I’ve been here for years now since moving to Harlem. Love all the friendly staff here. Especially Monica. Monica is the best nail tech ever. A bomb. Her acrylic set always turn out beautiful and lasted me at least 3 weeks if not a whole month. But I still have to come back every 2-3 weeks though, because of my ingrown toe nails. Love the way she took care of my annoying ingrown toes nails. When Monica is busy I go to July or the old lady I forgot her name. She do good pedicure too.The only thing I found inconvenient here is they close on Sunday and only accept tips in cash.

The only nail salon I go to get my full service. Medi pedi eyebrows and eyelashes done. Great service.

Getting too expensive for the same work....to change polish is $20??? Omg. Younger manager needs People skills lol

Love this place, being doing my nails with Michelle for more than 4 years and love it every time. Friendly environment and good price. Parking is a little difficult but with patience can be found, after all is NYC

I love this place . They are a little hole in the wall in the hood however they take very good care of you ...and their gel manicure and pedicure is ok for the money. Kim does my feet she is awesome and Shi does my nails 😍😍 she is very kind and gentle

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year and I always have had a wonderful experience I have let several techs work with me but BeBe is the best. She is always busy though. On the weekends and Holidays they are extremely busy. But if you make an appointment you will be serviced right away.

Im new to the neighborhood as far as permanently living. Googled with nail salons in the area and decide to try this one out. I walked in and was welcomed right away. Then i noticed they get crowded pretty quick. Which tells me they do a good job. Everyone in there is VERY NICE. The guy that sits at the front desk (owner Im guessing) was so nice and sweet to my daughter. The woman that took care of my nails name is TINA (Same as my name) she did an EXCELLENT JOB. This will definitely be my go to nail salon.

If I could I would give them zero stars, i’d never recommend this place to anyone if I’m being honest. I got my nails done before my first day of high school and Two nails on my right hand cracked in half due to a lack of enough acrylic and they were thin, as well as the nail on middle finger on my left hand completely fell off. The service overall was just terrible, the lady who did my nails rushed so she can go home and had an attitude the entire time she was doing my nails I ended up paying $36 for nails that didn’t even last me an entire week.

I went to this place TWICE !... the second time the nail tech Monica was very pleasant HOWEVER she messed up two of my middle finger nails which had stones on it. Its only been a few days and my stones are missing I came back to get it fixed and the manager stated that Monica was on vacation. When I asked him to fix it, he told me it was a 45 min wait; however customers that were entering after my was getting serviced. I am extremely upset right now because I have an upcoming event tonight! THE TWO TIMES THAT I WENT THERE, BOTH NAIL TECHS WERE TIPPED VERY WELL! I feel like I was cheated out of my money because now I have to go to a whole new nail shop to get my nails done over.

I went here in 2018 and got my nails done for my holiday it was so pretty a guy named that is pronounced Byu-lee did my nails and he did so great with the designs and everything.

Great Harlem spot!!!!! Clean and comfortable!! They provide wax services as well. Ask for Vinvet for an incredible well done pedicure. Private waxing room for all waxing. Clean bathroom also!! They accept credit cards. Atm is also on promises.

1st time in ...was looking for a special person..they was not there any more ..i still did my nails and daughter to it was so so ...it was good for convenience..

They don’t have no customer service. You can’t said that you don’t like how looks your nails cuz they get offended. They don’t like to fix your nails if you don’t like their job. I don’t give zero stars cuz is not possible. It’s gonna be my last time here. Oh just one guy was nice with me his name is well I don’t know his name but he has tattoos in his arms

Been going for years, Hannah who is the original owner sold it to new management, yet she still works there. Love her. Only down fall is there polishes are not the best they dont hold and dont match at times.

Only go to this place if u have nothing better to do with your day. They tell customers 30 minute wait which turns into a hour and a half wait, as they pick and choose which customers they want to take first.

This is spot! They do an absolute exceptional job eith pedi-mani. I have seen them work with children settling them with a lollipop or putting polish on their nail while mom is indulging in being pampered for 45 mins. They do a great job have been coming to them almost a year. Wont go anywhere else!

Fast service, Not Clean!

My experience with them is horrible I went for a mauve or nude color to match my birthday dress and it seems like the Polish was either waterd down or everything I requested they didnt have this is not my first time going here but will be the last time the was upset because I kept picking different colors the nail tech was not helpful I was receiving my help from another customer and they was very argumentative the male employee wanted to fight the it got to the point where they just gave me back my money after everything was a heated situation poor customer service I dont recommend
