DO NOT GO HERE!I went on a Tuesday for a GEL manicure. A lady named Maya (I believe) did my nails. Everything seemed fine, clean, and they had good costumer service (hence the 2 stars) until my friend and I were about to leave. We didnt even finish paying and the worker demanded a tip. This didnt bother me much, HOWEVER, 3 days in: MOST OF MY NAILS WERE CRACKED and CHIPPED by the 5th day!I went back exactly on week later, asked how long a gel manicure should last and she said about 3 weeks. I then showed her the condition of my nails and she agreed to redo them no charge.The same woman did my nails and was extremely rude to me. I asked if she can change the color (and told them I truly dont care what color) because I was afraid the nail polish they used was old.Maya rudely responded: Then why didnt you come in 3 days ago when it happened. Im sorry? All I asked (respectfully) is it they can change the color to avoid this from happening again.AGAIN, before I left, she demanded me to give her a tip and I refused to. I should not be tipping anyone if I had to come back and get my nails redone.Additionally, she did a TERRIBLE job. 3 days later, my nails are cracking and CHIPPED (as seen in the photos attached). She didnt paint neatly so I had the gel layer on my fingers, and the gel is starting to peel off on my middle finger.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They lure you in with their costumer serviceand youll leave with a terrible job done.

I was told what I was paying for should have lasted a month. Nails started cracking after a few days. One nail came off entirely. Pictures are attached. My friends nail also the gel color started coming off after a few days. It cost $100 plus tip for both of us combined.

I got a powder dip manicure and pictures are a day after the manicure.My cuticles are all scabbed up, the tops of nails uneven, and there is cracking through the nails.I paid $70 for this. Very unhappy.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they got me in a chair right away. Good service and very friendly ladies. I got dip powder manicure and my nail technician did a good job (in a sense that it was a clean job and looked amazing when I walked out of there), but I believe the product used was just to old or possibly expired, as the color started cracking on entire nail bed and chipping off on the edges only 3 days later.Any time I had dip done before at other places it would last me at least 2 weeks. So this manicure was a waste of money in my opinion.

Pros: I was able to get an appointment immediately; the salon was clean and the staff was professional. Cons: I get a dip powder manicure and within 2 days nearly ALL of my nails have chipped or cracked. This has never happened with a powder manicure from another salon, and Ive gotten dozens. Very disappointing and a waste of money – within 5 days of my original appointment that should have lasted 3 weeks, I need to go somewhere else to pay for a new mani entirely.

They did such a good job doing my nails and they came out to be exactly how I wanted!They were so patient.Thank you!

Lovely Nails and Spa is a clean and well maintained nail salon. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. They allowed us to bring our own champagne to sip while we had our mani/pedi. I will return for future nail salon services.

I went there last week to do manicures and upper lip and eyebrows wax.Ive done there wax before and was happy with the results so I came back. This time my experience was very different. The technician was unprofessional and didnt know what she was doing or she just didnt care, I had to guide her few times because she left some her on my mustache and the eyebrows were still looking kinda messy.In addition, she burned my skin with the wax and I got skin burns on my mustache and eyebrows(attaching photo).The Manicure was ok but 2 hours later it looked like a total disaster and the nail polish just broke on every nail. I will not come back and will not recommend. They also raised their prices but the service doesnt worth it.I gave 3 stars only because my first experience there with a different technician was positive.

Im sorry, but I wont be back. I left more than $ 800 in 3 months to these ladies but they no longer deserve my return. I went to my birthday for a badly executed mani / pedi gel. so I decided to tell the manager and they gave me a business card with the problem for a free service. Back to redo the same service, they made me a bad hand gel, the lady cut my finger doing cuticles (both in photo), and so I had to pay despite the free ticket. There are certainly better places in town!!!

They did an amazing job on my gel manicure. They shaped my nails beautifully! Very clean space as well.

Gel nails fell off in less than a week. Pedicure is fine though.

I was immediately wowed the moment I stepped in: This place looks so neat ! Lots of lights, comfy chairs, and clean everything! I had my nails designed with stripes in different shades of grey, and they turned out so pretty! My technician was also super nice. Recommend!

I love this salon. The staffs are so friendly and its incredibly clean unlike many others nearby nail salons. They have $10 manicures and everything is else is reasonably priced. Over two weeks later my SNS Dip gel manicure is still on and strong. My nails have never looked better!

I will be crazy if I wont come here again. Delighting staffs, even feeling over-welcoming sometimes, but I definitely love it. I did gel manicure, its been a week now, but nothing went wrong with my nail so far, which is really something valuable for me to decide whether or not re-visit a nail salon. Recommend to every girl.

Such a lovely place! It’s bright, clean and very nicely decorated. I had a gel mani and they turned out amazing! They have a large selection of colors and patterns to dress up your nails. My technician is also very patient. So happy I found this place!! Will come back soon!

I will never again go to this nail salon I did gel and I never experience the nail polish coming off the next day I go back to the nail salon for them to fit it they fitted it and now I’m on my 4th day with the gel polish and it’s already falling off so much money on it for nothing If you go don’t get it done with the Indian lady she truly doesn’t know what she’s doing

I love this nail spa, the people there are just as the name says, very lovely and friendly, they are easy to talk to during my manicure or while I wait. I was also very pleased with my manicure, it looked so pretty. The store itself is very clean and spacious as well.

The nail tech got gel all over my skin and didn’t take it off. I had to ask to fix it and it ruined my manicure. I wanted to just go ahead and get a polish change but they told me they would charge me extra.She spent less than a minute scrubbing my feet for the regular pedi. This place doesnt spend time on you if you don’t spend money on a fancy spa pedi.Won’t be going back here.

The worst service my nail polish only lasted 2 day. When. I was giving the worker a tip through my debit card they ask for more tip then what I was already giving them. They overcharge for children pedicures. They charge 30 dollors for daughter pedicure she is 11. Also the pedicure was regular polish no gel.

This salon has the most colors and types of nail systems I’ve ever seen. They have 100 SNS colors alone! Something unheard of most salons 1 to 10 colors. Highly recommended!

I love this salon!! Ive never been one for manicures- I only would do them myself for years. However I tried the sns powder gel here and now I go every 3 weeks! This gel option keeps your nails healthy and strong unlike uv or color gel.

I stopped in here one Friday evening for a mani/pedi and while I was in and out in about 30 minutes, even though I opted for an $10 add on treatment. All in all, my pedicure did last a month, my manicure just a few days (no surprise) and while it got the job done, for $55, I would have enjoyed a more thorough experience including massage.Its super clean, staff is adequate and they accept credit cards.

Ok for Gel. Very bad for dipping powder nail polish. I had nail dipping powder done twice here. The person took the paper towel, which had my dead skin, and shake-off the colored dust back into the container then she picked out pieces of skin and nail she could find. She seemed surprised at my disgusted face. I thought maybe she made a mistake went again yesterday (Tuesday 11/27/2018) the person doing my nails did the same thing with a different color only difference is that this time there were many lumps in my nails not sure from what, she tried to buff it and hurt the skin around led my nails. I paid the $45 dollars and left never to return. I did show the lead person my nail and she said she was too busy to fix if I could comeback later but based on the dead skin in the powder the second time I just plan to soak off the powder.

This place is excellent. I don’t normally do my nails in the city because I live in Queens & it’s usually much cheaper in the other boroughs, but honestly, it wasn’t that much more expensive. I only went because it’s near my job and a had an extra long break with plenty of time.I love the way this place is set up. It’s nice and big compared to most nail salons that are long and skinny, not much space to move around & very claustrophobic, but this place was large & airy & beautifully decorated. They even have a charging stand for phones, which I didn’t need, but handy for the future.The lady that worked on me, Anna, was so sweet and did a really great job! She did a gel mani & regular pedi. She asked me if I wanted a 10min foot massage for $12, I said yes, but only because I had been on my feet all week at work and I wanted it, she wasn’t pushy about it at all. She even gave me a cup of cold water just as I sat down & I didn’t even ask for it, it was great.It wasn’t too busy when I went either which was a plus, especially since it was a Saturday at 4p, but I think it was because it was raining. I definitely plan on going back & will make an appt just in case because I’m sure the weekends will be busier next time I go.

Nice, clean nail salon open late enough to visit after work and dinner. Prices are reasonable -- about $10 for a standard manicure -- and they carry a large assortment of OPI and Essie colors.

I had a mani and the warmed up plastic bag with cream in it that they put your hands in was so hot it burnt my hand. The lady doing it was aggressive with my cuticles and overall it was a pretty painful experience. Another man at the same time had his hands burnt. The staff just ignored him when he complained or asked for the number of management. I wont be returning and I encourage you to avoid it.

I made an appointment for a regular manicure and after I mentioned my Groupon they had thought I said I wanted Gel... I decided to just do the gel as they already started and use my groupon another time. However, after a week it started to chip a little and the tips started turning gray (no I didnt work with cars, heavily use cleaning supplies or dye my hair). I went there to show them and they said they can do it again for a cheap price of $25! You must joking if you think Im going to spend money there again

This place is horrible, as an Asian woman i have never felt so uncomfortable in an Asian establishment, also smells horrible. I myself have been cut multiple times and have had a close friend get a severe burn on her eyebrow Becuase the receptionist had to step in to them. The owner seems evil and the girls are clearly overworked and terrified of him.The receptionist was verbally insulting me in-front of the store, and after my nails looked like press on acrylic nails from CVS. I had glue all over my finger and got them stuck to my phone. I will never come back here again.
