The prices are above average. The workers aren’t great understanding your needs. The casual gossip in another language, as you’re trying to relax. The nail job was fine not stellar.

Received a color/powder dip manicure at Tiffany Nails. During removal of my previous color powder manicure the tech trying prying off my old polish with a metrocard instead of waiting for it to soak off.After asking him to stop the manicure actually looked pretty good. Fast forward 2 days later and the nails are peeling at the edges.Overpriced, do not waste your time here.

I went it for a pedicure today. Place was clean and quiet. I liked that it wasnt very crowded and I was pretty much in and out in 40 minutes. This was perfect for me because I came in during my lunch break. Its a good no frills salon. As far as customer service they dont go beyond the basics and once you pay they forget about you (I was left to dry until I decided I was done). My pedicure was nice, decent massage, but my feet are not as soft as they usually are when I go to my regular salon. Good price for midtown.

Welcomed through the door, but when the service is nearing completion it’s a quick switch on attitude. It’s all about the money. Firstly TOLD 20% was the minimal tip requirement, then when questioned they pedalled backwards saying it was a misunderstanding. Then when I offered a tip, I was told it wasn’t enough and to increase. They stood in front of me with a calculator!English is poor and they talk about you in their own language.Arguing amongst staff whilst I was having my treatment and grabbing when it comes to payments.I would advise IF you go here set prices and tips out clearly before treatment, otherwise you could find you are paying significantly more when you get to the till.I won’t ever be returning.

Basic pedicure and 10 min foot massage. Nice people and had free 2 minute back massage whilst nails were drying.

It’s a nice place to get simple manicures and pedicures. however I paid a lot more than what was listed on the menu. it’s cute, but the more i look at my nails the blob-lier it looks. definitely not worth the overprice. If coming here go real basic.

I will give 0 star because they Damaged Cuticles I m bleeding since Friday the gel is a ruined and they over charged 45$ for gel manicure it’s not worth it I will passe by to get my money back please

All the reviews are true. Don’t go here. I Arrived at 8:20 for a simple manicure they told me they were closed and to come back at 9:30 tomorrow....umm your hours say 9pm. Very rude people. Don’t go to this place!!!!!

WORSE NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They do not spend any time on what you ask, but what they feel like doing. They do not care about client satisfaction. After a rough manicure, my nails were throbbing. COMPLETELY OVERPRICED for AWFUL service. I would not recommend this place to anybody, not even for a quick manicure.

Edit: my mani from this salon was one of the least-lasting Ive had in the city. Im not sure why this happened, but the majority of it had chipped away within five days. Bummer!...I came here on a weekday for a manicure and was happy with the service. I went on a Friday around 2.00PM without an appointment and needed to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seen. I would recommend making an appointment beforehand so you dont have to wait.My nails turned out nicely. I also opted for a 10 minute chair massage which I would skip next time. It was a very .. unusual and unrelaxing technique from the masseur. However, he was very polite and enthusiastic and while it wasnt for me, others may enjoy.This is a decent place to get your nails done.

From out of town and walked in at 7:45pm- it was right around the corner from our hotel.. did NOT feel rushed.. great nails and massage... decent price for services.. they did not ask for a tip but I gave them a gracious tip for GRACIOUS service... thanks you Keven and Grace! Very clean as well.

Terrible experience. The manicurist literally couldnt speak English, did a very poor quality job of the manicure (polish bubbled up, edges werent near etc) but worst of all she cut my nails way too short (beyond the quick) so it hurt. Not impressed.

Do not go here!!!!!! If you want your nails to be clean, neat and expect staff to be gentle, forget it. My nail stylist continued to hurt me at least 3 times after I told her I was in pain. (It still hurts now 3 days later!!!!!!). Additionally, they overcharge. At first I am quoted $100 before sitting down, then during the process $110, and then $120, and then $135 before settling at $120 ONLY because i agreed to pay cash. I could have done the same exact job but with a far better experience for half that price at pink in Soho. Only came here because i was in midtown. I am appalled by this experience and recommend anyone to just pass and go someplace else even if you are quoted a reasonable price. It will wind up being more once theyve already begun work. Although the owner may have been more gentle than the others, overall, NEVER ever will i go back to Tiffanys Nails again!!!!!

Money hungry. A tip is earned and with good service you dont have to ask for it! They even suggested me and my boyfriend find a different place because we only tipped $10 combined over a $200 service. I would have tipped more if they werent trying make me pay before I was even finished also they tried to over charge me at first while asking for a tip and was angered at the fact I was tipping on the card. Not to mention I paid more than what was listed on the prices menu!

Great massages here. Most of the nail techs do a great job at manis and pedis especially the owner/manager....

After the service is performed, they charge more than their listed prices which is a shame because customers feel that they have been scammed and avoid returning. I really wanted to rate them higher.

Dont go here. I didnt read the reviews and got the chair massage, similar to other reviewers, I had a horrible experience. The man is a complete perv. He was going way too far down by back and rubbing my butt and then leaned his whole body up against me toward the end...it was disgusting. Then, they charged my credit card twice and they dont answer the phone so I havent been able to get my money back.

Terrible. Took 90 min to get gel nails done on my “lunch “”hour”. They weren’t shaped square like I asked and two nails were lumpy. Never again. Save ur money and walk to J&J on 55th. I was too lazy to walk in the rain and I paid for it.

Good prices, good services. I suffer from ingrown nails and this is the only place that has fixed my problem. I now only go once a month. Before I went every week to other nails places because of the pain.

The salon is convenient if you happen to be in Midtown (I was), I went right when they opened, so no wait. Place is a little drab. Like all NY salons, they try to upsell you. The one thing I wasnt happy about is that their credit card machine was broken, so I had to go get cash to pay (wish they hold said something BEFORE I sat down for pedi).Price-wise its reasonable.

Good mani/pedis, acrylics and silk extensions. The male masseuse is intense but hhas a dedicated clientele list for his therapeutic acupressure massage technique.

The lady named Maria gave a terrible manicure. Did not know how to cut cuticles,polish and was hurting my hands. It was my birthday today, and I have ugly mani! First and last time visit to this salon! Also they say $12 for mani on their website, she was so rude like it is $14.75 and telling me give me tips, because it is not included in the price! Horrible customer service! I was disappointed!

Work nearby and decided to go for a mani/pedi which were fine. I also decided to get a 10 minute chair massage as my neck and shoulders were aching. The male masseur, though very strong, was a perv. He was massaging my shoulders when after 8 mins passed, he started to rub my back and suddenly slid his hands all the way down my underwear and grabbed my bum. this was beyond the normal lower back massage.....and after I jumped out of my chair he said next time you come back to the private room for a massage - YEAH RIGHT.....IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. Btw, upon returning to work I told my colleague who said she knew exactly who that was as he had done something similar to her and she stopped going. Beware ladies.

She was very detailed oriented.The only reason Im going it a 3 star bc of the pricing they said it was 80 for acrylic tips (which is super expensive) and the gentlemen gave me a massage (that was amazing as well) I asked him if the massaged was included and he said yes. Turns out I had to pay for 100 for everything and they forced me to pay tip (I was going to give a tip when I saw sophy again bc she left after doing my nails) but they forced me to give one. Very money hungry and they dont care that people can see this.If you want a great service and spend an arm and a leg for it go here.If you want to pay a great price and great service go somewhere else.

Amazing massage and quick friendly service

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged me far more than they originally quoted for a shellac manicure and less than 24 hours after I had it done, 4 nails had chipped - whereas elsewhere shellac lasts up to 3 weeks. I strongly discourage anyone from getting a manicure here.

Scam. The staff advertised us a price, then arriving at the end they raised the rates, we did not want to pay. They closed the door so we could not go out. We did not have the choice to pay. It is unacceptable. Shame on them.
