First of all, finding a nail salon open at 9 am 🙌. It was quiet and the owner did my nails and she is very thorough and gentle. Good price.

The worst experience of my life at a nail salon in New York City! I walked in with a gift certificate that I did not know was expired as it was a gift and the owner / manager would not honor it. She said it was valid only 6 months after issuance. This is absolutely absurd - she did not want to reason with me as a new customer and when I said I would pay for it, she didnt want to service me.They are beyond rude and unprofessional! The city should take back their license!!Highly recommended that no one walks in this nail salon. Very expensive for terrible customer service!Thank you for reading

Pretty good.

Not very good. $29 for a very basic pedicure. I walked in and the lady barked at me what I wanted and then stood 6 inches away staring me down while I picked out a color. Her nails on her hands were jagged and sharp and kept digging into my feet making it very uncomfortable. I had some rough patches on my heels and big toe which she didnt even touch. You can get so much better service than this place for a cheaper price.

I have been going to this salon for 11 years, and I am so disappointed with the owner, she is very rude to customers whether you have been there for years or just walking in.... The only reason I continued to go, is to support the workers they are all amazing! Michelle the owner needs an attitude adjustment, or perhaps she is just so unhappy with her life she takes it out on everyone around her. I cannot rate this salon because of the owner! Time to find a new salon!!

Just started working over on Madison Ave and noticed this place was always empty...now I know why the owner is rude ! She treats her staff like children and throw tantrums in front of the customers. I feel sorry for the employees !!!

0 stars if I could, I was there to do my nails 3 days ago!! And they are already getting off, they will charge for everything, they would leave your nails without paint if you don’t pay 20$ extra after the set up fee. They will take your money and do a horrible job. I’m so upset with this service.

Aweful. Should if read reviews before i went. Owner is nasty. No prices. Price is different for each customer. I went for gell fill. Nightmare. She was nasty to me and nicked me 3 times. I didnt let her even finish i left. Place needs to close.

I wish I had read the previous reviews before I came here. I got there at 5:20 for a pedicure and was done by 5:40. The lady rushed through the entire thing. When she put cream on my legs she rubbed it in for a second and then wiped it off with a towel. She also scrubbed my feet for only a second or two. I’m a runner and get a lot of dead skin and calus on my feet and it’s still there afterwards. It was a huge waste of my money and I wish I hadn’t have gone

I would give this place one star, the owner is horrible! She gives you old bottles of nail polish for your nails and never wants to open the new displayed ones. Her massage prices changes every time I have walk in there. I have given this place more than 5 chances because they are so close to my job. But no never again. Please dont go there, there is a another place between 38th and 39th on the second floor which has the nicest staff and gives such better service. Trust me! Best of Luck!

Would give 0 stars if i could. I went in to soafk off my gel nails and three different people touched my nails. The owner gave me a horrible attitude for using OPI gel because its hard to remove. She said in a condescending tone that everyone uses Shellac here, OPI is too hard to remove. I really dont care what other people think, but I prefer OPI and Im here to pay someone to do a job. I dont need the attitude. Finally when someone helped me with my nails, the lady was rough, rushed through the job, and kept sighing in distress as if I gave her the worst job ever. I walked in being told that a soak off is 10 bucks, and walked out with the owner charging me 15. I asked for her to put in a 2 dollar tip (even though I didnt want to tip at all) on the card and she charged me 2.50 because of transaction fees. I dont see anything impressive in this salon that warrant this kind of attitude and snobbery. Experience was horrific. Do yourself a favor and simply dont go.

Disgusting nail salon, misleading price sign and worst mani pedi Ive ever had. When I tried to tell the manager that the pedicure was not worth the price and other places are cheaper. She said this is Manhattan go to the other place!! I will this place is a $&@! Hole!

Horrible horrible. The manager there is awful and did not do what I wanted and was very sloppy and then demanded a 20% tip. Who does that!! I will find another nail salon in the area!

I just had a 20 minute pedicure, that cost me $52!!!! Just basically cut/file the nails with polish, no massage, no cream, no mani, no nothing. I will most definitely NEVER go back. This is not service.

I echo the sentiments expressed earlier. I dont think Ive encountered more rude, unkind, and unprofessional nail salon artists that also do an awful job. In less than 24 hours, my nails started to bubble and peel? Skip it.

They were closed in the middle of the day!

$60 for acrylic (versus $40-50 everywhere else).. and the owner is rude. Never again.

$30 for the worst pedicure of my life in a disgusting, filthy setting - save yourself the infection paranoia and avoid.
