Jon is an amazing trainer who is very knowledgeable, has a big heart, and knows how to motivate you. He genuinely wants all his clients to feel good about themselves and to be successful. He will greet you with your first name the second you walk in and makes you feel welcome. He works with clients of all shapes and sizes and has a way to make everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend BFF!
I started with a 30 day trial and just loved the structure and organization of the classes and program. Jonathan is really unmatched in his knowledge and dedication to his client’s success. I have been a member of many different gyms and I have taken a wide range of classes, but BFF is the only one that I have kept membership for 4 years. Cant say enough about Jonathan and this bootcamp. I started my weight loss journey 2 1/2 yrs ago and had been doing it primarily on my own. I began at 197lbs at 53. I managed to get down to 145 but I had reached a plateau and was beyond frustrated. A friend recommended BFF Bootcamp so I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a shot. So glad I did. The final 20lbs came off within the next 5 months and Ive kept it off. The nutritional coaching is just as amazing as the workouts. AND THE WORKOUTS!!!! Always different and always fun. I totally recommend this bootcamp. He has a structured exercise plans that show results. It’s early but totally worth waking up to a great workout.
A few years ago I did BFF Bootcamp on site and loved it. Then my work scheduled changed, and I wasnt able to fit it into my new schedule. Of course, over that time, I gained weight and went back to some bad habits. Then I found out that BFF had created an online training program, and I immediately signed back up and I have never felt better! I get 3 workouts a week tailored to my needs that I can do in my own home when its convenient for me; nutritional counseling; personal coaching via emails, texts, and weekly meetings via Zoom; and community support on the Facebook page. Now that Im back with BFF Ive lost weight, lost fat, and am back on my way to being in shape. I cannot recommend Jonathan and BFF Bootcamp highly enough.
My husband and I joined BFF Bootcamp a little over a month ago and I have to say Jonathan blew our expectations out of the water. The classes are fun and challenging making every workout worth it. We have definitely seen results within our first 30 days (sleep patterns, eating habits, weight loss, toning & etc.). We are happy we joined the BFF Bootcamp Family!

I have been working out at BFF for about 3+ months and I am very very satisfied. The workouts that Jonathan designs are structured and consistent, yet variable so they dont become monotonous. The exercises are flexible for people of all abilities; however, I have never walked out of a class feeling as though I wasnt challenged enough, or could have had a better workout.I have been most impressed by how organized BFF is - Social media, updates, and emails are handled very well, classes do not get cancelled randomly or without fair warning or reason, and Jonathan responds to any questions very promptly.I also very much appreciate that I did not have to commit to any contracts. His principle of only getting what you pay for has been very helpful (for example, if you have to go away for a few weeks, he freezes your account so you dont get charged).
I have been going for 6 months and absolutely love it. Lots of fun, great variety and really nice people. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to lose weight, get in shape or even have fun. Jonathan is a great trainer and is great to work with!
Johnathan is an amazing trainer!We had our typical one on one, where we did......the unspeakable....stepped on a scale, did measurements and spoke about my weight goals. This helped him get an idea of what I want to do, and he even helped me plan out some meals, recipes that would get me closer to my goal!So, I typically dont like group class formats because Im not confident that I can keep up with the class and would make a fool of myself but honestly these groups of women are just amazing. So I have been to a few classes just to sample the program and each class was just so inviting and felt like a community. Having friendly faces, while Johnathan WORKS you, is like the best cause you dont feel alone in the struggglee!Alright so each day he has it mapped out for different forms of workouts, so go to one that you are interested in of course but they are all honestly great. Each class starts off with roughly the same general format, warm ups (jumping jacks, light jog around the gym, squats) and then you are divided up into quadrants. You are in each quadrant for some designated time before you move around to other areas. Everything is basically a full body work out, with each quadrant having specific focuses on parts of your body (legs, arms, back, cardio).Fair warning, I work out regularly and there were other ladies that never picked up a dumbell in their adult life. We were BOTH SORE (not to a point of death but a good burn sore). I genuinely felt like each station has enough options (weight levels) so that it is suitable for any fitness level! Which is fantastic!!! Aside from this Johnathan must be a morning person, because he is just full of ENERGY and bounces around to everyone to make sure we are working! Now he doesnt just kindly ask, he shouts and yells BUT he does it in a way that is SUPER SWEET? Like I dont know how he manages that but when my name is called Im like oh nooo....only to hear him say positive things!Ladies and gentleman this is clearly the place to come for a great group session workout, where you can immediately immerse into a community and get super detailed care from Johnathan.

The apps that Jonathan uses help create a visual roadmap guiding you towards your desired results.Not only does he follow through on his words, he goes above and beyond. I receive weekly and emails that are informative and inspiring, showing that he is genuinely interested in my success. Whenever I have a question for him he responds to my email right away no matter the time, which makes me wonder if he ever sleep lol.All in all, I highly recommend trying out any of his training services or products so you can see for yourself. Last thing, he gives out a ton of information and content for free, so that shows you how much he stands behind his work. With that said, give his boot camp, fitness app, or training course a try!
I love Jonathans classes (going on about 3 years now) -- you can count on him to mix it up each week, provide great music and good energy in the room. He always has a modified exercise available if anyone has a particular ailment that day, is just starting up or is looking for a real challenge. Its also nice that the class/vibe/participants are there to work out -- not to show off the latest trend in apparel or be the swankiest of bootcampers there ever was. We are real people, down to earth, just trying to keep in shape and improve our lives one weight at a time. He also encourages and helps monitor food diaries, weigh in sessions and provides a great atmosphere to feel your best. Lastly, the soft gymnastic floor is a bonus so our knees, hips and legs, backs, etc. can work harder without the discomfort of an outside ground or hard floor.
Best workout ever! Best trainer ever! Really, you cannot get bored of Jonathans classes. Ive been going to his classes for 4 years now and still look forward to the new exercises or new combinations he comes up with. Boxing, Tabata, Terrible Tuesdays, 16x2s....its all great!!Give it a try. You will Get Hooked!
Love it! My energy levels are off the charts! BFF is an Amazing workout; it’s fun and a bit addicting. I feel like this is best fitness regimen I have found in terms of maximizing every second of my workout. The routines incorporate a combination of cardio and strength training drills. Every session is completely different and unique, so you dont have the monotony of the same workout day in and day out. Regardless of what the workout entails, there is a common theme: at the end of every session, I am red-faced, sweaty, tired, and sooo glad that I did it! As for the Trainer, Jonathan, he is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and has really positive energy. Jonathan isnt just going through the motions; he really cares about his clients. He not only monitors and adjusts each person to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly; he also goes over nutrition and reviews your food log to help you reach your goals. With his help, I have lost weight, gained strength and confidence. I previously believed that I was not one for group training. Now I realize that I really enjoy having someone to exchange a sympathetic look with when Im cranking out pushups, or pounding the ground with my umpteenth squat jump.The facilities are clean and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend giving this a shot!
