All i asked for was a quick trim of the hair on the back of my neck, and she took it upon herself to trim in a few different places n then charged me 20 dollars n only had a minimum selection of 5 dollars for a tip. Absolutely ridiculas!!! I was so mad i chose to just pay it n walk out instead up blowing up n causing a scene. I will never go there again. So if you enjoy 25 dollar trims that only took a total of 4 minutes to be done i dont advise you to go there. Pathetic

This place has gone up in price and lost all of its experienced stylist. If youre a man Im sure its fine but I just had my painstakingly long grown hair trashed by a girl who absolutely should not be cutting hair if you dont know never to use a razor on extremely thin fine hair ( thank God I told her to stop or I would literally not have any hair left) and I dont even know how to describe what she left me with for bangs:-(

Today was my first visit to Sports Clips, and it certainly wont be my last. I went in for a simple trimming of my split ends, but the woman who helped me, Betty, took her time and explained how to better care for my hair. She also suggested a few products, but wasnt pushy.I sprung for the MVP treatment, which is a steal at $25! A massage chair, warm towel, and wash felt luxurious. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone, and will be sure to go again.

My son and grandson went here and although my grandsons haircut was perfectly fine my poor son wasnt told that the hairstylist that was to cut his hair was just learning and in training. I would think that this is something that would be disclosed before allowing a cut to be done. Needless to say,he has multiple bald spots. Thankfully hes not the type to get disrespectful because if it had been me or I had been with them I would have had quite a bit of negative comments. And I believe I would have been completely justified. They really did a horrible job!!

My son was given a very bad haircut by a new employee. They hid it and sent us home. The next day it was fixed after the stylist denied doing it, which infuriated me. Anyway, when I got a call banning me from coming back the manager lied about checking the haircut and said I cut it at home to frame them. I mean, really! The stylist took a chunk off the center of his bangs even though she was asked to let it grow. Her fade was so crooked another girl had to redo it higher than we wanted. This used to be a great place to get a haircut, but really good stylists have left.

A++ Service!!! Highly recommend, Staff is very friendly. Your hair will be cut in a timely manner and with there experience with the price point its a TKO. Please leave the ladys a tip, there on the front line chopping that hair down, putting color in your hair or whatever you want. They is Essential!!!!

Its great to have a spot to get an old school cut in a fresh new environment! Very professional and kind staff that listen and executes what you ask for! Loved the convenience of getting a cut, catching the scores for the day on ESPN and grabbing some hair product on the way out the door in about 20 minutes and I was right back on track for running my errands. They even had sulfate free product which I struggle to find normally as well. Thanks for tossing this store up in a great location and I highly recommend this spot for your hair cutting needs! See you again in a couple of weeks!

I just thoroughly enjoy my visits to SportClips in Rutland. I get a great haircut, a shampoo, scalp massage, beard trim, the works. All for $24. The ambiance is great and the stylists are the best. Dont want to tell you my favorite because shes already overbooked. But I tell you honestly I have had my hair cut and the MVP from several of the stylists and believe me they all know what theyre doing. What are you waiting for. No appointment needed or you can checkin on line.

The staff is always super friendly and easy to talk to. Definately great for guys who have a beard that needs some love.

Went there and was forced to watch over half a dozen people who came in after me get served. After about and hour I asked what was going on and they said they had me in rotation. A few more people come in and they get served before me as well. After a collective hour and a half they tell me that there is only 1 more person in front of me. 20 minutes later they assist two more people, including one who had just walked in, and I decided to leave.

Sometimes there can be a long wait for walk-ins but the hairdressers always give me what I want even though Im terrible at conveying it. The shampoo and massage experience is worth the money and their selection of haircare and styling products is well varied and well priced.

They totally cut the whole right side an inch shorter than the left and didnt even finish the haircut didnt notice till I got home super unprofessional
