Ms. Alice and James are Amazing.....!!!! I have been coming to a salon on this corner since it was Pinkys...!!! Ms. Alice and James are by far the best to occupy that corner yet....!!! Although it was near to closing time today when I walked in, they welcomed me with smiles and open hearts. Their kindness and attention to detail are almost extinct in this field. After my 45minute pedicure, my feet felt Amazing....!!!! I am so grateful that they have been maintaining on that corner for the entire pandemic. The next time you are on the corner of 73rd and Columbus stop in.....they are part of that group we call essential workers....!!! Helping us all feel a bit better about ourselves during these difficult times. They have my continued support....❤️❤️❤️

I have been coming here for over 3 years. Most of the employees have changed in these past years. I know Kamala has been working here for long time, so I try to come here but I dont see her that often. I am not sure if the management has changed but it would be nice if they keep old employees. The price is little pricey but Binde and Kamala and few other people go great job. I dont like how employees change so often and dont see people that I have been doing my nails with. If they keep changing like this, its not worth paying the money. I come with my friend here and she feels the same way.

I went here and immeadeatly regretted it, it was in professional and confusing. I sat down and they had a small choice of gel dip powder colors to choose from. I asked for royal blue and got a periwinkle purple color. The lady that did my nails cut up my cuticles with the file and didn’t even give me the right shape. At the end for my short gel extensions they charged 110. Crazy expensive for an awful job never go here!!!!

The staff are all very nice and truly aim for you to be happy with their service. I always get an excellent mani and pedi. They carry Zoya. The foot/leg and chair massages are amazing. I go in with discomfort and come out feeling great and the results last.Do yourself a favor and ask for James or David; you will feel revitalized! Tell them how you like the strength of the massage and they will always successfully accommodate your preference.The managers, Alice and the other one whose name I can’t remember, have great attitudes. While always clean, during this pandemic, I find the salon appears to be practicing particularly good infection control. They have dividers up, everything is wiped down, visible sink, temps taken and information recorded in the event contract testing is necessary. It is also relaxing because unlike many other salons in the area, the employees are quiet and they focus on their customer rather than having loud conversations with each other.Enjoy!

Don’t make the mistake of going here! I just had the worst pedicure of my life. Beyond messy. The person giving me the pedicure touched my skin TWICE! Then when I went to pay, after 6 years of going there, they charged $46 for a horrible pedicure. Before, the price was $50 for both manicure and pedicure. Price gauging is illegal, Le Jolie. Will never go back.

Been here a few times and experienced poor customer service although the manicure and pedicures have been good. The last time I went there, the pedicure was just as bad as the customer service.Save your money and go elsewhere!

Women need to up their painting. Two really poor polish applications. And for $30 for 20 minutes the massage folks really need to be better trained. Rooting for you because otherwise good environment. Still looking for a good alternative since Zen closed.

Did gel nails here twice and they came out great :) each time, they lasted for two weeks just like they’re supposed to!!

Somethings different. Ive never even noticed the cost of a pedicure because its my go-to place, relaxing and perfect. Today wasnt good and then I noticed the pedí was $39 and I didnt want to pay that for my experience. What gives?

My go-to place to get my nails done. I always have had a good experience. The massages are good also, but not always consistent, depends on who you get.

Extremly Overpriced and the quality of service was very very poor. At the end they asked me to pay more than what they first told me a manicure pedicure would cost me and they demanded to tip for the 10 min message even if it was really terrible..and i was completely unsatisfied.The irony is that they even have an ATM inside the store...STOP treating people as wallets...!!!!!!!

This place is lovely and the technicians are warm and inviting. I just walked in and received incredible service. I definitely recommend!

This place is pretty crowded usually. I dont come for nails, but rather chair massages. They have a few guys on hand who strictly do chair massages and they do a really good job!

The Owner/ Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Very judgmental and made my visit very uncomfortable. A Gel manicure is $49 and $59 for a gel pedicure. Overpriced and not worth it. They also force you to pay a 20% tip in cash. The woman who did my nails was hard working and friendly so she deserved the tip; however, I wish I never tried this place out. Waste of time and money with obnoxious owners/ management

Worst nail salon I have ever been in my life. This nail salon deceivingly overcharges and tried to deceive me - when it was clearly said Zoya nail was 1$ extra charge they tried to charge me $6 more. So I chose regular Essie nail polish and the manicure was applied very poorly. I will do chargeback for the money I paid in this nail salon. Also I speak Hindi and they were constantly talking rudely about customers right infront of their face because most don’t understand their language.

My $52 gel was ruined after 2 days, came in to fix 1 nail, they asked for extra $10. Worst salon ever!

I picked up a fungus infection at this salon, which is really disappointing because Ive gone here a lot and never had a problem. But - a trip to CityMD later and a prescription for antibiotics, and thats what I got.

Absurdly priced! $91 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure ( they charged me $10 to remove old gel) technician was okay but nothing special about this salon at all.

The staff is nice and manicures and pedicures are wonderful, its just too crowded and a bit stressful.

This place has horrendous customer service. They make the experience so transactional. If you want a place to relax and not be taken advantage of, don’t go here. It’s all about the money and the tips for them.
