frustrated but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because at this point all salons were going to be closed and I really needed my nails done. After a day and a half my thumb nail has chipped. Not only did I get a gel manicure that I didnt want but a bad one! I just dont understand the point of me checking in and telling them what I need done if theyre going to tell me I cant have that after an hour of waiting. Next time please tell me upfront so I can go somewhere else and save my time and money.

Staff is rude.... I went in and was there before 3 other people and staff seen them first. My name was first on sign in sheet. Never will go back and I recommend that people go to Nails by Joe off of West Main Street instead the staff there is more friendly and they see you right away they dont pick and choose who they want to Service First. I went in for a dip manicure and it was fine until the end, when the nail tech put the top coat on too heavy. He told me they were dry and they werent so when they smudged I asked him to fix it. He was very aggressive and obviously angry that I asked him to fix them. He just put another, thicker top coat on and they smudged again while I was paying. I showed him again and instead of taking it off and redoing the top coat, he put a gel top coat on two of the, and had me cure it under UV. Now, one of my nails is completely smudged and two of them have gel top coat and feel totally different. I payed way too much for this awful experience. Disappointed.It’s now 6 days after my experience here and because of unclean tools and aggressive manicuring, I have an infection on one of my nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY GROSS, OVERPRICED, AND AWFUL!!!

Holly was amazing! I FIRST looked at the reviews on Google and Yelp and they were great! I stopped by the day that I wanted an appointment and set it up for later that afternoon and she got me in! With no wait!! She also gave me a paraffin wax that left my hands feeling GREAT! I would encourage you to schedule an appointment with HOLLY as she was amazing!

I usually love this place. Holly does an amazing job on acrylic nails. I just recently had my first negative experience. I was really disappointed because it is hard to find a good nail place. My friend and I made an appointment to come in for pedicures a few days in advance. We were called a few hours before the appointment and told that our appointment needed to be moved up an hour because they got an appointment for a larger party that wanted to get their toes done. I thought, okay, not the end of the world - I had made other plans but we could probably make it. We arrive at our appointment at the newly assigned time. They were rather pushy about the special they were running - but we just wanted regular pedicures (that seemed to be inconvenient). We were told to sit and wait (which I dislike because I already had to move my plans around to come in an hour earlier than my appointment) Eventually we were told we could sit in some massage chairs on the side to wait instead. I got up to sit where it was indicated that I should be sitting and there were dirty towels on the chair and rolled up used paper towels. I decided to keep waiting in the waiting area. After a while of waiting we figured we would just go across the street to the other nail salon to get quicker and more relaxing service. (which was actually really nice and the people were funny and laid back) Holly - I think you are an awesome business owner but this experience was below what I usually receive. When I go to get a pedicure I want a laid back environment (not people frantically trying to rush through the pedicures) and staff that is calm and welcoming. My life is very busy and hectic.
