Good service, But the lady demanded that I tipped her 20% Which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid for Mani pedi combo, Which was good, but not superb. It was awkward. I understand that everyone is struggling during covid, iebts included, But that seems a little bit rude.

Great service and selection of nail polishes, pedicure and manicure specials. The staff is very kind. Need cash as they prefer tips in cash.

This place had a grand opening & needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!They are straight scammers who fraud on prices!!! How is a service one price but at the end it ends up being $40 more???They are robbing folks with poor service! I guess that’s why the place was so empty

Unprofessional and inconsistent with pricing. Prices are not communicated openly and might change in one week based on the person on duty. When questioned about it, the staff disregards customers’ complaints. Staff so eager to make money that they forget how to treat a customer with courtesy.

Amazing experience, every time I come, I am always happy with the results. Their massages are amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Furthermore the place is extremely clean, and all the tools are sanitized. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. SUZIE IS ONE OF A KIND.

Very rude. I asked for the price before the service, I was told $12.75. I agreed, and they insisted on me using the good nail polish, not the bad one. I asked whether there is a price difference between the two, they replied something in Chinese. After they almost forced me to choose one of the good ones, I insisted on paying in advance of service. As expected, they attempted to charge $37 instead. When called on it, they reverted back to $12.75 and made it very clear they expect cash tip. Im glad I insisted on paying in advance...

Good place for men

New place, been there twice.. great service, quality mani, good prices, they (unsolicited) gave me a “new opening” discount which I appreciated. Glad this opened up! The women take great care and pride and have fresh flowers from the flower market a block down. Nice touches. I’ll surely be there often!

WORSE SERVICE EVER! OVER CHARGE FOR A GEL MANI WHICH WAS ALL MESS UP IN 1 DAY. THEY DONT USE THE CORRECT GEL POLISH- FEEL LIKE I NEED A REFUND - THEY NOT DOING A GREAT SERVICE. THE LADY THAT DID MY NAIL WAS RUDE WHEN I WAS GOING TO TIP HER FROM MY CARD SHE PUT A FACE AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT THE ATM- SINCE I SAID NO THAT I WAS GOING TO TIP FROM MY CARD SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND SAID SOMETHING IN CHINESE. FOR THIS NAIL SALON TO BE IN THE CITY THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING, FOLLOW WITH BETTER NAIL POLISH THAT WILL HAVE CUSTOMERS LEAVE AND COME BACK SATISFIED. I NEED MY REFUND

Pretty poor and VERY expensive. Tho I do think it depends on which technician you get. I did see other customers getting better service than me. FYI They don’t soak your fingers in water - which makes the cuticle cutting process painful and I would imagine not as good.

!!Worst service ever!!The Chinese lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude and paid no attention to my feet! She was looking to the side to gossip with her coworkers most of the time and gave me a foot rub cursorily.When I made the payment while drying the nails, she requested cash tip but I didn’t carry cash. She then gave an unfriendly face when I put my tip on the credit card.Minutes later, I asked if my nails were dry. She said I could leave, then rubbed her fingers on my nails roughly to removed the tissue paper on my feet. I asked why she rubbed her fingers on my freshly done nails, she confronted me back.There’re 2 customers in the salon when I was having the service. They seemed to be treated professionally by the other technicians. But my experience was very very unpleasant.

Very bad service! My nails were ruined 30 mins after I left the salon. When I was paying they told me I had to tip in cash and minimum tip is 20% when I thought their services are expensive already. There are 2 other nail salons a block away called QQ and Oasis which have way better service and are cheaper.

Clean and always niceLittle extras like paraffin on the heels during pedicures are great touch! Back Massages can be slightly improved but the spa pedis are top notch

They took over two hours to do a simple SNS manicure. Then when I tipped her, she felt like it wasnt enough and scoffed at me. They put the wrong top coat on it, and it peeled off in 3 days. Im not going back there.

This place is the worst. I am writing from my husbands account, so I am a woman who asked for a mani pedi. They continually rolled their eyes when I declined the upsells. They then tried to charge me more than what was advertised. When I tiped them (the standard amount despite not wanting to tip at all), they expected more and were very rude.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady was so rude when I tipped her and told her friends who then just quit doing my friends nails.
