This place is so unprofessional. They’ll make you wait hours to do your nails just so they can do their friends or people who they know nails first. I made a appointment and got there and then one of their friends came and they took them instead and had me waiting. If you don’t look like you have money they treat you so horribly

I drove by recently and couldnt help to notice the new nail salon across from my favorite restaurant. Felt very welcomed by staff in addition the owner offered me a discount on their 1 anniversary of being open. Definitely will come back 🥳

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment and they over booked themselves so the receptionist said they were doing first come first serve. There were 2 people ahead of me. The first person was taken about 15 min in and the other person before me left. So I should be next. After waiting for an hour I tell the receptionist Ill reschedule. She says one of the technicians is almost done. So I wait an additional 15 min. Then one of the available technicians takes her friend or someone she clearly knows who came in 45 min after me instead of taking me. The receptionist didnt say oh this lady is next or anything she just sat there. So I left. As a customer I felt so disregarded. Poor professionalism/customer service!!! I guess they dont care about the business of their other customers when they have the business of their friends or regulars to rely on. A whole hour and 15 min of my time that I cant get back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Tried to make a online appt here for 10am at 8am on a saturday morning. Recieved no confirmation of booking. At 10:30am I I recieved 2 missed calls from salon with no message.

The nail tech names Miguelina is amazing. Its a great spot for acrylic design or just a regular manicure!!! They do lashes as well but I havent gotten them done here yet. Will keep going!!

Made an appointment for 3 people for 12 o’clock get there and she inform us that she will be taking us one by one so my appointment of 12 really starts at 3 o’clock? What’s the point of making the appointment at a specific time. My girl wanted depping powder service as they advertised come to fined out don’t have that service. Sorry to say but this place is pure hype.

I would give this place NO star customer service I experienced & was given was horrible! When I came in there was 3 people there already who were getting a pedicure and were getting their nails done after I decided Id wait to try out this new spot Ive heard about. When it was finally my turn the girl just left my feet there to soak in water to go eat(mind you I was already waiting 2 hours) two things she could have done, 1- tell me she was going to eat & give her 15 minutes 2- ask me if I have gel on so she could have wrapped them while she ate so when she was done it would come off easily. Communication is key but no none of that was done she proceeded to eat her food for about 20 minutes while gossiping with another employee about another co-worker that wasnt even there. I didnt get her name but she has like a burn mark on the side of her face and black hair.

If I can rate the service in this place it has to be zero I will do a double zero this place is nothing more than just a hang out spot a place to gossip mind you the waiting time was ridiculous over-the-top ridiculous waited over 3 1/2 Hours just to be serviced. No one checked to see if my friend was ok or was given any kind of update. This is just crazy! They should focus more on customer satisfaction rather then a place to hang out. FYI NEVER COMING BACK !!

Horrible customer service everyone is super rude and stank waited 3 hours for the nail tech to say no she wasn’t going to take me anymore n the manager said yes and they both got into an argument about it. I just left the energy in there is heavy no one looks happy. The owner needs to be more on there business place is falling apart!
