Small but cute. Reasonable prices for NYC, but beware - they charge $1 for fast dry top coat, $5 for Essie gel like polish and try to throw spa pedicure and massages at you, which I didnt like. They do tell you the cost before, however. They werent really friendly and I had to put on my own shoes with wet nails, for example and my lady ignored me when I was done drying and didnt respond when I thanked her on the way out. The actual file and paint job was average and looks like I did my own mani/pedi at home. I wouldnt go back.
Waited for 15 minutes no one greeted me - proceeded to greet and service the next customer behind me.
K&F Nails is my favorite salon in the city and the owners Fanny and Lai are amazing. They are extremely professional and always go above and beyond. The salon is reasonably priced and they provide such great services - mani, pedi, massages and waxing. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment so you don’t have to wait. I also highly recommend Jenny!
Very good. Cute location. Not a lot of people so feels more boutique like.
Don’t do a great job and, more importantly, don’t honor appointments.
Great, affordable, and quick nail salon — no need to make a reservation during off hours.
My fave nail.spot in the west village. Good prices, good service
Stopped in for a gel manicure and was very impressed. Very clean and staff was friendly. Will be back!
I went to get a Massage and it was wonderful she did good job I just forgot her name .
Great service! They did a great acrylic manicure .
They do a good manicure pedicure not so much theres no real washing or scrubbing of the feet slight massage and polish oh well .
The best in the area! Consistently well-done, affordable and long lasting mani-pedis. Great massages too!
Wonderful service and detailed professional attention. My favorite neighborhood salon. Ask for Fanny!
I have been desperately trying to find a salon in California after moving 7 years ago. Prior to my move, I had my favorite shop in Chicago. My goal? Mani/Pedi that looks good, and lasts for more than a week, for under $30 (pre-tip). I was in NYC and my nails were looking raggety, so I stopped in to K & F Nail Spa for a quick visit.I came here based on a local friends suggestion when I was in town - its her regular nail place. I was staying a couple of blocks away. Not only did the salon take me at 9pm without a reservation (they closed at 10pm) but they also did the BEST job on my nails. Cuticles are perfect. Shape is perfect. Color is, you guessed it, perfectly applied. My toes are a lovely ruby red and my fingers are french. My manicurist did the white tip PERFECTLY by hand with a tiny brush. She was so super-skilled.The total for both regular pedi and french mani was $35. Money well spent, because I feel like a million bucks.A side note (what put them over the top)...I brought flats with me. My flip flops were at the apartment...tragic. BUT, they let me borrow their flip flops from the salon until the next day so I wouldnt smudge my toes. I dropped the flops off in the morning on the next business day. How absolutely stellar that they trusted me. If I lived closer, Id come here every other week. For now, Ill have to just make it a regular stop on my trips to NYC.Do yourself a favor and come here.
Got acrylic nails done and the next day one of them broke and most of the color had chipped off
Cool
