This is my favorite nail salon in all of nyc! I’ve tried a ton, too. They’re normally pretty busy so it’s best to call and schedule an appointment.

I am VERY particular on the shape of my acrylics and find that most places do not get it right. I was so impressed with this one! Lisa did an amazing job. I had a pedicure also and it was great as well.

I have really rough feet so the pedicure was not bad. I would of just like more scrubbing. The fill-in was great. She did an amazing job.

I cannot gush enough about this place!I ended up choosing the Issa Spa Package #6 which came out to $126. This include spa gel pedicure + gel manicure. I also ended up getting acrylic extensions for my manicure which bumped my price up to $185.Run time: 2 hours. My appointment was at 6:30 and i left their facilities at 8:30.Pedicure: the usual steps of a pedicure but, i also received a dry sugar scrub on my legs and feet, which was rinsed off with warm water and then I received a thick moisturizing cream that was wrapped in cellophane to let penetrate my skin. I got the callous remover treatment; foot scraping of dead skin (with pumice stone and the cheese grater spatula). After I had my toes painted and a 15 minute foot massage they put my feet into hot oil socks to soak in while I got my manicure.Manicure: so many colors to chose from! Nothing too exciting from a regular manicure elsewhere. Except the person who did my nails knocked it out of the park. I showed her the reference photo, the colors that I wanted, the detailing of the artwork; she did all of it.Overall I had an amazing time at this salon. The ladies were very friendly and sweet to me. They were super helpful when I needed the restroom and I would recommend for anyone to go here. Id go here once a month honestly (to avoid getting gargoyle feet). Prepare your budget to spend roughly $200 if youre into acrylics.

First spot to get a fill on my acrylics and they did an even better job than the ones from my hometown! So well done, will be going back to this place!

Really nice salon. Came here on a Saturday and there wasn’t a wait! The pedicure spa chairs have massage remotes and it was well worth the extra money for a foot massage! Very thorough and clean. Also decided to get a manicure and they did just as well as they did my toes! Would definitely come back here it’s a nice nail place to go to in this part of town :) give it a try! Very nice workers.

Did amazing acrylics with tips. Fast and just did a beautiful job. Would highly recommend.

A little pricey but the place is clean and ambient, they are very kind and they do a good job. a fill w reg color was $55 tips not included. a new set is $75. they are very attentive to detail; one of the nicest shapes ive ever gotten. they take a long time to perfect the nail shape. lady also gave a little back massage while nails were drying. it still hurt to pay tho:))))

Absolutely love this place! The staff is super nice and polite. It is such a relaxing atmosphere. I usually get a manicure and pedicure and they do a phenomenal job.

This place is a GEM! I had a gel mani with Nini and she was super thorough and it was the best mani Ive had in years! You should make an appointment (you can doIt online), as walk ins tend to wait for a long time... Amazing!!

Cute place. The small spacing feels a little overwhelming since your jumping over peoples feet in order to move to one side of the room to the other but the work was well done. I am not usually someone who gets my nails done often. This time, I felt comfortable enough to say what I like specifically and now I have beautiful nails that I adore! Thanks, girls!

I had a great time here! My friend and I (party of 4) called ahead 15 mins before arriving and they had a team ready and waiting for us. Staff is very nice, some don’t speak fluent English but are super nice and make a great effort to converse and make you comfortable. My manicure ( $14 ) was amazing, done by Cindy, and they typically don’t to designs, but if you ask politely they will apply stickers or do simple designs with a pen. Over all great atmosphere, staff, and great deal also! Loved it!

This nail salon is located on the second level of a building, which means you have to get buzzed in, which was a bit different for me to begin with. The space is so small and unfortunately not very well kept. The decor and furniture looks very old and the overall space does not give off a sense of cleanliness. I decided to stay to get old gel removed and a new regular manicure because it was very busy (which I take as a good sign) and I just needed to get it done. The person who did mine did a fine job. However, during the drying process, I left my hands under the dryer for longer than 10 mins (she had told me to wait just 10 mins) but when I got up to leave a few of the nails smudged. They fixed it and I dried them again, but it was not a great experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s a specific person you really like to go to.

Ariel was wonderful. She is very detailed and my gel manicure was perfection! You can even add a back massage while your old gel nails are soaking. When in Manhattan I highly recommend Issa.

I seriously love this place! They take their time and the polish is always done well and lasts much longer than other places Ive been. Their pedicures are great too! The callus removal is amazing and you actually get what youre paying for (unlike other salons where it feels like nothings been done and you just paid for nothing).

Cindy is the best in New York City! Ive been coming here for 5 years and my gel manicures and pedicures last long! Worth the money. I now have my family come here!!

Great prices, great service and the paint on my nails usually lasts about 10-14 days without any chips. This is my go-to nail salon. Its located on the second floor, so you have probably walked right past it without knowing. Regular pedicures include a paraffin treatment. The super fancy nail salons that charge exorbitant prices are nice for a once-in-a-while treat, and the super cheap ones just arent worth the unsanitary practices, Issa Nails falls in the perfect middle between the two.

Kiki does my nails and she is the best! She always listens to exactly what I want and makes sure I am comfortable. Super clean and organized! Can’t beat that.

The price is incredibly good value but unfortunately the quality was as expected for a $13 manicure. Despite being assured they were dry, my nails chipped within an hour of leaving the salon. Unfortunately as Im travelling I couldnt return to provide this feedback in person or get them fixed. I would recommend the salon for the excellent price and friendly service but the quality could use some improvement.

Called to find out how much a mani & pedi was, told $30 and when I got there they charged me 39 because I was paying with card... So just beware

Great services at their location on Midtown East (Second Ave, between 55 &56). The manicurist are very professional and nice.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. They dont listen and the quality of work is not good. I got a dip powder mani and it lasted 6 DAYS before it started to POP OFF!! For reference I have had dip powder mani last 3 WEEKS and still didnt pop off. After 3 full weeks the worst they did was chip a bit at the tip. Not a big deal for 3 weeks of wear, but these didnt even last 1 fully week. I have weak nails, so I did tell them specifically twice not to file my nail itself. However, they didnt listen and still filed my nail. The women filed so much that my nail was soft. She looked at it and said WOW its soft yeah no duh you filed my nails too much when I told you not to at all!!

The best spa!!! I only get my nails done here. For many times that Ive been here Ive never had bad service, not even average. They are always great!!! People have always been nice. I like the atmosphere and the way the do my mani/pedi. I recommend this place to everyone!

Pretty expensive given what you get. My manicure chipped after two days.The massages are pretty nice though.

Excellent service! Michelle was great. I got a shellac mani/pedi for only a little over $50 (incl tip) – a great deal in manhattan. They have specials that include massages too but I’ve never tried though the prices look like a good deal also. They do not rush at all so don’t try going during lunch if you have to go back to work.

Google, STORE HOURS is WRONG !!! They dont open until 10AMbut the service is great ! First time In my life my gel manicure lasted more than 3 days !!! The gentleman at this place did a great job!

I like them but its very expensive but its far from home and Iendes up getting lost on my way to me as well. And the owner kept stopping hike doing my nails to fix other peoples nails and such which is very frustrating and annoying because Ive waited a lot and my time was being wasted because of all the waiting.
