They always do a great job of getting my pedicure done. I have a lot of different nail places i can get them done at but thid place reamins my favorite. They are friendly clean and efficient.

I found my new nail salon! Ive been looking for a new one for quite some time. Not only did they take me in as a walk in but treated me as if I had an appointment. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back!

Went here just the other day to get a fill and the lady in there grinded my cuticules with the machine. I went back for a refund the next day because they hurt so bad and the lady said i went home and cut them myself.

I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life, I got a pedicure and the lady that was doing them was very unfocused and kept talking to other ladies in her own language, another lady pulled up a chair next to my feet, they were both pointing at my feet and speaking their language. I asked if there was a problem and neither one spoke but by then a 3rd lady came over....by then I felt like I wanted to crawl in a hole....Extremely unprofessional...I will never go back! The place is too noisy for my taste.

I went for a pedicure. They didn’t even soak my feet before scrubbing them and I’ve been twice and both times seems like she Rushed both times. I will definitely not be returning nor do I recommend coming here.

The people here are so nice and Jessica is the best at what she does. And the prices are out of this world good! Also, they keep a clean store and take precautions to help mitigate the risk of Covid.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they shortened my eyebrows when I asked for them to be cleaned up. It seemed like she was in a hurry and didn’t care to be careful. I will not be coming back here.

They are good, and reasonable priced.

They dip the dirty tools after they were used into the water that they use to wash your feet. They also never sanitized. Also, they only help you if you’re not blonde with blue or green eyes they treat you really bad.

I went today on my lunch break for the first time, needing a new dip. I forgot to ask her name, but she was so fabulous! Other salons burn my fingers with the dremel tool because my nails are thin, but she knew what she was doing and didnt try to file off the entire polished nail! I had an hour to get it done and she had me out with 10 minutes to spare - plenty of time for me to get back to work! Ill definitely come back!

I always enjoy going to expert nails. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They also, sale a lot of different products for health and beauty, including outstanding looking fashionable Face Mask which is,an absolute steal.Besides always doing a superb job on my mani/Pedi.They will even give you a neck massage, (on request).I appreciate how they pamper me.One of the reasons why I perfer them above any other nail salon. Their prices are affordable, and they are friendly, pleasingly honest individuals. I always get compliments on my nails. And I always feel refreshed when I leave.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady that was there was very rude. I went in to get one nail replaced and she told me she couldnt fix it. After this she said she would try and had an attitude the whole time. She not only lost my service but another lady was sitting waiting and she left too. I would NOT recommend this place and Im not one to complain. Please do not waste your valuable time or hard earned money.

This is a very late review but I felt I should write it in hope someone else doesnt go here. I went here a day before my wedding to get my nails done. I wanted a full set with white tips. Since it was for my wedding they told me they would put a design on for free so I obliged. I picked out a little blue flower. It was on a plastic sheet much like a temporary tattoo. When she went to apply it, it kinda got messed up, instead of taking it off and starting over she kept pressing it on my nail everywhere over and over getting tiny bits of the flower image all over my nail. I told her I didnt like it and it looked bad but she argued with me about it saying it was supposed to look that way. Anyway under normal circumstances Id just let it go and skip the bad review but I want everyone to know that if you are getting your nails done for your wedding then dont come here.

This is my regular go to nail place. The staff is always polite, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend and ALWAYS come back for their service.

Jennifer is always very friendly and helpful. She does a good job with my nails and makes beautiful suggestions. I get gel polish with a thermal color change property and glitter on top.

I have known these ladies and had my nails done by them for many years now even though the shop is new. I got my nails done again today and I am happy as always. The shop is very clean and the massage chairs are super comfy. I highly recommend this shop! I always ask for Jessica or Helen.

I get the Solar Powder so that my nails will not chip and she has no problem shaping them the way I want. Now I am going to take my husband in for a pedicure. ☺️😋

Ive been to many nail salons over the past 15 years. None compare to Expert Nails. The staff are always polite and friendly. Their level of service has always been top notch. It is an excellent place to get away from the stresses of everyday and allow yourself to be pampered. They have massage chairs to relax in while getting a pedicure. Dont be surprised if you end up napping. I highly recommend the Deluxe Pedicures...hot stone massage on the legs and feet. If you are on your feet a lot, it is a super way to treat for yourself.

I will be doing business here again. The ladies took their time to BUILD a nail instead of gluing on a tip. Same price as other nail shops, but this act alone makes this a high quality nail salon. If you are concerned about healthy nails and the longevity of your investment this is the spot. If you find a good place stick with it.

Place is excellent for getting my nails cut and watching oklahoma university football !! They also took extra care of my hands for no extra charge. I will be back again when im in town.

They used an electric file on my bare toenails. When I said she was hurting me because she had filed my nail too thin she said it was because I have thick toenails. I cut my nails all the time by myself. I do not have thick toenails and if I did then it wouldnt have hurt when she used the electric file (which she shouldnt have been using anyway).Then she used one of those cheese grater looking things and she cut the side of my foot because of her aggressive and haphazard use (picture below).Then she cut my cuticles and for some reason cut part of my nail out of my nail bed. Now it is swollen, irritated and painful. I am extremely concerned about infection because they do not have plastic liners on the pedicure bathtubs and she did not pull the tools from a sanitized package.I had also asked for a fill on my acrylic nails. Instead of using a clear acrylic overlay she used gel nail polish to seal them. This means they are thinner and not as durable as a clear acrylic overlay.All she had to say was oh sorry

Took my daughter here for a polish change. There were 2 other customers, and the staff was really welcoming. They did a design on her nails for free, and did a really good job on the polish.

I went here to get eyelash extensions and the lady did a horrible job. I kept telling her that one piece didnt feel like it was on very good, she kept telling me no because its my 1st time they feel funny she honestly seemed irritated to even be bothered by doing them. I was also told that they would stay on for 3-4 weeks. Well after about 3 hrs. Pieces started coming off. Didnt even last 5 days, I called and told her I wasnt happy or satisfied with the work she had done and she simply told me to wash my eyelashes with warm baby oil.... said ok and hung up on me! Terrible experience, now half of my real lashes are gone I would not recommend them to anyone.... I wouldnt even give them 1 star but I had to in order to leave this feedback!!

All I wanted was my eye brows waxed she told me to sit down in the chair. After 30 mins and noticing the machine wasnt even plugged in I asked how much longer it would be. Ignoring me she spoke to another lady in their language and the lady shook her head no. So I finally just left.

Todays experience was absolutely horrible. My fiance went in to get nails done before out wedding this weekend and was pressured into getting her full face waxed. They told her things to make her very self-conscious and bullied /pressured her into this procedure. Shes never done that before and now her face is red and irritated. We will never go back again. Terrible was to up sales.

Just left their salon and it is the worst manicure Ive ever had it took way too long and the girl who started my nails couldnt figure out how to apply the polish so after 3 other techs looking at it they finally figured it out. And it is an extremely sloppy job...

The most horrid nail place. Overpriced for such a rushed and crappy job when I was the only one in there in the middle of the day. The lady ignored me telling her the mistakes she was making and just kept going. My gel is uneven, she didnt paint my nails all the way, I just got them done not even a week ago and they are already coming off in CHUNKS. Do NOT waste your money here at this sorry excuse of a business. Absolutely horrible service and Im mad I wasted $45 on such ugly nails. Worst service Ive ever experienced!nnnn

The first time I went I had Jessica and she did a beautiful job! But the second time I went I had a younger girl who rushed through my pedicure and left my nails and toes a bit sloppy.

Sat for 15 mins after signing in without even being spoken to, just to have a woman walk in after me not even signing in and was told to sit at a chair for service. I waited another 5 minutes before I got fed up and left. Horrible service.

They are always really nice!

They applied the oil used for the leg massage way too high, and it stained my leggings (which were at the time rolled above my knees).

I give this place a 2. Because one, they hurt my fingers with filing. When I told her that it was burning and bleeding she got upset and told me if Im complaining about the service I could leave... 🤔 so, I will never go back here ever again.
