I was a little nervous to try this place due to the bad reviews but it was the closest to me so I figured Ill walk in, overall nice experience. Staff is very fun and friendly..to some maybe a little too friendly but nothing over the top. I would suggest maybe they play music or a movie its kinda weird just staring at people and your nails but overall my nails look great and my nail tech did a great job at making sure I was happy. My first nail experience in the area but think Ill try them again!

I know several people who go to this shop so I thought I would try it out. Well first of all the guy who did my nails cut me with the drill! And it was not a little cut it was very bad to the point it bleed for along time. For a second I thought I might need stitches. Then he puts glue on the cut then some green stuff not sure what it was. Went on doing my nails like it was nothing did not apologize or nothing. I asked if my nails are free and he said no its just a little cut. My nails are big and bulky and don t look good at all! He cut me with the file very rough on my hands and I will never go back! And I better not get an infection on the finger he cut! Horrible experience.

Honey, the husband does the eye lashes and the wife does the eyebrows. They are killing every one out here. Lines are out the door on weekends, so definitely go during the week. Some of the men workers get attitudes when you tell them u dont like something. (Only problem I have)

Ive been to this place 4 times now and Ive only had a DECENT experience 2 of those times. The men are too rough and rush to get to the next client without perfecting and inspecting their work before they send you to out the door. Ive been cut by a drill here, given the wrong nail set and have also been over charged for a color acrylic. I do not recommend them to anyone for nails pr pedicures maybe lashes or eyebrows.

I been going to Jennifer’s for years over 10 years. But for some reason they just feel they can be smart for no reason. I work to hard for my money to give it away for poor Customer service. Bauer just made them lose another customer. main reason why a lot of people in Nashville stop going.. I love u Kyle but I can’t with your worker!!! I will not tell nobody to go there I know where to send people to now!Bad service very bad service!!

I came from Gallatin to get my eyebrows done yesterday 2/15/19 in the rain. I come once a month because Kayla does them the perfect way for me. I called in advance the gentleman said it wasnt a long wait. 30 minutes later I arrive no others waiting. My ticket# I22. After 10 minutes another lady comes in and takes a ticket. 5 minutes later Kayla yells 36 the woman after me goes back. Confused I go back to ask how did they skip 22 and get to 36. Kayla you missed your turn I called it an hour ago! I said I just got here, you never called 22? She waved me away and said yes, I did go on the guy in the room took my ticket and said yes she did you missed it get another ticket! As rude as they were I refused to sink to their level so I went up front to the gentleman that was doing nails and had greeted me when I came in and pointed me to the tickets. I told him what happened he went back and told them I had just come in and pulled. The rude man from the back came up and said somebody mustve put the old ticket back in jokingly but never apologized. After a few minutes and wondering if I should stay I was called back. Kayla just seated me did my eyebrows yet again neither did she apologize for the mix up or the rude behavior. Monday is my birthday and I choose your establishment to be apart of my plans. As a consumer whether I spend $1.00 or $1k I like to know that my business is appreciated. I have referred friends and relatives and I understand that there may be individuals that may attempt scams however it is not fair or polite to stereotype all customers or races as fellow scammers. I appreciate the gentleman upfront and his courtesy to assist. So I will not condemn the entire shop for the 2 individuals rude behavior and I will return but although I am only 1 customer I am a loyal and good customer but I also have my limits. The best form of advertisement is word of mouth so you must be conscious of how you treat your customers because without us you have no business.

BEWAREThis place is awful. I wish I would have heeded the warnings from previous reviews before I came. I went in just to get my nails soaked off, I was expecting a long wait as it was a friday, but what I was not expecting was the nail tech to lazily go under my acrylic with a razor and cut off a chunk of my actual nail. It is very sizable and uncomfortable and now Im taking special care so that it does not get infected.They did not say thank you for my patronage, apologize for injuring me, or give me a receipt. Honestly if they would have, I would have reported them because I do not think they need to be in business.Idk why their reviews are so inflated on google Maps, but yelp has a more accurate score.Shame

I love how the did my lashes, it took a while to find someone. But the pregnant lady had a little attitude. I finished my lashes she wanted me to go ahead and pay, I’m like I might want something else, so I was just like forget it. Thenthe guy kept hollering stop blinking and crying, like hunny, you let someone but lashes on you and see if you don’t do the same. It is in a awful area there’s never any parking, you better get there first so you can get in and out. Besides that, I do want to get my nails and toes done there.

The staff has 0 customer service. I walked in wasnt greeted sat down for 10 minutes before anyone spoke 2 me. The woman who did my pedicure rushed it. Then after she rushed through my pedicure she proceeds 2 chop off all of my natural nails during my manicure. I will never understand how i left out the nail salon with worse nails than i went in with. I will never go back or encourage anyone else to spend their money here.

I dont understand stand if you pay 76 for some nails and they bumpy and after you take a shower they already starting to lyft around the edges the man was very rough my hands and the nails where horrible if you cant do these type of nails why attempt to it which are stilettos. Then all the workers talking about they so pretty.. girl never or will i ever go back to jennifer i wish Kayla and her husband start back doing nails they are the truth.. but them other nail techs or whatever you wanna call them are playing with people hands and money... GO BACK TO SCHOOL..

I had a horrible experience with Tom the nail technician. However, after talking with the owner, Vince he recitified the situation. Overall, this nail salon is great but unfortunately a couple of bad apples can prevent customers from returning.

Absolutely horrible! I went to get my eyebrows arched. First, they use a paper number oulling system that is not monitored. Customers were allowed to jump the line, customers received services that didnt have a number, and the eye brow lady was an hour late for her shift. Spa tech were hanging outside instead of providing a spa like experience for the customer. They were rude and unprofessional.Lastly after waiting 1 1/2 hours, I get in the chair and she rips off my eyebrow while Im telling her what I want. Wth!I said hi. She said hi. i lie in the chair, she asked if I wanted lashes too. I replied no, but I want my brows to be...she puts on wax quickly...I said I didnt tell you what I.... rip.The second worst customer service Ive ever had; Comcast would be first.

Love Jennifer Nail. My friends and I get regular pedicures, but dont like paying $40, like at the high end places. We have found it difficult to find a place that was both quality and affordable. We have been to a couple different hole in the wall places- either theyre super dirty, the nail techs dont care, or you can plan on waiting for an hour before you even get seated! Jennifer is none of those things! It is very busy, but mostly for people getting eyebrows and eyelashes, very little wait for nails and toes. They do a quality job, and the staff is very friendly.EDIT: Last couple times Ive been here, came in just as they were opening, and floors werent swept, trash not taken out, nail dust still on work stations. Major turn off. Not hard to touch up real quick, and by not doing this, got me questioning the cleanliness of the salon overall.
