Got acrylics today, they’re super nice. a bit on the pricey side but they were done really well. definitely recommend if you’re willing to spend the money.
Shameful. My teenage daughter went to get a manicure and was hustled into paying for services she did not ask for then when she went to tip was shamed and pressured into leaving a bigger tip for each of the services she didn’t want. She went in just wanting acrylics and came out with a $180 tab. Zero stars if I had the opportunity.
Very nice, the only downside is the message that is given as you dry your nails cost money and they dont let you know upfront.
Love the salon, very clean and safe. Sadly overpriced.Regular Mani + 10 min back massage more than 50$Gel Manicure too expensive. Too bad for weekly appointments.
They have virus kill entrance ~Feel so good~
Don’t get hustled! Way over priced. I don’t recommend this place. $280 for nails and a massage?! First 60 minutes $99. Toward end of massage she asks if I want additional 10 minutes. I said yes. Well that extra 10 minutes costed me an additional $50! Really?! I got hustled! And the massage wasn’t even that great. At all. Now for the kicker. At checkout she actually asked me to tip and preferred in cash. I reluctantly gave them $17 dollars and she acted put out. Unbelievable. It’s all about the cash and not the service with these people so don’t find another ethical business to patronize.
We had a five star manicure and pedicure. We were impressed with everything from the service to the cleanliness and a very thorough treatment. Best mani pedi ever.We did not experience any hidden costs. We were told the price of everything from the start.Prices are a little higher than most but we found the service to be exceptional and we will be back again!Ask for Sonia or Alison.
I’m use to a different type of nail technique, but the ladies good treatment got me :)
Updated to 5 stars. I go here fairly often and I have never had a bad manicure. It is considerably more expensive than your usual nail spot, but when I know I will get a great manicure each time, I dont mind.
What a lovely spot! Calm inside, friendly staff. Great manicure and my husband had a fantastic massage. A gem! *I was not pressured for any tip, and the manicure was $18 - $26 for French. Do not agree with the other reviews - our experience was not aggressive at all.
The gel manicure was great, but when I was soaking my nexgen off the little machine they used was lightly shocking me. In my opinion it was way too pricy $74 dollars for a gel manicure, in other nail salons their typically $40, the atmosphere is clean and the workers are nice but the only bad thing was the price! I would come back if they lowered their prices. But in general just the gel manicure was really good, if you want to get a not so expensive manicure I would not go there, but if you want to treat yourself I would definitely go because the workers are nice and the manicure turns out really good.✨🦋 not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings at all. :)
This place is amazing. Their gel mani urges always last me at least 3 weeks and only ever take about an hour. Reasonable pricing and very cute ambiance. Highly recommend!
Im surprised at some of the negative reviews. Admittedly, this is my first time here, but I thought Heidi did a fabulous pedicure. The massage was also first-rate. Ive not yet had a manicure and they are a couple of dollars more expensive than my usual place, but since im staying in a hotel across the street during renovations, the convenience more than makes up for the price differential. The place is very hygienic, Amy at the front desk is bubbly, and the soothing music was, well, soothing. Im very impressed with this place. Sonia did my latest and she was meticulous. Keratin manicure for the same price as a regular as a special. Also accepts online booking, but not Samsung Pay.
On the pricier side but you get what you pay for - they do a great job and Im always very happy with my services! The salon is very clean and all the ladies are friendly - Allison is the best!
Work done was good, very pricey for only a Uv Gel Manicure without shellac or anything fancy. Staff was pretty friendly and the location had a nice quiet atmosphere to help destress!
Avoid- SURPRISE COSTS..i.e. when you come to pay, they will add on charges that you werent aware of. This happened to me and another customer who left the salon just before me so I think this is their strategy (especially as it is a tourist area). Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else!!
Alison is the BEST OF THE BEST!! Thank you dear Alison
Just visiting NYC and they were great. Service was great and they accept walk-ins. I definitely recommend the place.
One of the best foot massages I have had. Great mani and pedicure. Very clean shop. Loved it!
One of the worst manicures I’ve had, they did not properly cut or clean my nails. I asked for a scrub and was ignored, not to mention I left with one finger bleeding uncontrollably. Highly unprofessional and overcharge for work which you would think was done by a 4 year old. Do not recommend at all!
Horror ! A child does a better manicure . They are pretending to use a special cuticle oil at the beginning of manicure to help clean the cuticle, when instead that one has to be used at the end because it hides all dry skin imperfection! Plus you will get charged extras for any small adjustment of the nails, to get it right. My manicure was better when I came in, they have no clue how to cut it right to make sure it lasts more than one hour!
Very clean and pretty space, more gentle and meticulous service. But not that much better than other nail places, just more expensive. However, I will go back for a pedicure.
Yes, it is clean, nice, and theyre friendly, but what else should I have expected for the $325 dollars I ended up paying for The Full Pedicure I definitely needed (according to them), the extra 10 min foot massage they offered me without telling me were not included in the price, the discretional 20% service charge they included in the total because were in Manhattan and you know how things are here, and the extra dollars they charged me for paying with a credit card.Im glad I went so now I can make sure I never fall back in this place again. Please BEWARE! These people are serious non-ethical sellers who would do anything to take as much money they can from you. But theyll all smile and say hello when you come in. So if this is how much you value being treated decently, be my guest.
Connie gave me a fabulous manicure and Danny gave me a killer massage simultaneously. Manicure was a little pricey at $18, plus the 10 minute massage at $17, but sometimes youve gotta treat yourself!
Very disappointed, bad quality of manicure and very very expensive for what the res silts were (total 200).The shellac manicure that I got was terrible, she didn’t cut my cuticles and there are bubbles on the nails and they didn’t paint the full nails, it looks really bad. And I got the longer pedicure so they actually clean but and didn’t rub as much and my toes got all destroyed it the time I got home.
Do not use Heidi. This is the brow wax burn that she gave me. Ive emailed the salon, with photo, and they refuse to respond. She drew blood when doing my manicure. This is very troubling, as I go to this salon every time I am in NYC, but no more.
Was told a fill would be $60 and then at the end they told me it was $115 because “it’s NYC we need to pay bills.”
Its very clean, the polish lasts, waxing and they have a massage area too
The price compared to the service is really bad. Barely filing toe nails and asking 40 dollars is overpriced. Its not about the price, I just did not like the work.Furthermore, theyre asking for a 20% tip. They dont know how to massage foot.Overall you just end up feeling like they just want to take every last penny you have in your pocket.
Top notch and conveniently located. Excellent gel manicure and pedicure.
Very clean, excellent services and always relaxing and you leave very happy!
Very good service. I will be back.
They did a good job on my pedicure they staff was really nice!!
Very disapointing experience. Overpriced and was forced to tip 20% in cash. Must avoid.
Did not have the best experience here . Did an eyebrow wax that cost be 20 dollars and they wouldn’t allow a tip less than 5 dollars on card even though it was a great job and she kept pulling my skip with tweezers
Great place great pedi, took walk in.
Throughly pampered! Thank you!
