Pedicure, Manicure, pair of sandals, callus remover AND Eyebrows done for only $43. Best nail shop in the area for the price. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy but overall the nail ladies are really nice. The service was quick as well.

The polish selection is poor. Bring your own if thats your thing. Also - Im not sure if this is a post or pre-COVID protocol, but the salon is cash only (although the signage on the door indicates that cards are accepted).

I went in for an acrylic fill on Sunday. When I asked I was told it would be $19 I arrived at 630 and my nails were not finished until 845. During the time Keith was doing my nails I kept telling him to make sure my nails were not lifting he assured me that the acrylic coat would secure it. The total was $31. When I left everything was fine and that following Tuesday I had to return to the shop because my pinky nail was lifting. Shirley threw some nail glue under it and sent me home. Needless to say I returned every day after for the same problem with different nails and she did the same thing every time. No offer to redo the set or anything. This place is unprofessional and the work is terrible I will never step foot in this shop again. And I advise Everyone to spend their money elsewhere.

I personally go here every 3 weeks. The younger Oriental girl always does my nails and toes and I’m happy with her services. The massage chairs are comfortable and prices are fair.

I came here supporting a local business and to be pampered on my birthday. Came for the sns treatment (powder nail manicure) and a pedicure. Nail technician was watching a show on her phone entire time neglecting to pay attention to my nails and was very rough making this manicure painful. My nails were long and strong and she cut them down and shaped them uneven. There was no moisturizing treatment or hand massage you usually get. She wasnt pleasant and very careless waving me off when I asked about nails not being cleaned around the edges. She said in two hours you will be okay and mess around edges will come off when I wash hands and that never happened. I paid $58 and left a tip totaling up to $70. The final result was horrible. Nails were left thick and edges with polish under nails and around fingertips. Pedicure was also messy. I returned to advise of poor job and wanted my money back and have polish removed. As they pretend to not understand English, they were being difficult. To our advantage, the female who does eyebrows communicated with owner and with us to try and get us our refund. The owner was the one who did my nails and she didnt want to return my money, but do nails again next day. I advised I wasnt going to be here nor plan to return and support this establishment again. My husband was present asking for money and speaking to the technician who pretended not to comprehend English and did not want to help. Owner agreed to return $25 and let female who does eyebrows know. Male technician didnt want to comply and kept saying no. He then asked for my id and I refused as it wasnt required for my request. After 10 minutes, he finally complied after female who does eyebrow plead to give money to avoid a scene in front of other customers and police who could have gotten involved. I was advised this location is horrible after terrible job and Im glad to know so that I can advise others of poor customer service and work provided which shouldnt be allowed. This establishment was saved by female who did eyebrows who provided customer service and did all that she could to avoid further issues. I wish I could give 0 stars, but it wont allow that.

The best Nail Salon I have been to. I will never go anywhere else. Jenny (the owner) does my nails every 2-3 weeks and amazingly surprises me every time with her Art. Her entire staff all do amazing work. Awesome massages, relaxing Manicures & Pedicure spas.. definitely a place to check out if youre in the neighborhood and want great service.

Nails were done nicely but the worker kept tossing my hand around. Before I got started I asked if they took credit card and they said yes. After the work was done they said that they don’t take the card I had. The communication was horrible. The lady also kept asking me for a tip while knowing I didn’t have any money except for the card they didn’t accept. Won’t be coming back here.

2 Stars!!! My First Time Getting My Nails Done Here & I’m Definitely Not Satisfied. Where Shall I Begin, I Got A Full Tip (Gel) & A Pedicure. Started With The Pedicure Which I Felt Was Rushed. Paint Job Very Sloppy Up Close, She Didn’t Take Much Time On My Feet, A Lil Scrub There, Dip In Water & I Was Done. Not Mention How Rude She Was To Another Customer, Very Unprofessional. As For My Full Set I’ve Had Way Better, The Shaping Is Horrible & The Drilling Was Burning Due To Her Keeping The Drill In The Same Pot For To Long Trying To Shape My Nails. I Will Not Be Returning.

Well I didnt go get my nails done but I went to get my eyelashes done the eyelash technician was very nice she was very professional and she did an excellent job is usually hard to get my eyes lashes lined up properly but she did a good job and I hope you ladies thats up in the area I hope you all stopped by she does a real good job!

Friendly staff and usually a minimal wait, for walk-ins. However, not a n expansive selection of non-gel nail polish choices. If you want a regular polish mani/pedi, I would suggest bringing your own.

The paint was extremely cheap. Had to do 5 coats cause the polish kept coming off. Sat for a good hour and my nails still messed up when I left. DO NOT GET FULLSETS DONE AT THIS PLACE

False advertising of prices. Charge extra for males, doesnt state it nowhere on the price menu. Decline polish which was $3 extra, instead I asked for the slippers which cost $2 and they would not give them to me unless I pay for them. They do not accommodate their customers. Pedicure was decent.

They don’t have very many employees, so the wait time is a bit long. They also don’t have the greatest selection of regular nail polish colors, so that’s annoying. Their towels are super rough and scratchy (fabric softener please), but their AC for this summer heat is on point. The last thing I will add is that upon the lady before me finishing her pedicure, the staff person merely rinsed out the foot tub before asking me to be seated. This is absolutely disgusting, and frankly a health code violation. Putting disinfectant in the foot tub is standard... other employees at the salon did it, so maybe she just forgot (which is stil nasty). Overall, this nail salon is not the worst one in Harlem, but I don’t know that I would return.

I got my nails done (sns gel powder) here a couple weeks ago and my nails are still looking beautiful i can’t wait to go back this tuesday and pick a new color, Anna did a great job with my nails and made me feel welcomed. my nails haven’t chipped or get ruined i’m so glad i found a good place

Terrible. Inexperienced nail techs. The job was slow and messy. She cut me and tried to pretend like it hadn’t happened while I bled everywhere.

This place is dirty and the nail techs are terrible. They all rush their job. I strongly advise anyone to not attend this nail salon. My sister and I nail job was done sloppy.

Rush job. I waited 3 hours to be serviced for a full set tips and pedicure . The lady barely wanted to clean out the pedicure basin when you could clearly see the dead skin and mess from the previous person and when I asked her to clean it out she used water and a dirty towel until I asked to clean it out again. She rushed my feet and did it in under 10 mins .For my full set it was much worst my nails were put on crooked and with too much powder . They started to lift after 5 days smh 50 dollars for a terrible job. I will never come to this place again. Find somewhere else to do your nails .
