Professional and friendly service. I had a hit stone pedicure and it was wonderful.

I am a stylist and manicurist and the truth is a shame and shame the normal time for a pericure is 35 to 40 minutes and it left in less than 15 minutes the pericure I do not recommend

This salon destroyed my nails. I typically have strong nails. I had them remove gel from my nails and instead of soaking them, they only used the buffing tool. I have now lost a top layer of nail and they are flimsy and several have chipped in less than a weak. The salon is a mess, I should have turned around the second walked in. The worst nail experience I have ever had.

Waited an hour and a half to get pedicures. If my feet were not soaked, I would have walked out. Then when I finally got out, one of my toe nail polish was not longer there and my 11 year old daughter’s was terrible. I paid $110 for gel regular pedicure for this. Not to mention that it took her 10 minutes to do her pedi for 55 bucks. Never going back. Save your money!!!

I got a regular manicure .. my nails are not even the paint looks like something I could have did myself. Even my husband said he wouldn’t have paid. Wasn’t offered anything to drink. It’s really my fault. I should have walked out when I saw the nails of the girl beside me. She asked for a redo. I was just too tired and ready to go.

Me and my daughter got our nails done. She hot a dip and I got acrylics. Her cuticles are ALL bleeding and nails are very lumpy!! Mine are extremely short and very uneven! Not to mention the price i thought it was going to be was more than half of what the actual price was!! Paid $130 to get tortured and horrible nails!! We will NEVER go there again!! The length we agreed on was perfect, but she kept filing them down! When she applied the acrylics, she only did the center! Left the edges blank! And filed the rest. When I asked for french tips, I didnt think she was going to just paint the tips white.. I could have done that! Never again!!

Unfortunately I won’t ever be coming back here, my “dip manicure” was awful and painful. She forgot to file my nails until the end and they are still jagged, ripped cuticles, no massage, I had to ask for lotion to rub in myself so not at all $80 worth. She rushed to get it done so she could go sit in a chair on her phone and eat while I got a pedicure, which was done by a different girl who was great and the only reason this gets any stars at all.

The women were kind and talented. Service was exceptional and the outcome was better than I expected. 5 out of 5 stars. Ill definitely recommend them to anyone and use them myself any time I need a treat!

Good experience. I have been trying different nails salons in the area trying to find somewhere to go regularly and I think Ive found it. The nail tech did a good job, she removed my old gel the correct way (soaking first with foils) the nails look good even a week after (gel manicure) and as a bonus their price was a little less than average $35 vs $40 at their closest competitor. I will be returning.

THE WORST DIP MANICURE KNOWN TO MANKIND. Waited 30 minutes for a dip manicure they rushed and did in 7 minutes. I will never be going back. If you want the experience of Nashville’s worst manicure you can do it here for $45!!!

Make an appointment!! Nice ladies and reasonable prices. I waited 20 mins and was told to come back in 30 but once I was in the lady doing my nails kept asking if everything looked ok and I liked all the color options.... I had a few break before the 2 week fill in :(

This place is unsanitized I had a pedicure done and the lady halfway did the job and pinched my skin off to where it was bleeding and laughed about it when I told her it hurt I will never go back to this place!!!!!

First the pros so as not to discourage those who do this more often: The staff was friendly and prompt. I was sat down immediately upon entering and offered a drink which was a surprise. They were gentle and efficient. I asked if he could do a design from the web and he said yes so I showed him an exact picture of the nails I wanted to go with my Sally (Nightmare before xmas) halloween costume. He didnt know the character and didnt follow the pattern so the right hand turned out pretty good and fairly recognizeable but the left hand was basically all stripes with no stitches or anything. Again, no big deal, I can work with that because it does look awesome, just not accurate.Now for the biggest con: A full set is 30$ on the paper. I havent gotten my nails done in years and never in Nashville so I dont know if this is normal but at the end I paid 70$ (Plus tip!) He never once told me anything would be extra or advised me that something was more. I probably should have asked every time he did something if it would cost extra but where Im from the price stated is the price you get or if something is gonna be more theyll tell you Hey, this is five dollars more. or something. I paid and tipped without incident because honestly he did do a good job and he didnt speak english very well so I didnt want to cause a problem or inconvenience him by trying to explain.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! She was so rough and made four of my cuticles bleed and blamed it on my soft skin. Didn’t even say sorry or anything! I’m still in pain three days later ! This has never happened at any other nail salon I’ve been to. DO NOT go here, don’t give them a dime they’re the most unprofessional and are rude. I’ve got pictures of proof of how bad my nails are and how bad the damage is to my cuticles .

QUESTIONING LEGITIMACY of the bad reviews... Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I live across the street from this salon and the service is consistently wonderful. My mom, SIL and I got right in and the service was awesome! Delicious wine and the ladies who work here are the sweetest! One woman walked my elderly mother to the car with an umbrella in the freezing rain. We will continue to be regulars here!!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE’ I asked for gel nails they said no I told them no dip powder, they use dip powder. Asked for coffin coffin and almond shape. Not flush with the cuticle no arch... not even shaped smoothly bumpy with Dips.. $70 waisted will never go back!!

Came here despite bad reviews because I was pressed for time and knew I wouldn’t have another chance to get my nails done this week. I’m kicking myself for that decision. Pedicure was not terrible but I’ve had better. Paint wasn’t the neatest but I didn’t complain. Got a gel manicure and it’s barely been 24 hours and it’s already peeling around the edges. Very sloppy work. It was also dirty in the salon. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept recently and there was half eaten food sitting out on one of the pedicure chairs. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible experience. My nails have never broken this quick after getting my nails done at other places first time and last that i will be coming here. Someone who walked in after me was attended first .. ? And I had to keep asking them to check on my nails because they didn’t bother to ask or check about my nails while they were doing them. I got gel too ????? And they chipped after two days. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN this nail place is not the move.

I showed up at 7:15pm to get shellac done on my fingers, not realizing they close at 7:30pm. The ladies were EXTREMELY welcoming even though they closed in 15 minutes and she took her time with my nails. Its easily the best job anyone has ever done on my nails! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back!

Very good customer service as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted... the lady who did my toes and hands did an awesome job. I was just amazed with the customer service as I have never got good service before and expecting the same. I will recommend this place anyone and go back again. They did not make feel uncomfortable like other place and that is great service!!

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. I usually do not review places, but this experience was horrible. The salon was disgusting and it didn’t look like or smell like it had ever been cleaned. Who knows where my technicians tools were sanitized.When the service began, she immediately started hurting me and then acting like she didn’t understand when I squirmed or said “you are hurting me”. I then asked her to stop because she was going to make me bleed. She continued, I didn’t want to make a scene so I simply just asked her to polish my nails. She then asked if I wanted a hot towel or anything but all her tools looked so gross I just didn’t want to risk it. She then explained to me that she needed to be more aggressive because I had dead skin on my toes, but I told her that was fine, but she needed to be more gentle. I just wanted out of there. I work in a salon and understand customer service and also understand what it’s like to work for the public in that very same way. She didn’t care, the business owners don’t care, and people need to be warned. So disgusting and unprofessional. I never acted ugly or disrespectful. I just wanted out of there. I paid for my service, left her a tip and got out.

I love this nail salon. The ladies are very attentive and sweet. Linda is very talented! I show her a picture of a design I like, and she replicates it. The pedis are wonderful. The salon is VERY quiet and peaceful unlike many nearby salons. They do acrylic, gel AND powder dip as options. Try them out, tell Linda Lori sent you :)

Staff is really nice. They always asked if my nails are the way i liked. I dont understand the reviews posted. I really think that some of the reviews are posted due to irritation related in thier personal lives and just took it out on this salon. They were great to,my children as well.. Really great service. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was not a great experience. The man doing my nails cut me on four of my fingers and didn’t even apologize. I left with blood on my nails. To top it off, the purple that I chose turned gray the second day so now I’m left with a horrible color on my nails. I will not be going back here.

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I explained that I was growing my nails out from gels, so they are very thin. I like to keep they painted to give them some strength. I wanted just a cuticle trim and regular polish. The woman who did my manicure raced through the cuticle trimming, which is really what I wanted and needed. Cut me twice. Then she threw some lotion on my hands. No massage. I washed my hands and sat down. She broke out the grinder. I pulled my hands away and reminded her this was a regular manicure. She insisted it was necessary. I got up to leave and she gave in. She threw on the polish in record time. When I pointed out that she pushed one of my nails into the fan in her haste, she told me it was my fault. The polish was lumpy, all over my cuticles, not to the edge of my nails and dented in 2 places due to being shoved into the fan. It chipped in the shower the next morning. I am moving to Nashville next month and will never return to this place.

I love this place, I have been here several times and always come back. Prices are fair, work is great and they offer wine. I have also had my legs and eye brows waxed here. Love them.

I went to get a acrylic full set and my time and results were terrible. My nails aren’t the same size,my nails were horribly painted and the lady who did my nails acted like she didn’t want to do my nails. When I left I realized how bad she did my acrylic and the only reason why I didn’t ask for a refund is because the prices were so cheap. I’ll never go back to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. Theyre the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I got my nails done 07/31/19 and by 08/08/19 TWO of my nails were broken. I work at a desk filing paper work so they did not break because of things that ive done. As of 08/06/19 the 3rd nail is broken and my polish from my pedicure is chipping off. Not to mention they polish horribly.

I visited for the first time this week despite the bad reviews and it was not pleasant. The only positive is that it was done timely because they had no customers. She cut my cuticle and it bled the whole time I was getting my manicure done. It is now a sore and is still painful and looks to be infected most likely from here putting glue in it to stop the bleeding. The gel dip manicure was not horrible however compared to other places it is not the greatest and does not seem to be on as thick or all the way to the edge of the nail. I will not return. The young girl also told me to add zeros when I was putting in the tip which I am still not sure why I bothered to leave...

I stumbled upon this nail salon while in town for a work conference and was so excited to find a place open, with barely a wait, to get a mani and a pedi. I have been to several nail salons, and am very picky, so I was worried about some of the negative reviews that I had seen. However, if this place was in my town, I would be a regular. My gel nails still look fabulous, and its been a week and a half. And I havent had the usual trouble that I have where the gel peels off about a week in. Try this place, its really a great find!

She tried to pretend like it didnt happen at first, and still tried to give me a manicure. The prices here high and its a nice environment. I expected so much more. I would NOT recommend going here. For a first time experience, it sucked.

I’ve been here before and never had an issue. This time was very different. There were no customers when I walked in, and the woman in the front the was knitting or crotcheting, did my gel pedicure, and dip powder manicure. She looked like she hated being there, didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. She cut me 3 times, she didn’t even get all the old gel off my toes, and since I have terrible vision, I didn’t see that until I got home. My nails weren’t filed down evenly, and she put my dip powder on so thick, it looked like I had two sets up nails on. They were so chunky! And she barely filed them! So they were uneven! I had to go home and fix it myself, bc she pretended not know what I was saying. That’s was the worst $120 I have ever spent, and I walked out bleeding. Are you kidding me?! Never again.

My gel polish is peeling and has chipped off. The color is uneven and I asked for coffin shaped nails and did not get coffin. The polish itself is uneven and sloppily done. The shapes and sizes of my nails are different on each nail.

This place is super close to me and I was excited to give it a shot! I got a pedicure and every toe isn’t painted all the way. And noticibly so. I’d definitely go somewhere else for this price range.

Dont waste your time and money here. I have tried them 2 times now and am kicking myself for returning. The entire staff is extremely rude, horrible personalities. Both times that I went there, there was only one other customer in the whole place and it was completely silent except for the never-ending babble and arguing between staff members. They have several Tvs but never turn them on and the nail techs cant hold a conversation to save their lives. During my first visit, one male and 2 female staff members argued so intensely that I almost left because the situation got a little scary. Insanely high prices and VERY rude staff. DONT GO HERE!

I went to this establishment for a manicure and polish change (toes). I was there at least 15 minutes prior to being acknowledged. The tech who polished my toenails did not place the disposable split toe shoes on my feet prior to polishing. Upon finishing she got up and told me to go up front, where I proceeded barefoot. When she completed my manicure, she said thank you and walked away. She did not assist me in gathering my personal possessions, nor did she escort me to the uv light table. I had never experienced such horrible customer service here during previous visits. Unfortunately, today was the last time that I will pay for a service at the Orvelle Nail Bar.

I got a fill and pedicure less than a week ago. My toe nail polish started chipping on day 3. I have not been running or doing anything excessive to wear the polish should rub off. I was over charged! They were closing so I just paid. But after I got in the car I realized they charged me full price for new nails rather than a fill. I have come here once before 2 years ago and had the same issue. Tried to give them a second try, not worth your time/money.

Got a chrome job done 6 days ago, and three of my nails have already peeled entirely. The chrome was not applied to the tip of the nail, so it it looks chipped. They didn’t offer me a drink while there, and my chair was broken.

Please do not waste your money coming here!!!! It has taken me several weeks but I wanted to warn people about this place. The nail technicians are unfriendly and the manager was even rough with how she handled my feet and hands during the pedicure and manicure. My mom and I went together and overall both our experiences were horrible. Not only was the service terrible but the jobsdone on our nails were even worse. They did not use the correct polish for my gel nails, otherwise it wouldnt have been able to peel off without me knowing, the very next day!!!! I called to tell them that several of my gel nails had come off and they said, come in we fix it. Im never going back. If you want to waste yout money on lackluster service with a bad job done on your nails, then by all means to here.

Terrible experience. Got a pedicure and a full set.. the tech was talking on her personal cell phone while she did my pedicure. (She had the phone on speaker the entire time, very unprofessional) and rushed thru. The tech who did my acrylics was very rough and burned and cut my skin around my nails.

Absolutely love going to get my nails done here. The only problem Ive had is a couple of the employees speak very little to no english. However, this problem has always been quickly resolved by someone who could translate. But overall Ive never had to wait long (even without an appointment), the prices are great, the employees Ive reseved my mani/pedi from have all been excellent and they make sure Ive left satisfied. They also offer more than just nails. They do all different kinds of waxing as well and nail designs. The place is always clean. Ive never walked in and seen a station left dirty after a client. They have a selection of different soda, water and wine. They have done a great job at making a relaxing and worry free environment.

Awful, worst experience ive ever had, I read the reviews before I went and I wished I wouldnt have, they are not very nice, I only had her put acrylic over my real nails, not even a full set, and file them which she asked if I wanted them 2 nails shorter I told her yes to make them match the length of the others and she didnt touch them, I did not even get them painted with a clear coat and paid 55 dollars not to mention I left with debry all over my fingers and hands from having previous set of nails soaked off and still had to go home and file my nails even from being crooked on the ends, needless to say ive learned my lesson and will NEVER come back!!
