LOVEE IT!! I stumbled across this nail salon because one that I normally go to up the street was packed. This place is truly a hidden gem it is very clean and the people there are very friendly. I was spoken to from the moment I walked in and given several updates on when the next team member will be able to start on me. I got acrylic on my nails and they are pretty. I already plan to take my auntie them next week. Also price was reasonable.

Made me bleed. Nail technician was so incredibly heartless she gave up and walked off after injuring me because I was crying so much, it made her angry instead of apologetic.Soooooo…. I was being nice. I wasn’t going to post this until the women in this shop gave me very dirty looks today. I figured it was just a bad night and I was trying to be understanding. But after reading recent reviews too I see I’m not the only one who has been physically hurt. I have a high pain tolerance, and I have never had a nail tech make me bleed.I guess the woman wanted to go home, but she literally made me bleed. Worst nail experience ever.Avoid avoid avoid… I had booked an appointment ahead of time and this was the way I was treated.

Horrible experience. I walked in letting them know I was in town for a wedding an asked multiple times for a specific service. They told me they provided a certain service. Partially removed my liquid gel set to ultimately tell me they didnt provide the service. Pedicure looked horrible. I asked for a French pedicure (basic service), It was redone multiple times and still had white splotches on my skin and other parts of my toe nail bed. I had to ask for a discount for the inconvenience of a pedicure that looked like a child did it, and nails that were un done and chipped away from being partially removed and not having the product to complete the service. They provided $5 off, after I asked, nothing was offered for the inconvenience, Smh. I was surprised because they were nice until they realized they were wrong and then it turned into them being annoyed with me. I was not rude, I just paid for my service and left quietly. However, I think this was an opportunity for them to provide a certain level of customer service, but it seemed as though their pride was in the way. This was not a great experience for me.

My sister, my daughter, and I decided to get pedicures at the last moment. This was the closest salon to our hotel. The place looks great but is the only thing I liked. My paint job is horrible. When they were done with my daughter they didnt give her slippers to put on her feet so I had to give her mine. My daughter and I were done before they even started on my sister. I do not recommend this place and we will not be back. Im really upset because now Im going to have to go back to Columbia and get my nail tech to repaint my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is the second time in my entire life that I am not happy with my paint job.

This was my first time here. Its a very nice salon. Clean! I like how you check in on a tablet and check out is the same. I got the $45 pedicure. It was very relaxing - 2 hot towel treatments, scrub and mask treatment.

First visit I was very pleased, second visit a different tech, less than a week polish started to chip, she did nails over and I had same problem. I returned to have polish removed, they wanted to do again I said no. My nails were filed to remove polish that didn’t come off with remover, totally damaging them, I feel it was intentional. Nails have grown out all the damage, now they are strong and healthy again

I have been living in Nashville for about a year now and it had been a wreck finding a really good Nail Shop. They were either too expensive or the services were mediocre.I found this place on Google Maps and the service was unbelievable! I was greeted with kindness and they were very hospitable.Christina did my gel manicure and pedicure! And these are my real nails!!!The best part was that they are reasonably priced!!I will definitely be coming here from now on and would recommend them!

I have given this place multiple chances since I live so close. First time there i waited over 2 hours despite no one else in line, and was passed to 3 different nail techs because they misunderstood what i needed. Pedicures are fine, though I still waited even with an appointment. Today I got a fill, the tech had absolutely no professionalism. She was rude, way too rough and never apologized despite pulling away my hands in pain multiple times. Waited 15-20 minutes for the nails to dry, was told I was good to go, and the polish on 2 nails was messed up before getting to the car. I wont be back.

With only 2 customers in the shop I had to wait 45min just to get my nails trimmed and painted. After painting them the person didn’t put my hands under a LED Dryer. After 5min she said I was ready and when I went to get my wallet out of my pocket it messed up 3 of the nails color. She repainted them and in the lobby they have a “home made” dryer with computer CPU fans and Wal Mart Black light bulbs. The chair had a faulty wheel and broke “I’m only 130#” and I fell in the floor. I paid $25 for the service and wished I would have went to my normal place 3 blocks up the street to Star Nails that does a more professional job! I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!

This My Experience Here at Music City Nails, was not good. I had a pedicure done about an hour ago. The lady wasnt very professionals and friendly at all. I asked her to cut my Big Toe Down. Her Reply was You have to gp to the Feet Doctor to have them cut it. Why? Because The nail clippers are too small. She used a differnt tool to cut my nail. If i am paying you to do a Service, its supposed to be done by you. Never tell a customer Go to the Foot Doctor. In addition, while she was finishing my toe, She gets an attitude. Her body language tells everything. Thats unprofessional. Once she Polished my Toes. She asked me Are you paying Cash or Card. She Brings the Debit card machine. Im still sitting in the chair letting my feet dry. I paid her. Then leaves and goes up front i guess.I asked her to bring me a receipt. She didnt say Thank you. I said Why would you have me pay you before the service is Done. Her Reply was Im busy. I dont want to do it later. Then walked off. Thats not nice to say to your customers. Once my feet was dry. I left. She never looked up or Acknowledged me at all. I wont be back where im not wanted. Save your money Ladies!!

Paid for a better level pedicure. What we got was a pedicure that looks like a child did it. Dry and dead skin left behind. Polish left on skin.. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever paid for. We called to talk to management, no one ever called back.

Very bad customer service. I simply ask for warm, not cold water for my manicure.(which is what she gave me) The tech poured out the water said nothing and went to service another client . She never brought the warmer water, never said ok np, nothing.... (I ask very politely with a smile. ) I walked out and said nothing as she left me sitting. Never again. Take your money elsewhere.

I took my 6 year old daughter with me for a mani pedi and it was ok however my feet felt more rough then they did when i went in to have a pedicure and the gel polish is already chipping off around the base of my nails and edges and its only been a few hours. Customer service is great, but next time i will just get basic polish if i return.So it has been only 5 days since mine and my daughters mani pedi and hers has already peeled off her nails and they charged me $65 for her mind you she is 6. We both had the gel polish on hands and feet and told it would last 2 weeks. My feet are worse than they were when we went in on the heals. The gel polish on my nails cracked and peeled. This is not worth almost $200 for mine and my 6 year old when the polish must be old or something. I tipped too!

Christina did a great job on my nails! It was super easy scheduling an appointment online and I didnt have to wait at all when I got there. My nails look perfect and I was done in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely be back!

If I could give place a negative I definitely would. If you’re experienced in nail maintenance, then you’ll be very knowledgeable that this group of nail techs are doing the bare minimum and are inexperienced. I’ve had my nails for maybe a week and have 3 nails that are broken already. I informed the tech that they were doing my dip incorrectly and tech did not listen.Do not get their DIP! Terrible ExperienceAlso, their pedicure area looks nice, but the sanitation department should come. They have no protective barriers such as the plastic tub liners nor do they disinfect after customers. Go at your own risk.

Had my eyebrows done here. They did a great job. Everywhere else requires an appointment made since Covid. They took me as a walk in. Very happy with the result.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. If I am unhappy with services, I always attempt to speak with management as opposed to just leaving a bad review. However, I got sns (dip) done here. The following day after getting my nails done, the top cost starting peeling and then a few nails started to chip and completely break off. I returned to get them fixed in hopes they would redo all of the nails. I thought perhaps the dip powder was old. I had to sit and wait and they only wanted to fix the few nails that broke instead of all of them. I could tell that they were all getting ready to chip and break (again- I think due to the sns). They refused to fix all of them and stated that the top coat was bad and they just wanted to fix the top coat. The manager then said they had so many other waiting and didn’t have time. I had already been there for an hour at this point. She ended up shaving all of the nails down and putting a new top coat. The next day, the nails started chipping again as I suspected. I called ahead of time to talk to someone and have left numerous messages but nobody has called me back. They have lost a customer in me. I understand stuff happens but I also think that when nails break 24 hours of them being done, they should be fixed. Hopefully they see this review and change their customer service practices for others that choose to come to this nail shop.

10/10 would recommend. Catherine is AMAZING. She talked me into a different color and said I would get so many compliments and she was so right! I never get compliments on my nails and I promise when I say in 2 weeks I got 15 compliments Im not exaggerating. She is awesome.

Great service and loved the result of my mani and pedi! They spent extra time to make sure it was perfect, cant complain at all. The price was super reasonable, too!

I use to live close to music city nails and it was always my place to go but I moved to another city about 2 years ago. Was in the area today so I stopped by to get a pedicure and eye brows waxed and they remembered who I was and was happy to see me!! Great relaxing service. They are very detailed and take their time!!!

Randomly popped in with a friend yesterday after chatting about how badly we needed pedicures- the staff was super friendly, greeted us immediately, and there was hardly a wait. It’s LAZER clean in there, and service was top notch. I got a gel manicure and top pedicure and my friend got a dip manicure & top pedicure. They look GREAT. Really lovely little spot, great services, and reasonably priced for the quality of service. we will definitely be back!!

I was a walk-in..They took me right away,,everyone was very friendly..Their chairs are comfortable and worked easily and well...Best of all, it was only $15 for a polish change And, I was out in record time! It is further than I have been going but I will go back and I will tell my friends about this place too!

Poor quality. They don’t do refunds, so don’t even bother. Coffin nails are square, nails too short. When I told her my nails were too short, she said my fingers were disproportionately sized and she can’t fix that. Then when I came back to have them fix it, I told her the nails were too short. She said it was my fault because I didn’t tell her. Toe polish isn’t smooth. Paid $100 for something that I hate on the day before my birthday. Rude, unwilling to compromise. and unprofessional.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! i can’t even give this place a single star after my friend and i had the most awful experience. they were rude, burned my cuticles with the nail drill, sloppy, and most unpleasant experience. my cuticles looked better pre salon. i went yesterday then woke today to the utmost sore fingers. i usually give people three strikes before writing things off. they exceeded three strikes. i should have walked out before they even finished my nails and just went somewhere else. this place should be closed, permanently.

I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN! I went here for them to give me a basic manicure. During the removal of cuticles I noticed she was digging into my skin deep and it was painful. I thought maybe since I hadnt been in a while my cuticles were in bad shape. Bleeding through the whole process i knew this wasnt right. Here I am 3 days later, nail beds swollen and hurting and worried about an infection. This was done to 7 of my 10 fingers!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

I love this place. I used to drift from nail shop to nail shop but I found the one I love. I get gel on my nails and it stays on for 5-6 weeks!! The only reason I go in is my nails have grown too long and I am ready for a new color! I got my eyebrows waxed there too and I cant believe how nicely shaped they are. The whole staff is professional and very nice.

I love Music City Nails. Christina is pretty spectacular! I consider myself very blessed to be a regular customer. She takes excellent care of me. If I dont understand what she says, she explains it to me. She is extremely professional and takes personal care to make sure everyone is doing well in her salon. All of the nail techs are gracious and particularly conscientious as they care for their customers. All of them, including Christina, are so good to my sweet handicap husband.I am excited to see the new salon open!! Hopefully, it will open before Christmas! They’re great we came 10 minutes until closing accidentally thinking they closed at 8 but it was actually 7. They still took us and were so sweet the whole time. They also did awesome on my nails! 5 stars

My first time. If they pay me, I will never come back. The owner talks on the speaker phone, while working. The nail color so old they mix it with acetone in front of you. And covid charge

Very modern place with a very inexperienced technicians. I had a male that did a pedicure on me in 14 minutes. He did a nice massage job on my legs but didn’t pick at my cuticles on my toes and painted my toenails like a 5 year old would and didn’t use a top coat. Asked him to fix it before I left and he told me when it dried it would flatten out. I took photos as soon as I got into the car, I normally would not leave a low review but feel that it’s a lot of money to spend for the lack of experience and compassion.

This was the most horrible experience at any nail shop I have ever been to. I showed them a picture of what I wanted halfway through I seen that my nails were nowhere near like the picture so when I mentioned to the owners wife who was doing my nails that it didn’t look the same, she jumped up and said then you can just leave I’m not gonna finish your nails! Unbelievable I do not recommend this place to anyone

The salon is very beautiful. State of the art check in system. Owner very thoughtful and offered drink and made sure everyone had correct service listed on a ticket and taken care of in the order they came. I recieved the basic pedicure and it was Amazing. It was also relaxing in very nice massage chairs. I am very petite and most chairs do not massage me correctly and are for taller people. The brow wax was rushed and left wax on my face and in my hair and many missed tiny hairs. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

The first time I went, I had great a experience and the full set of acrylics was durable and lasted the average amount of time. However, after getting only 2 fill ins, my acrylics were peeling off after only a week. On top of that, the clear polish applied to my nails turned brown within a few days. I would go back for a full set but definitely find another place to get my fill ins.

They are friendly and efficient. I went here last year and had a similarly great experience. I never thought Id have a regular nail place but I really dont think Ill be going anywhere but here from now on. They are truly exceptional!

Nail polish didnt start at my cuticle but way below them. Nail polish also had ridges not smooth what I am used to. Not very polite. Nail techs never engaged in conversation with us but the themselves. Im very dissatisfied. The 2 stars are because they have great decor, Respresents Nashville Music City.

I am a regular customer that has been coming to Music City Nails for over 10 years. I always bring my young daughter with me and the staff has always been kind and provided excellent service. They go the extra mile to make my nails perfect for whatever event that I’m attending. They also fix my daughters nails so that she won’t feel left out.On a side note, I have seen a few customers being disrespectful to the nail techs and the owner has asked them to leave. So I would beware of the low scores as a review because it may be a rude customer who decided to trash a reputable businesses score.

I have been coming here for a couple months now. Amazing service. The pedicures are always wonderful. They do great acrylic nails that last a long time. Very friendly staff and very clean place.

I gave them a 2 because I went in on a Friday for their On the Go manicure service and added gel polish. My nails looked great when it was all done. Although it took a little longer than I thought an on the go service would. By Friday night, the polish on my index finger had literally chipped away, exposing 1/2 of my nail. I went back in Saturday afternoon. They looked at the nail, was able to peel the rest off and repolished the nail. The staff was a little irritated, however, I felt I paid for the service to have my nails done less than 25 hours ago and deserved for them to last. Now on Saturday evening the polish on my second finger, same hand as before...has lifted and peeled more than 1/2 off!!! I didnt have time to go back to the salon today (Sunday). I will have to go tomorrow. Hopefully there will be no issues, and they will repair again at no cost. Ive never had this to happen in all the years Ive gotten gel polish to my nails. Not sure if the polish was bad, or something with the technique. Well see....

I was kind to give a one star. I came here with my wife for a manicure and a pedicure and was less than satisfied. It was more of a foot-washing I asked him why they would not scrape the dead skin off of my feet with the tool they told me it was illegal but they were doing the lady next to us . So I decided to skip the manicure. This was a birthday present for me so we are going to go somewhere else for the manicure and just wish them the best moving forward.

I love going to music city nails. They are so clean. They are also so nice. Louis was my tech and he did an amazing job.

Its a chic, up to date salon. The manicurists are very polite. I got a basic pedicure but I dont have rough feet so usually a standard pedi every 4-6 weeks is good. BUT my feet are dry and my heels looked worse than before the service. My polish wasnt smooth, but I didnt complain because it looks like foil or some design. That night my toe was sore from cutting too much cuticle. My step daughter had the same complaint.

Had an absolutely incredible time, atmosphere and conversation were fantastic, incredible quality and attention to detail. Will be coming back!

My experience was wonderful!! The service is great and the proprietor is very professional. they were sincerely welcoming and very appreciative that I chose them to perform my service. I havent had a manicure so greatttt in a very long time. The business is very clean and you will see cleaning right before your eyes. I wanted to use this nail salon. Its so close to where I live, on my route every day, and the prices were pretty low, but my experience was horrible and I refuse to go back. My first visit there a very sweet, young girl did my nails and actually did a good job, but when I went back a couple of weeks later to get them filled and asked for her they told me she was no longer in the country. So this hateful woman said she would take me. The whole time she kept brushing me off or ignoring my questions and kept chattering away to other workers in a different language. Instead of filling my nails she started ripping them off (without asking) and proceeded to completely re-do them - which costs much more than a fill. She rushed through my nails, they were uneven across my nail, some had dents or valleys in them and some of the edges to my nails were very obviously crooked. Before she finished she took a call on her cell phone and stayed on the call until I left the salon - payment and all. I will never go back. They are rude, the service is terrible and the skill level isnt worth the money. Dont waste your time.

I held off on writing a review even though I hated every minute of being in the salon, but I thought I was being influenced by the reviews that I read. These reviews are no exaggeration. RUN!!! I was the first person there on Sunday and waited 45 minutes before someone got to me! I had to take off the dip from prior, by myself! When the lady finally got to me she tried to talk me in to acrylic after I specifically asked for dip. She had no idea what she was doing, but let me know she was new to the dip process. I gave her a little slack when she said that.. but then she informed me that she is charging $10 more than my go-to salon. THEY DO NOT HAVE PRICES LISTED FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE. She even got short with a man trying to get pricing to pay for his wifes manicure. After leaving the salon I just chalked it up to Ill never go back!.... 5 days later I was opening a box(was not taped) and broke 2 nails! Not worth your $$.

I have been a customer since 2010. They are always courteous and know what they are doing. I moved across town a couple of years ago and have tried to find a place closer to home. None of the places I have gone to hold a candle to Music City Nails. So, I drive all the way across town every two weeks to have my pedicure and gel nails.

The last 3 times I came I was told different prices. 3rd time the price I was quoted was more expensive than my 2nd visit that was 2 weeks prior. I honestly feel like they charge people based off of how they feel or who they know because there is no pricing listed in the shop. Instead of even trying to provide decent customer service, when I addressed my concern, they laughed in my face and told me I sound crazy... Then proceeded to talk about me in their native language. On top of that... I had to wait over 30 minutes for this very poor service. Go to a shop that actually cares about you and who isnt just after your money. I used to be a nail tech myself and the way my nails were thrown together is ridiculous. If I could give a -0, I would.

Good customer service overall. Two nail technicians did a good job with a pedicure a gel manicure. One nail technician did a rushed job with a pedicure and powder dipped manicure. Nails were filed unevenly and nails looked messy when done. Technician did his best to correct the nails when brought to his attention.

The only place I know that can successfully do long nails!! Reasonable prices with such attention to detail, I’ll definitely be back.(:

First time getting my nails done ever! I arrived in town from Michigan and decided to get acrylics for my daughters wedding. I didn’t need an appointment. Loved the experience and the friendliness of the staff. Totally recommend this!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to get a manicure and I wanted the most basic one which was $15.00 kind of pricey but I was fine with it. Then she asked me if I wanted a massage and I said only if it comes with the $15.00 manicure and I said yes. She cut my finger and it was terrible I didnt even get polish and I get to the register and she charges me $20.00 and said the massage was extra. The worst manicure of my life.

Overpriced and poor workmanship. My nails were lifting in a week. I left the shop looking like I already needed a fill in. I tried twice. Wont ever be back. The shop looks nice just wished the work matched.

Unfortunately, this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I will agree with other people and say that it is modern and clean. However, my nail polish was not smooth and he didnt even get nail polish on my entire nail. I had him fix it and it just made it worse so I gave up. He tried clipping the skin around my nails and now it literally looks like a small animal chewed on my skin because it is so ripped up. I could keep going, but I think I got the point across.

Ive gotten my nail done here a few times. They were alright until last time when they made my friends cuticles bleed and put such a thick layer of nail polish on my big toe, it was still wet 2 hours later and got ruined when I bumped it lightly. Not going back there.

Had a great experience and when my gel chipped and started to come off, they repaired for free. I will go back again and again. Very nice staff. And the salon is clean.

This was my 2nd time there. For me dip and gel are to expensive and I don’t personally notice a difference so I asked for a pedi with acrylic overlay on my hands and an eyebrow clean up. I was told to enter it the computer. I sat there and multiple people came in and were ask what they wanted and were seated before me so I asked about being seated eye roll then I get a seat. After asking my nails not to be cut only filed and shaped my nails were cut by the woman who said you need a tip and I explained no I don’t she kept a trying to tell me to do gel and dip even though I kept refusing she then proceeded to tell me multiple times how she didn’t like my nails bc they are short. Then when I went for my brow wax she repeatedly asked if I wanted a lip wax. I had to call my spouse to be sure I wasn’t crazy and knowing there is no lip hair to be waxed. I asked for my eye brows to still be thick just cleaned up she says okay puts the wax on pulls it off and then does the other brow and said “I don’t know how to do what asked I’m sorry” and now I’m walking around like I constantly got one eyebrow raised. I think I’ll stick to traveling and waiting at my old salon with people who aren’t mean and who care.

I went for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Anna did my manicure and she was amazing. Ill never go anywhere else!

So amazing to have a nail salon 4 minutes from my location!!! Love my nail tech she did a finominal job my second time around. Im beyond please with her services and the salons services!!! You definitely get what you pay for!!!! Highly recommend! See you again in 3 weeks

Havent been since they moved locations. New location is very nice, very relaxing, and efficient. I love the log in computer.

Very clean and nicely decorated salon. However; the service was not very good. My technician didnt speak English so when I needed to converse with him, I had to say my words to another technician so she could tell him. Also, he didnt do a good job on my nails. He didnt get underneath my nails nor did he get all of my cuticles removed. A few days later, I had to get them redone. Maybe I just had the wrong technician.

I had heard both good and bad reviews. My overall experience, however, was belittling (practically ignored, sat at an untidied station, only offered water near the end of my session), and the work (full set acrylic) was very poor quality (misshapen, uneven, polish discoloration and chipping in no time).

Great professional service, no matter how busy they are they give you good service and quality work, I have used them every since Charlotte West opened.

I don’t normally come here for services. I was given a gift card and decided to redeem it. While I was pleased with the nail tech and the overall customer service, I was very disappointed that there OPI polish was old and thick ( regular not gel) That is why am only giving three stars

Im got mymy acrylics out of town but needed a fill. Tried this place but customer services lacked with my manicurist. The male manicurist was friendly but my lady was not.vshe did a decent job though. The Polish was super thick but the full was done well. At checkout I got a surprise. I wasnt aware there was a charge to cut acrylics when you get a fill. I was charged $10 just for a quick drill to shorten the nails. Dont think Ill ever use her but I will learn to ask if there is a charge for everything thats offered.

This place is very unprofessional!!!Okay so I personally had several issues with this “Nail Shop” I waited over Two hours to receive service, after finally getting to sit in the chair I had to wait another 1 and 45 Mintues for a regular full set! I finally get to leave and the next day my nails started to break! The job was poorly done, & the acrylic was very thin. I was so upset due to the fact that I had to go out of town for my birthday soon! So I went back and told the owner my concerns, he was very nice and told me to come back and get it re-done. So I come back TWICE and each time I was told to “come back later” due to the “wait”. So finally I come back for the THIRD time and this time I got to sit down. So the lady who dates the owner did not make me feel better at all. She kept snatching my hand, and speaking to her coworkers in different language. I kept telling her what she did wrong and she kept denying and saying it’s “not that bad” while i am in the chair, I decide to read other reviews on Music city Nails Service! And guess what!!? Most of the reviews was about her and how she poorly does nails! Also read that she has “Re-done” nails TWICE and they continued to break! At the point I have already spent $65 on my nails so I asked the owner for a partial refund and they stated that they don’t do refunds! So I asked for a credit for the store and they stated no! I am so upset because I went on the trip with no nails and I basically lost $65 dollars! And they showed no sympathy. I shouldn’t have to come back and fix anything, it’s so messed up!

Last week I walked in and there were two associates standing at the front. One of which was checking out two women. The other was seemingly doing nothing. No one said a word to me. I proceeded to look at polish. The lady that was not occupied walked past me to the back and sat down. She didn’t utter one word to me. The second last wraps up with the check out and walked right past me to go to the back room. Again not a single word spoken to me. The second woman came back with a glass of wine and turned the corner. I believed at this point she was getting that for another customer and would surely come back to greet me after. She never came back. At this point I’ve been standing up front for no short of 5 mins. I was truly baffled. I turned the corner to see where she had gone and saw that she was now servicing another customer. I asked if they didn’t believe in speaking to all customers here. I received blank stares. I turned to leave and got out of the door, then finally a man ran out and asked if I wanted to come back. He said everyone’s hands were full so that’s why no one spoke. Those women at the front had free hands and a verbal acknowledgement doesn’t require a hand at all. He asked did I want to come in and soak off my sns. I didn’t have sns, so I have no idea why he assumed this. I told him no because I’d never give me money to such a rude establishment. There are too many competitors in his industry near by. I was truly shocked by the complete disrespect. Avoid this place. They don’t deserve new customers until they learn how to treat all people.

Customer Service is big with me and this was my first time ever going and will be my last as well. When entering the shop and being the only cx in the store... the employees finished there conversation before acknowledging me. My nails did turn out ok but the lack of customer service mattered most.

Nice place with good service. I took a star away because I feel like they should have a better polish selection for pedicures.
