I dropped in for a last minute manicure and I am glad that I did. Sandy did a great job with tidying up my neglected nails. She took her time and the hand massage was heavenly. I will be back!

I came here with my wife after being stuck home at for 5 months due to COVID and I can’t believe how clean they are,they put up those sheets that completely separate the technicians and us ensuring our safety.My wife loved the spa and I enjoyed my 20 minute massage

WARNING - DO NOT go here!! They bait and switch!!I went there today as a first time customer, 9/8/18, for an acrylic nail refill. I was quoted that it would be $45 which I was ok with. I told them I had gel polish and then was instructed to pick a color (just as I usually do when I get refills). They did my nails and as I went up to pay, I was told it was $89!!! WHAT? Where did that come from?They told me there was a FORTY DOLLAR extra charge for gel color. Had I known this, I would NEVER have agreed to that. That is typically the price, if not more, as a full set! That is absolutely absurd pricing. I understand this is New York, but that was just a blatant lie and quite frankly, felt like a scam.They REFUSED to give me a refund or any sort of store credit. In fact, they told me it was my fault for not asking if gel was extra. I have NEVER had a nail salon not tell me gel was an extra $40 on top of the refill price (it’s usually included).I was then put on the phone with the manager who then blamed me over and over saying I should have asked! I did ask!!! You failed to disclose something that I should have known as a first time customer if it was doubling the total cost.I am extremely unhappy with their customer service and the way they treat individuals. I will NOT be returning here.

Nails came out streaky and messy after a gel manicure. They were very rough and sloppy.

The manicurist is not very experienced. I had Horrible experience.
