Quick service at a decent price. A classic mani pedi will last about 4-5 days before chipping, but even that is light. I had an issue with payment and they fixed the problem with ease.
Left a gash in my nail and after painting them twice !!! I left with lumpy nails
Always a wonderful experience. So friendly and know what theyre doing. After I leave I spend all day looking at how great my nails look. All the staff is fantastic. Allen is my favorite. Highly recommend
They must have re branded and re opened! It was great. Powder fill in! With attention to detail. Nice clean and relaxing. I came an hour before closing and I was not rushed. Super happy and a bonus that they are open to so late.
Nightmare wax from hell.
This is a fantastic nail salon. The manager is friendly and greets everyone. He keeps an eye on his staff throughout your experience ensuring you receive the best customer service. The venue is clean, unlike many NYC salons. I highly suggest you try this venue.
Go someplace else. over priced and does not last. they either RUSH or take 2 hours. they dilute their products so it does not last. NEVER get a full set here. I paid $85 for a full set and it took 2.5 hours. they looked fine but they last two days. I got them done for a wedding and they were completely destroyed before the event. so embarrassing. a full set should last 2-3 weeks.
Im really picky with nail salons, and this place is great. They dont use jacuzzi tubs which I prefer (cleaner), all the techs are great, very attentive with customer service. Parking provided in the back is free on weekends, $2 during the week (cash only). Free champagne while you get pampered! Easy to get an appt.
Came in for the first time today and the powder I picked was white. They accidentally put pink powder on my nails. No biggie, the changed it to what I wanted and removed it but not before arguing amongst each other and making the woman that was working on my nails feel and look stupid. I finally told them to let it go sweetly telling them she was sweet and made an honest mistake. The woman that took over began speaking poorly of the woman who’d helped me and I interjected again saying that I didn’t want to hear it and I had come to relax. She stopped. I left and noticed my nails were jagged and rough and came back to have them fixed, someone else reluctantly worked on them and was rough with me I left after she “fixed them” and they old me they were done... my nails are not fixed and look like a little kid painted them. $50+ later they look terrible. I’m not coming back.
Please do not come here if you want a nice pedicure! Our pedicure was rush, did not even take old polish off all the way, we paid for 5 mins of extra massage on top of regular massage that came with pedicure and the girls set their alarm for 5 mins, so we basically paid extra for nothing. Horrible job, horrible attitude, and thank you for vacuuming while our pedicure was going, NOT relaxing. Do not come here!
This is one of my favorite salons in the West Village area where I spend most of my time. Ive been to this nail spa a number of times and have always found QQ to be a quit, professionally managed and a pleasant clean place to visit. They also have a nice selection of products.I go there for manicures, back massages and an occasional pedicure and always ask for Angela. I think shes the best with nails, massage and waxing. Her full massages are out of this world. I also like the location on Christopher just off 7th. Very convenient location.
Terrible service. Have been charged $63 instead of $43( gel mani plus massage). Requested to leave higher fee after all. Fully dissatisfied.
I needed a quick mani before a work trip and my normal place didnt have any openings so i ended up here. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one is because my mani lasted 6 days without chipping. Otherwise avoid this place. There were tons of flies and bugs and the guy who did my mani gave me hang nails - like really painful still healing over a week later hang nails. My cuticles are a hot mess now
Run, dont walk to any other nail salon -The only thing more PAINFUL than the QUICKEST pedicure ever, was the QUICKEST manicure ever. They were also the WORST I ever had. It wasnt until after I was tired of waiting and got up to leave that anyone even bothered to fill the basin for the pedicure. When I walked in, before 6 PM, they had an advertised afternoon special. However, because I waited so long, the mani-pedi wasnt over until after 6 PM and they had the nerve to try and charge me the higher rate!
The regular pedicure was $23 and okay if you just want your nails painted. Ive had better basic pedicures that take more care with the spa etc, but overall a good experience.
Great place. tucked on a side road in the middle of it all. great service. great after massage, free
Good quality, but asked for a 40$ facial and was given something costing double that.
Was off peck so not crowed. Prices are reasonable and service was great. Great place to just get a regular mani/pedi.
If you are looking for a nice quite nail salon with both female and male nail techs, this is the spot. My first experience was amazing and so comfortable. It is officially my NYC Nail Salon of choice.
Bad manicure and awful customer service. The tech said I was too “picky” when I tried to explain what I needed. How rude and unprofessional.
Very clean and professional, and the price is right! Great for a gel manicure or a chair massage; I will be returning here regularly. A+ nail salon!
Good service, efficient and reasonably priced. However, one nail chipped in less than a week which I don’t expect with a gel manicure.
WORST MANICURE PEDICURE! They left polish all over my feet. I paid $30 for a spa pedicure and instead of a nice massage I got my feet played with for 10 minutes. My manicure was even worse. My nails were all uneven and the color gel they used was definitely watered down. Avoid this place at all cost!
They use disposable plastic liners for the pedicure tubs. Nail file and buffer were from new packaging. The chairs themselves did not look very new. I came on a Wednesday night as a walk in and didnt wait very long to be taken care of. I also noticed out front they advertised a mani + pedi combo deal for $31.35 including tax. Got a timed 5 minute back massage when I was drying. Asked for round nails, got square with rounded edges.
Took a mani pedi there on patriks day. Worst service ever. Jessie the practioner was the worst. Rushing me, no foot scrubing and no cream on my feet, plus the attitude. No thanks. Never coming back.
Worst waxing in my lifeThey don’t know how to waxing and cleanThey only know fast and do not perfectWhen finished my waxing I still had hairBut they require tip lol
Cheap fast and clean!
I like the management and technicians. Salon very clean. I will return, maybe often!
This place is outdated, overpriced, and the work is subpar at best. The chairs are old and falling apart, they use paper towels instead of real towels, and the staff was not very good in general. Definitely not worth the $30 for a mani pedi.
Awful customer service.. wouldn’t let me sit at the pedicure chair to soak my feet for 5 min.. kept trying to rush me and make me spend more on customary pedicure services.. awful
Get the mani and backrub, heaven!
Good service and affordable.
Worst manicure in my life.
Love this place.
Clean, friendly, and they have a huge variety of services.
Very nice home. The treatments are very good and the staff attentive.
