FYI: they’re now called Sofia’s. This salon was recommended to me by a friend and they did a fantastic job. I got SNS dip nails and they look beautiful. Just be aware, they do take their time to get it right so if you want something quick, this may not be the place. But if you want a great quality mani/pedi, definitely worth it!

Quick easy service, got a manicure during my lunch break. Super nice accommodating staff, quiet environment. Loud phone calls and conversations are discouraged but thats something I seek out when going to the salon. They offer face and body services as well as paraffin treatments. French manicure lasted ab 4 days before beginning to chip, but please keep in mind I work with my hands daily and am washing often so this was impressive to me.

What a great experience! I dont think I have ever felt so relaxed during a pedicure. The chair is fabulous and the comfy cozy vibe, along with friendly staff is a win! Im looking forward to my next appointment!

I would not recommend this place. My pedicure came out okay, but my nails look like a 5 year old did them. Two of the women did my nails at the same time with powder. I realize that they must not have expertise in doing this service seeing as though it took them about an hour to complete. I feel as though they used me as a guinea pig for practice. Not only that, they tried to ask me if I wanted to tip 15 or 20% and for how many people. Umm, no. The full amount for everything was $75 and I instead paid $65. Theyre lucky that I even paid for this awful manicure.

The final product was decent. That was about it. I went in to get a gel manicure. Before I could even pick my color, my manicurist Sue grabbed my hand and clipped my pinky nail. She didnt even ask me if I wanted my nails cut, or how short, or what shape! She cut the first nail way too short, so then she had to cut all of my nails really short (to the point where my nails got glued to my fingertips and my finger tips had the top coat all over them). Then when she cut my cuticles, she made me bleed. She was incredibly rough the entire time, pushing and twisting my hand instead of asking me to reposition it. Halfway through my manicure, another girl comes in to get her nails done and her nail technician grabbed one of the dishes to soak her nails in off the counter of the sink. The same exact one my nail technician placed there after soaking my bloody cuticle in it. AND NOT DISINFECTING IT. That was the last straw... if she hadnt been almost done with my nails by that point I would have gotten up and walked away. At the end, I paid for my manicure but I didnt tip her. I have NEVER not tipped someone who has provided a service for me. But I decided I was so turned off that I wasnt going to tip. It wasnt about five more dollars. It was about the principle. The service was horrible, and a tip is supposed to be an indicator of good service. Anyway, the lady behind the desk asks me if I meant to leave a tip, and I said no, explaining that I was willing to pay for the manicure I received but nothing more. As I turned around to walk out I hear the women start yelling at me but I didnt turn back, I just wanted to get out of there.

Decent price for standard pedicure. Nail designs need a little bit of work. Clean, great massaging pedicure chairs. Attentive staff.

I dont usually do online reviews. However, my experience at Four Seasons today calls for a review. I work in the area and decided to try a new local place because I was short on time. I was prepared to pay a little more than my favorite spot in the 20s because, well its midtown. However, I did not prepare to leave with band aids on my feet! I requested the Clean-Up Pedicure to soften up my feet for flip-flops, the holiday weekend and the gorgeous summer weather. The initial pedicure process was fine, but when she got to the clean up part she applied something on my feet, wrapped them and then she started the scrubbing. Long story short, she scraped the skin off the bottom of both of my big toes to the point that one was bleeding! I left with two band aids on that toe and both toes hurting and raw.The worst part was that I did not make a stink or demand another person to finish my pedicure and I paid. However, when she asked me for a tip - I was appalled!! I told her I would have tipped normally but my TOE IS BLEEDING! I have band aids on my toes and they both hurt. So, NO I am not tipping for that. You are lucky that I paid. The nerve. The salon is nice and I am sure the manicures are great but beware any callus removing, clean up type of pedicure. You may leave limping, like I did.

Wonderful service. Beautifully decorated and very clean interior. Very professional staff. Great attention to detail as well -- the lotions they use change with the seasons.

I flew in with a friend from Chicago and we were looking for nail salon. We should have checked the ratings before we walked in. The place was very nice and we saw a special for a mani and pedi for $33. The woman at the front desk argued with me over what a no chip was. Both of our pedicures were rushed. When I asked the woman if she could scrub the bottom of my feet again she had an attitude. The pedicures lasted for what seem like about 10 minutes. I told the woman I wanted no chip on my nails. She never told me the amount of the extra price. My nails had air bubbles all over them and when I paid and the signed receipt the woman asked if I was going to leave a tip. I told her let me handle that part I left the woman a tip of $4 due to service. They also made us take off the flip flops they placed on our feet after the pedicures. She told us they wash them and reuse them. Please avoid this salon if looking for a place in midtown.

This was a really clean place at a reasonable price. I got a pedicure and it was really relaxing. They had so many nail polish colors to choose from as well. I plan to go back again soon.

I love this place. Mani/pedi for $32. Not the cheapest in the area but theyve never cut me like other places. $10 extra for callous remover. And $21 for mani and 10 minute massage. The massage is always worth it.

Manicure stayed on all week and was only $10. Their pedicure, at $23, seems very expensive. Also, the water they use for their pedicures is luke warm. Overall, its convenient, and I will probably return. Nothing special.

Demanded a 20% tip even though she did not do my nails the way I asked, I showed her a pic of how I wanted my nails done which she looked at for a second then proceeded to do them the wrong shape. Also charged me $8 to put an extension on ONE nail - ridiculous. Will not be coming back here

I definitely would not recommend this nail salon! Like the other reviews the salon is nice and clean but their service is rude and subpar! The spa pedicure was very rushed and I had no time to soak my feet. They wanted extra charge to scrub your call which back home is the standard. Did not lotion my legs or massage, or use a hot towel which is also the standard to me. The most unsavory aspect was she expected a 15-20% tip that I guess is the standard even if you you dont receive good service!! She was highly upset and almost demanded that a tip is between 15-20% when I gave her $2. I have never seen anyone that Bold and forward like she did an amazing job! Listen up Everyone in the service industry: A TIP IS WHEN YOU GO ABOVE AND BEYOND

They rushed my pedicure and it was not relaxing at all. She cut me twice, once with the exfoliant and another with the buffing pad, the water was scalding hot in the tub and it probably took no more than 15 minutes. It felt more like a car wash than a spa. Though the place seemed clean enough, their service is very poor. I would not recommend unless you needed an immediate Mani/pedi and didnt care about the quality of the work.

I really enjoyed my first experience at this nail salon. The staff are professional and do a great job. I had a gel mani and a pedi. While your nails are drying they give you a nice shoulder and neck massage. The prices are very reasonable for mid town. I believe I paid $65 not including tip. They prefer you tip in cash, which in my numerous salon experieces is normal. I will absolutely be returning.
