I recently brought my professional line clarinet into this shop for a replacement of two pads. I am very impressed with their customer service, as they were friendly both in person and on the phone, and they completed the work 3 days earlier than promised. Their work was quality, and they even replaced a few key corks that I had not mentioned to them. As a music major, I trust them with my instrument (and it is as vital to me as a car is to someone who commutes to work).

Nobody here was very friendly and every time I had to deal with someone, whether in store or on phone, they acted like I was bothering them. Had to contact them several times about an order and still never got it. Finally drove their store to get what I ordered.

Really bad customer service and they lie about the rental price. First they give one price and later they add 300 more.They dont have good customer service and they change the prices, first they say a price and then they change it. NOT RELIABLE
