My first time there was awesome I though it was so clean and I love it, I was happy to find a place todo my nails and I wanted to continue going. But second time was awful, I needed to go to work after my manicure so I didn’t notice that they were that bad when they finished my nails, I’m going to upload a picture, they did not paint even the whole nail, they didnt paint the edges and 2 days after they were peeling off. I’m so upset because it is not cheap and its an effort for me to go!

These ladies were amazing!! They took me as a walk in even though they were busy as hell, helped remove all the gel from my old acrylic nails, dealt with my stupid questions (since i know nothing of doing my nails), and even let me squeeze in a manicure too! And for such affordable prices! I never write reviews but I had to simply because I adore this place. I’ll be coming back soon to get another manicure from these lovely ladies and will definitely spread the word around for everyone else to come too! My nails look great!

This is my go to nail salon! Not only do they do my nails, the offer AMAZING massages!!! I highly recommend, it has been a special experience every single time I went!!

First time back at the nail salon since the corona virus pandemic and I was pleased to see that the salon was clean (as usual) and that special measures (e.g., temperature checks, the use of gloves provided for picking your nail polich color, wearing of masks for all etc) were put in place for preventing the virus from spreading in the salon. I had a mani/pedi and my nail technician, Julia, did a great job. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will be back.

I have been coming here for years. They give amazing mani pedi and massages. Everyone is skilled and friendly and it’s super clean. They have strict COVID rules and they follow them.

My pedicure was great. I am so happy they are back. The temp check was easy. The protection panels are fine and they dont bother if you just focus on what you are there for. I found that Pinky was always the place to go for cleanliness and that they dont reuse supplies. I will be back soon. I have read a lot of people talk about the price. But you get what you pay for and that is all new, sterilized tools, and a covered foot spa if you are getting a pedicure for each client. They also have a rewards program which is a perk.

I got a great gel manicure here and felt very safe, too. The salon took my temp entering. I sat across from the manicurist with a plastic strip between us. We both wore masks. What a treat!!

Stopped in on a whim to get a manicure, and was very happy! The nail technician Ann was thorough, pleasant, and paid attention to detail. The ambience was lovely, in that it was very quiet and relaxed.

I visited Pinki for the first time since the pandemic forced them to close.I was apprehensive as it would be the first time i would be in an enclosed space and in the presence of other people.I was so pleased to see all the measures they have taken to make sure customers are safe. From the automatic temperature check, the divided areas for individual and personalized service to the impeccable cleanliness!I was able to completely enjoy a deeply needed manicure and pedicure and felt so safe that asked my husband and 9 year old daughter to join me.Welcome back Pinki!!

I went to Pinkys today. It was spotless. They did everything to make it safe and secure. The mani & pedi was perfect and the staff was professional and friendly.

After I left my previous review, which was highlighted an overall positive experience, my friend and I were invited back for complimentary pedicures since we were not aware that the vegan polishes would take longer to dry and to make up for the smudging from last time. That was a really nice gesture and we enjoyed the second time experience as well (we added manis to our services as well).

I’ve always loved the people and job they do at pinky’s on 80th and bwy. And now, they are even more impressive. Their safety precautions and designs are unparalleled. In addition to required masks, temperatures are taken, sanitizers, gloves, and transparent partitions even though they purposefully don’t put another customer next to you. They even have partitions between customer and mani/pedicurist! Might be the safest place in nyc!

Nice staff but went for a gel French manicure today and by the end of today it was already peeling off. I paid nearly $70 and my gel manicure is peeling off in less than 24hrs and my wedding is tomorrow

Listen to the reviews. Standard pedicure is $36. I denied a manicure after learning the pedicure price. The second star was for cleanliness only. Nice ambiance, but I’ll not be returning.

I had not checked the reviews on this salon before going there. If I had, Id have known exactly what to expect, as the reviews here are pretty accurate. My rating for this place is 2.5 stars.People who work there are not professionals. The job they do is not thorough, the quality is well below average (tons of cuticles were left, some cuts were created, the gel French manicure does not look French at all, she could not even create the symmetrical shape of all nails: they all look different and off).The only good thing I could say about the place is that I liked the pedicure (everything except the nail coloring part).Will not be coming back though.

Absolutely terrible service. The gel took forever and the machine was outdated along with the polish being used. My cuticles were burning from the cutting because the woman insisted on using a sharp tool after I said no. My nails aren’t straight or even. I had a massage and it was one of the least professional and most painful I’ve ever felt. This place is overpriced and terrible. The guy then asked me to tip him when I didn’t have cash on me and had the nerve to say they would swipe my card again? What a joke .. I wouldn’t tip anyone there they need to stop over charging people for poor service and quit.

Not worth it. Charged me 50 bucks for a callous remover pedicure. Nothing special and way over priced. Staff member spent less than 1 minute massaging each of my feet.

Terrible place. having spent $135 for some false nails and then ten days later being told that no one does this in the salon nor do they remember me so they cannot help me with any fills etc. I am then told that they do not have any prices around $95 for nails so having got annoyed I realised they were serious and now feel that I simply have been ripped off. They charged me for this and now cannot help me. The nails only lasted ten days if that and are terrible. so hate it and do not trust anyone with the same name and will not use them ever again. I hate being ripped off with any amount. I dont even want to give one star.
