Nami is great! This picture is my nails **3 weeks** after a gel manicure with her - I am definitely not easy on my hands (I work in healthcare so constantly washing my hands, typing, etc) so the fact they stayed looking so perfect for 3 whole weeks really highlights her skill. The salon is also doing an excellent job with Covid precautions and feels safe. Would highly recommend!Just don’t forget to bring cash for your tip!

The best! Everyone does a great job here; friendly service, nice atmosphere. Instead of up-selling their clients on every little extra, (like other nail salons), they simply provide a quality service and do what needs to be done. The price is a bit higher, but it’s clear what you’re paying for and worth every penny😁

I did my nails yesterday here with Lorena and she did an amazing job! My nails before were very wide and I wanted skinny square and it came out exactly how I wanted. The place was clean. They checked my temperature when I came in and I washed my hands. Then before I sat down everything was wiped clean. Out of all the places I called around this area, this place was the most reasonable. I have acrylic tips so I needed a filling with gel polish on top and a pedicure for $90. Most places were charging that and more just for a filling and gel on top without the pedicure 🙄. Then after I was done the manager was nice enough to give me a N95 mask which was so nice of her. I will most definitely be back in two weeks! Love my nails 🤗

They do absolutely amazing work. They do manicures and pedicures. Spa pedicures, silk wraps, acrylics, and UV gel. These are tips with UV gel and then UV gel polish on top. Great work, always

I got my first mani/pedi in months because of the pandemic. This place had plastic dividers between each chair, and they sanitized EVERYTHING every time it was used. They were quick and efficient, and did a great job with everything! Very cute too, and reasonable prices. Well be back!

A calm nail salon. This is definitely a place where you can go relax while enjoying a manicure. I had a gel manicure and knew my selection before going so I cannot attest to how many colors they offer. The manicurist used a warm scrub on my hands before applying the hot towel. She did something I had never had before by applying a strip of gel to the tips before the full nail polish. (It should keep the color fully on for two weeks with no chips at tips.)It is very small with a few seats so make an appointment before going. This is not an assembly line experience. Needless to say they are clean and pleasant. I was there for a little less than an hour.There is no elevator but it is a short flight of stairs to the second floor.

Very professional and clean. Followed all Covid safety precautions. Amazing job on our mani pedis. Will definitely be back. My favorite thing was the nail bath during our manicures.

Susies Nail salon is fantastic. Not only is she a really nice wonderful person but everyone who works there is great, so hardworking, and they do a FANTASTIC job. Thier mani / pedis are some of the best Ive ever had. When I chipped my gel mani after a week bc I was tearing open boxes, she was so kind to let me get it fixed, no charge, (and was totally my fault). They are so clean, have plastic partisans up, ensure hand washing, are writing down everyones name and phone number and only allow 4 people with an appointment at a time. Cant say enough great things.

Do not go here. The manager is incredibly rude. I made an appt for an acrylic refill will gel polish on top and when I got there she started putting hard gel on my nails instead. When I said thats not what I wanted the manger said No, thats what she asked for. Finish her nails like that. It was not too late to do them the way I wanted and I was in shock that she wanted to make me pay for something that I did not ask for.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They attended me as soon as I walked in! I got silk wrap nails done, which is awesome that they have that service available since not a lot of salons do. I also did regular pedicure which included this pink hot lotion to make the sole of your feet softer I also got a massage done which was also great. I felt at home here, they were very nice and I will definitely come back here every time I need to do my nails!

Worst and most expensive SNS powder manicure I have ever had. 1 nail broke 24 hours after I went there, another 48h later. They agreed to fix them at no charge. A week later 2 other nails broke. $58 (not including the tips) for a manicure that lasted a week... I may as well have thrown that money in the garbage. Will never set a foot in this place ever again.

This was my first time and Im so happy with the service at Susies. Very detail oriented technicians that really take their time and make sure everything looks perfect. Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I dont think Ive ever had someone take so much time to decallus my feet- it was so needed! I will be back and dont think Ill ever venture to another salon.

Visiting from California, unfortunately my nail had broken and I called around. To my dismay, alot of establishments do not do acrylic😔......but oh Ms Susie... I made an appointment with her and she repaired it the same day! She even touched up a few other nails!She is THEEE BEST😁

I cant imagine how there would even be bad reviews for this place - Ive searched for nail places all over the UWS and once I found Susies about a year ago Ive never gone anywhere else! Their gel manicures are the only ones Ive gotten that ACTUALLY dont chip! Truly the best nail salon on the UWS.

Got an OPI gel mani and it just ok. I think I would get the kit from duane reade and do it myself. The mani lasted for about 1 ½ weeks and I’m always careful with my manis too.
