DONT GO HERE. My nail tech was horrible and cut me twice, claiming it was my fault she cut me because I have tight skin? I’ve been getting my nails professionally done over a decade with no issue until now. Normally even if I want low nails they’re cut with breathing room and filed the rest of the way so that they can be shaped. Unfortunately she cut them to the nub immediately and cut some of my skin. The worst part was she cut my nails so low without asking and out of nowhere. 3 of my nails were cut so quickly before I realized what she had done and at that point I had to cut them all for them to match evenly ish. She did not respond to any of my verbal requests to adjust her methods or my body language as I winced in pain and pulled away. These are before/after photos and these were all my real nails. I was heart broken and left without finishing the service.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I’ve done my nails for 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly, left completely unsatisfied and over charged. I even reached out to upper management since they have multiple locations and the only thing they said was I could go in to fix the “minor mistakes”. No mistake is minor when you’re paying for a service and leave with your hands completely dirty and full of acrylic. Especially when you’re being over charged for something you don’t even ask for. 100% do NOT recommend this place whatsoever. I only wish I had read the other reviews before going.

Over priced! The guy cut me twice and the nails are so uneven and it seemed very rushed. I would not recommend this place.

Initially, my experience was going as it normally does (as I am a repeat customer). However, in the middle of my pedicure, nail technician Anne just randomly left. She didn’t come back for over 15 minutes and was supposedly in the restroom during that time without giving an warning that she wouldn’t be returning in a reasonable time. I get that we are all human with human needs but some warning of waiting would have fixed my unhappiness. I complained to the front after getting tired of waiting, removing my own towels and paraffin wax, and the front would only take off the polish price since I was refusing to get them painted (my girlfriends toes were almost completely painted). Didn’t care at all that I was displeased. I will not be returning.

I went to this nail place due to their location and how pretty everything was. The services were okay, the place was comfortable. However my manicured gel nails have already comeOff in less than a week!!! This has never happened to me. This place isn’t cheap so I’m quite disappointed I spent over $100On gel Manicure (opi) and an extensive pedicure. And now have to make another appointment with my nail salon to do my manicure again.The pedicure was good.

Got there an hour and a half before closing for a mani and pedi, was told the tech only wants to do 1 or the other…not both. I took my business elsewhere

Never ever again! I have given this place so many chances. Since I was in a hurry and desperate to redo my dip I decided to go to Venetian since I know I can usually get seen quick without an appointment. This is my mail after a week! They are already getting caught on things bc the dip has cracked and lifted and my nails are chipping bc the dip wasn’t spread evenly across the nail.SUPER EXPENSIVE for TERRIBLE QUALITY. Done with this place there are much better options close by.

Amazing manicure and pedicure services! I’m always happy with how my nails look. Mariluz has a lot of experience, I get gel on my nails often and they still look very healthy and long thanks to Mariluz’ care. I totally recommend this place, I have never been disappointed.

Love going at this time Monday at 5 or 6 because because there are no overwhelming overwhelming amounts of people. Its very quiet and relaxing.

If you are looking for a nail spa that uses good quality long lasting products, this is definitely NOT the place for you! Do not waste your money! There are plenty of other places within five to ten minutes of Venetian that know how to apply product and have better prices.I paid $65 for a pedicure and a dip manicure. I wanted my nails to look good for Christmas and New Years because its the holidays and I was going out of town. By Christmas day one of my nails was chipped and a week later on New Years Eve, five of my nails were broken and chipped.I got a dip manicure on 12/24 and one of my nails was chipped by the end of the day. I went back on 12/26 and they fixed my nail free of charge, no questions asked and I appreciated that. However, the nail chipped again hours later. Soon all my nails were chipping and that ultimately lead to breakage and one of the two tips I got fell off within days. My nails were breaking throughout my trip and only four of ten are not broken, or chipped. The dip powder is more expense because it is supposed to last 3 weeks. This lasted literally ONE WEEK.I have gotten the same color and brand of polish elsewhere and did not have a problem and my nails lasted three weeks. In addition, I was also not rough on my nails, so I think the nails were either not applied properly or the product is not cared for properly. Either way, I hold Venetian responsible.The only redeeming quality of this salon is their service. They are accommodating and agreed to fix my nail. But I can not go back everyday to get my nails fixed because of an inability to apply the product properly.Take your money elsewhere!Please note I filed the nails in the photo to try to preserve whats left of my nails.

Nails 💅 came off less than a week... Sam was rude and unprofessional. I kept asking him to cut my nails shorter and he kept telling me no. He kept telling me what he thought looked better for my hands. I would never go to him again and thats if I even go back to the salon.

The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Took every fiber in my being to not lose it.This lady cut me MULTIPLE TIMES (look at the pictures) and when I told her she was being rough with me, she would just mutter nonsense about how those cuts weren’t her... I’m sorry, what? I just walked in with cuts on every single finger?!?Not to even mention how horrible she applied the color.I would remove it myself but BECAUSE SHE CUT ME ON EVERY FINGER PUTTING ACETONE HURTS LIKE HELL.Go somewhere else.(And for management reading this, I went on Thursday March 11 - when you walk in through the main entrance, the lady who did my nails sits straight in front of the entrance, behind the receptionist desk, the seat in the aisle - she REALLY needs training)

The quality of the work was not very good. The nail technician finished my mani AND pedi in 45 minutes, so you can only imagine!

I paid for what was supposed to be a pedicure. However, I did NOT get that. The nail tech didn’t give me a decent pedicure I was in the charge for five minutes there was no massage no buffing of my nails. My nail polish was applied unevenly as well as the next day they chipped. When I called they said there was nothing they can do. TERRIBLE ALL OVER! They do not care for their customers at all!

Went in and asked for a full set of stilettos. I even showed the nail tech the shape I wanted and he gave me square nails. He told me he only did square and round nails. I kind of gave up and just went with it because I didnt want to cause a scene by stepping out. He didnt prep my nails either and never touched my cuticles. The service felt rushed, the tools didnt look clean, and halfway through the service the tech asked me to pay instead of waiting until the end. He was kind of curt about it. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience.

I had an appointment with Quen for 3:30 didn’t see him until 3:52...That’s the only complaint I have, I wish I was informed that he was running behind .. His art work is awesome and manicure and pedicure had me sleeping in the chair!

Terrible outcome with my mani and pedi. Nails were shaped poorly. My toenails were cut way too short after requesting a trim. Not a full cut down!

Quick attention, staff is professional and service was very good.

I had a 9am appt., When i arrived only two employees were in the shop. I checked in and waited for my nail tech. At 915am I asked was the nail tech coming the gentleman stated no. No one text me to cancel the appt. nor did anybody tell me she was not coming while i was sitting in the lobby. It was only 2 employees in the establishment and neither one could render me services. I would never waste my time at the nail salon again.

The dipping nails done by a male tech was of poor quality AND they quoted me one price that ended up double once I was checking out. It was not told to me I was being charged “ala carte” for each little thing (filing nails charge, each stone on big toes charge, removing previous tips that came off in soaking old dipping power, charge to replace tips that came off in soaking off old dipping power). I would have liked to know “before” chargeable steps were being done. Also, no one in there was friendly, kind, or professional, in my opinion. I would NEVER visit this establishment again!

I went there for a nail dip refill. When they assigned a nail tech to me she asked me what color and I showed her my choice. I also told her I would like to same look/design that I currently have on my nails. She grab my color of choice but I noticed she didn’t have the other neutral color which was apart of my design. I told her again that I would like the same look that I had. I sat patiently because I was trying to avoid making a big deal out of it. She just nodded her head. When it was time for polishing, she just used the one polished and totally disregarded my request. I pleasantly told her this is not what I wanted but just continue because I was frustrated by then.I stress when you work with customers, it is vitally important to ask them questions if you’re not clear of the request. At the end, she did a great job with the shaping of the nail. Overall, the place is beautifully designed but you it important to put the right professionals there that listens to their customers.

Jessica was truly amazing! My son bought me a gift card and it was my first time there. Quality work!! The place was clean and even made me sign a form regarding covid. I will definitely be going back!

Received a gift card and decided to use it for services. The ambiance is nice and my nail tech was very pleasant and attentive. However, understanding COVIDs impact on businesses, the service felt slightly rushed as if to get the next customers in. That would also be evident with the number of people that kept coming in. Needless to say, I went on Wednesday and my gel polish has already come off my finger and started peeling on another. I’m glad the gift card offset the total cost. Not sure I’ll revisit.

To start I am the pickiest person when it comes toy manicure, I always get french and very really someone does a good job. Today I went here and Chung is the most detailed mail technician Ive had Im my 38 years. Super recommend her, and the location is beautiful and clean 👏👏

Very dissatisfied their was no footsoak for my pedicure. THE guy told me theyre out OFstock,Really! ALSO NO GARBAGE PAIL WHEN DISCARDING FOOT MATERIAL,HE LITERALLY WALKED TO THE BACK WITH THE GRATER TO CLEAN IT AND COME BACK .

Recently renovated. It’s a beautiful and clean nail spa! I don’t go anywhere else. Tracy, Kevin and Jenny are my go to techs but everyone there does a nice job.

7 of my family members including myself made a 1pm appointment & halfway through my nails the tech stopped & told me she had to do another clients nails. Who has a previous appointment. I have never had this happen to me. I told her I also am your client & you cannot just stop my nails. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service!!!My 10 year old daughter was so excited to get as a bday gift her first pedicure and manicure, she was wearing a happy bday hat, and when we got there they did not even say hello, just told her where to sit. The pedi lasted 5 minutes and the maní another 5, in that whole time the lady did not say a word. My daughter Never got asked if she was comfortable or if the towel was to hot.Fist time at this place and last.... what a terrible experience. Seriously how bad do you have to be to disappoint a 10 year old?

Me & my mother have been a client of venetian nail spa since 2015. Well we went to get our nails done on Dec 27th, 2020 Gel mani, Reg Pedi and on Jan 2nd 2021 I called and spoke with a staff member who advised us to come in because my mothers nails were shipped and we were asking to have those fixed, not the whole mani. However, when we arrived we were treated poorly and ever since Venetial Nail Spa lost two loyal clients because of their poor customer service.

I spend $100 on my nails each time I go yet my nails pop off after a week. Will not go back.

Went today to get a pedicure was treated badly because I didn’t want gel polish. So I grabbed my shoes and left

CUTS CUTS everywhere . I went in asked for a coffin shape gel manicure. The First Lady I went with glued on three nails crooked and I asked her to fix them and the shape 5 times. She still didn’t understand. I asked for someone else to fix the shape at least. He took half of the nails off and made them too narrow. Not to mention he filled so deep he cut three of my nails. Horrible don’t go here unless you just want a simple gel manicure.

It has a great ambiance and nice decorations and the staff were decent but this place is overpriced. I came with a relative and we got the deluxe manicure and pedicure every thing was nice until they started painting my nails. It didn’t last at all it started chipping as soon as I left the place. I’m honestly disappointed because I painted $114 for two people I can at least expect good quality. Safe to say I wouldn’t come back to to this place.

Sandy is my go-to gal to make me feel like a new woman when I leave! Love her professional care and attention to detail.

Even though the reviews at this location were low I decided to give them a try since their location is Convenient for me, but boy was I wrong. My first service with John was good even though his point of view and Technique was a bit Awkward and not what I’m use to & the conversation he was trying to make was a bit annoying/weird and awkward but I let it pass. My second service with him ended completely terrible he decided to rush though since he was behind schedule even though I was on time and he was the one running late with his client prior to my appointment. I wanted to give this place another chance but their other male technician won’t take a male client, how weird and awkward

We just moved to Pembroke Pines from Ohio and due to Covid I had not had my nails done since Februart and I needed a new full set. I made an appointment and Phoebe was the nail tech who did my nails and my pedicure. She was absolutely fabulous. She carried a nice conversation, she was very professional and her work is fantastic. Highly recommend. The salon is very nice and clean.. . I will definitely go back.

So I came here because I happened to be in the neighborhood.Bad idea.The tech they assigned me didnt seem to know what an ombre is and even after I explained it twice I walked out of there with a full set of clear nails. Not worth the money. I wish I had read the reviews before I showed up here.I didnt want to be a Karen so I didnt cause a scene and I did tip $15 but I will never be back.Editing this review to add that my nails started falling off 3 days after I got them and today the last 2 popped off.

Venetian Nail Spa is the place place to go for getting pampered and having your nails done the right way.They accept women of course, but also men that want to look their best.Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice staff and they use excelent products.You can’t go wrong here.I highly recommend this place.

Had a fun day with my girls after a long work week. My favorite is the signature combo or Royal combo. You get a sugar scrub and a paraffin treatment, hand & feet look fresh for 3 weeks at least. Great environment. Also offer waxing, you can book your appointment to avoid waiting. Excellent location!

Charged 81 dollars to walk out with half a full set only 4 nails completed definitely do not recommend will not be back

I’ve come here on and off since they opened. I’ve also gone to the Plantation and Wesley Chapel locations. You get approximately the same experience at every location, which I enjoy. This is not a 5-star luxury spa but it is a clean, efficient nail salon with waxing. Their prices are reasonable for South Florida and every time I’ve been there I see a crowd of customers, many returning. Julia is exceptionally good - if you can get her for a pedicure, I recommend it!

I have enjoyed coming to the salon until I experienced a Nail technician by the name of “Key” who was rude and unprofessional. Communication is important and unfortunately due to her language barrier and poor communication- this technician was argumentative and rude. She could not explain in the English how to do an ombré nail type. Very uncomfortable to be serviced by a rude technician !!!

I came to visit this place on a Friday night. It was extremely busy. I made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. The lady who started with me did a great job on my pedicure. However her appointment showed up and she had to find another nail tech to finish my manicure.Although the nail tech did an amazing job, I was confused by the fact that it was two ladies who ended up doing my manicure/pedicure.The total for both services were pretty expensive. So I am not sure if I’ll be back here, however for a one time experience and last minute service, it’s ok.

***Most people dont know you can get a fungus or bad infection this way. ***My tech was Janet she was angry or something . My nails look beautiful dont get me wrong..However she sliced my skin a lot. To many times. I believe she did on purpose. I didnt mind paying for the service because my nails did come out nicely. However she was torturing me. A bit overpriced, however I typically have little to complain about when I leave. Most of the nail techs are kind, courteous, and professional. I do have a piece of feedback - I wish they would clean the brushes at their stations in between clients! Its irritating when you get a dip mani and are left with specks of other dip colors/glitter on your nails because of the cross-contamination of products that were left behind on the brush thats used to dust of excess dip powder. Thanks!

First time coming here and my last. The service was quick and decent but the work was horrible. It was messy, rushed, my nails are uneven and has a weird powder over it that i cannot take off. it looks dirty, and my nails look like they are 3 weeks old. I do not recommend this place. I wasted 40 good dollars that i could’ve spent somewhere better. Never again !!!!

But my full set were not done well, it’s only been one week and my nails are lifting and one nail has popped off completely Pain free it literally just fell off (I’ve never had that happen until my nails grow out atleast ) I would go back for pedicure and the atmosphere but I don’t think I can trust them with my nails when I spend my money I expect the quality to match and sadly it just didn’t meet up with my expectations my nails haven’t even started growing yet and I have to get them fixed one week later

This place is awful....all they do is the limited smith necessary. They will never stay open until the hours posted the door. They constantly try to leave early. The staff never speaks English in front of you when speaking to each other. Its a shame when a business doesnt want to make money and actually keep their doors open. Will never return. I have been turned away too many times over the past 11 years of coming here that I wont do it anymore. Only reason I kept coming was because of the location. And management attitude is like whatever, I dont care if you want service we arent doing it. Not the right attitude if you want to be profitable.

Please do NOT get your eyebrows done here. one of the ladies thinned our one of my eyebrows and tried convincing me that it looked good. I left the store immediately after she showed me that eyebrow. I only got one of them done because of how bad it looked. I also had to wait 30 minutes on a non busy day. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED FROM HERE.

I did a pedicure one day there, very quick. The lady there asked me what size I am as she was putting on my sandals and said” you have big feet.” So disrespectful.

They do thier job well I feel they lack in personality. A bit rough around the edges. When you come in if you want to privately have a bikini wax done. everyone will know! The owner will ask you out loud what do you need or maybe she might ask, how can i help you...either way, its from across the room. Have a lil tact.

Never again! Their pedicures should be $3.99. I just got a 10 minutes pedi for $26+tips. Super disappointed, worst job ever. I could of done 10 times better doing it myself at home. I didnt even do my nails of how mad I was.

I would never go back to this place, the lady that did my nails cut me THREE TIMES, my nails were crooked, when she was done polishing them, they were not clean, nail polish was everywhere on my cuticles, she was trying to clip of my excess nail polish and clipped off my skin. at the end she charged me $45, FOR WHAT, majority of my nails were mine, she only had to put tips on 3 fingers, i would never go back to this place because of my experience with her.

The service is great. If you want to get your manicure and pedicure done quickly while relaxing, go to Venetian Nail Spa at Pembroke Gardens Outside mall. The ambiance is fantastic and semi quiet. The quality of the work is fairly average. I recommend this place to anyone who would love to have an relaxing experience.
