Best nail salon in the Donelson area! I’ve been to many in the area but haven’t found one I like. All of the other salons don’t put any details.As soon as I walked in the door, Amy welcomed me with open arms. We had great conversations. She took her time and was very detailed!The staff at Li-En Nails are hardworking. Definitely worth the money!

The service is good and under new ownership. It is now Donaldson nails. But they have a problem with doing what you said. I want square nails but every time they make my nails round. When I say something they say I fix next time. No I want them fixed now. They they start talking to each other in there language. The place is clean but doesnt use the bathroom it smells horrible

I walked into the salon desparently needing a polish change on my toes. Julie, accepted me without a hassle! The salon staff was quite accepting to my service dog, Bailey as well. Im so grateful that they were located near the hotel. If I lived in the city, this would be my preferred place. Be sure to make an appt.

Horrible!!! if you like this place you should experience a real nail salon this place was a joke left my daughter nails peeling off less than 24 hours mine look like a $3.00 nails I could buy from dollargeneral. Never again, i will take my money to a salon that knows what and how to do nails

I told them I had to be somewhere and that I just needed a simple pedicure. They dont understand English and are very rough on the feet. This lady did a bunch of scrubs and massages I didnt ask for, so I thought it was included. At the end they charged more then double of the listed price for what I had asked for and the water was boiling.

Wasnt very happy with the experience and Im not usually very picky when it comes to nail salons. I waited for almost an hour and a half with acetone soaking on my nails while they attended other clients (was told it would be 15 mins). I got a dip and the end result were nails that were longer on one hand vs the other and had a bumpy texture. Looks like I did a bad job at home vs going to the salon.

I was already hesitant coming here because of the reviews but I gave it try since it’s near the airport and I am waiting on my sisters arrival. The service was unbelievable I had to laugh. I waited for someone to start on my pedi while 3 available employees walked around freely. When the unavailable employee finished with a full set she finally started in my pedicure. About 10-15 minutes in another customers comes in and she leaves my pedicure to service the other customer. Now all of a sudden one of the available employees came to finish my pedicure that could have been started 30 minutes prior. The condition of this place does not allow for poor service we already have to put up with the leaking sewer smell behind the pedicure chairs! Not to mention so much more unsanitary things I’ve witnessed!!!

My fiancé and I were staying in Nashville for a few days and decided to treat ourselves to pedicures. This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They paid attention to detail and definitely pampered us beyond what I’m accustomed to. I would definitely visit again if I’m ever in the area again

I am in town for business and decided to go to a place near my hotel to get my nails done. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed (plenty of time for a dip manicure) but the woman was clearly unhappy with me for making her stay. She made comments about wanting to go home and was rushing through the whole thing. When it was over, I had polish all over my fingers. I couldve done a better job myself. She had her coat on before my nails were even dry...ready to walk out the door. Certainly not worth the price. I wouldnt recommend.

It was my first time coming to this place a couple of weeks ago and I must say my nails still looking great. That’s why I’m leaving this comment here to say how great this place is! The customer service was wonderful and I enjoyed my pedicure and my nails was done wonderfully and I was super happy about it! I would Definitely recommend anyone to come here since I was satisfy with the results and my money was well spent.

I was all excited to go and get my nails done especially being almost 41 weeks pregnant. All I wanted was a foot massage and I never even got one even thought I had asked for the pedicure that included 10 extra minutes of a foot massage. She then tried charging me as if I had received one. It was also dirty. Will not be returning.

They cut me in 3 different places, a day later my gel nails are peeling. The old lady was very rude and rushed, $130 for shellac(no length), moms nails have are bubbles and the wrong shape, and mine are just awful.

I asked for color nails and as soon as more people came in, he just said you get color next time .... Didnt even have me wash my hands had powder all over my hands ...

First of all... if you get it wrong the first time you don’t blame the customer and say “it was a lesson for you to learn” 2nd you don’t charge more than half of what you charged the 1st time the after the customer comes back because you messed up in 1st place. I don’t recommend this place. I know a lot of people on here do but in my own personal experience it was horrible & now I have to go somewhere else because she done messed up my nails twice!

I haven’t been able to get my nails done for the longest time due to the stay at home order. And, I’m glad that I was able to get a pedicure and dips on my nails at Li-En nails and the service was absolutely amazing. This place took very good care of me and they have implemented some changes that keep the customers safe. So, I felt at ease getting my nails done here! Tina was the lady who did my nails and they looks great. I got Dips for my nails and the deluxe pedicure was great as my feet felt brand new!!! I would totally recommend anyone to come here because they do take safety precaution seriously.

I recently discovered this place in the midst of COVKD-19. The place is so clean and they taking care of their customers very well. I was able to enjoy my pedicures and have my nails dip and they turn out amazing. The pedicure felt great since I haven’t gotten my feet done on the longest time. Recently traveled to the Nashville area and was able to stop by here to get my nails done! And this place was amazing! They had a lot of dips color choices in their selection and the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. I will recommend this place to anyone and if they happen to travel to this area!

I just moved here recently and found this great nail salon. The owner is very nice and they made me very happy. I had to asked for their business card so that I can recommend my new coworkers to come here. My nails looks so great, and I had an amazing pedicure. Definitely coming back to this place.

I had a many and pedi with two different attendants.Pedicure: the attendant was kind and he did a wonderful job, took his time, communicated clearly, and followed my social cues when it came to chit chat. There is room for improvement when it comes to the shellac application.Manicure: the gel overlay was crudely shaped. The shellac was layered on thick and the application was messy. I provided her with feedback, she took it very well, however it was not worth sitting through another hour to change them.Overcommunication is key here!

I recently went to this nail salon and they did a great job with my nails! It turned out very nice and I think its kind of relaxing to get my nails done since I havent been able to get them done for the longest time. The owner here is very nice and they have a steady flow of customers. So I didnt have to wait for so long. I would recommend anyone to come here and get their nails done.

I am so picky about nails salons so it was nice this one was so close. The staff is nice and accommodating. I wish they would let you soak off your previous dip or gel instead they wrap your nails and drill rewrap and drill some more until everything is off. This is problematic when you already have a thin nail plate such as myself. They have plenty of color options for both dip powder and gel, I get powder on my hands and gel on my feet. They do not use a new nail file, buffer and pumice bar with each customer. I know its costly however its more sanitary as well I took off a star for that. The cuticle work is awful, she used the e-file with probably the wrong bit however she would shred them every time, took a star off. Ill try everything once maybe twice if something went wrong the first time, wont be back.

Highly recommend this place! It was my first time here and I checked it out as a walk-in based on previous reviews . The nail tech was very focused, straight to the point and checked with me to make sure I was agreeable to how short my nails looked, the color looked, etc. there was huge attention to detail. Also they used sterile Instruments in sterile packaging that I was able to see (smiley)This is my new go-to!Ive been to other nail salons in Peoria and have found this to be my new favorite. Prices are very competitive to other salons in the area. Really reasonable prices . Very clean, polite, great color selections available too. You wont be disappointed!💕

I was very dissatisfied with my nails. First, I was charged extra for the shaping of my nails and still did not get the shape of the nails that I wanted to. I expressed this several times to the nail tech and the issue still was not corrected. My nails are super thin, I had to ask for her to apply more acrylic because as she was filing with the drill it would burn like crazy. My nails are not the same length. She cut me SEVERAL times with the nail drill. Even after showing the nail tech the issues she dismissed my concerns but was eager to recieve payment. $85 dollars down the drain ! DO NOT GO HERE

I love this nail salon and I believe it is one of the best in the area because they always provide great service with a decent price tag for their services. I like the lady name Tina. I absolutely love this nail spot! . I decided to venture out just a bit further and found this golden Gem!! Li-En Nails staff do a wonderful job making you feel right at home, always friendly and wanting to engage in conversation. Every single staff member does a wonderful job on nails, as i have had almost all of them going there for the last few months!! I recommend the powder dip with the collagen on your feet!! By far the BEST nail spa and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!

I like getting my nails done with powder acrylic, but there was only about 10 options, so I picked one I’m not super in love with. Plus I left with at least 3 cuts from the drill (you can see one starting to scab on my ring finger). Also, when I asked for coffin shape, she somewhat rudely informed me that if I want coffin, I’ll pay more. I’ve never been anywhere that doesn’t let you choose a shape when you’re getting a full set. Won’t be back.

I have gotten my nails done here recently and it was a wonderful experience. I love the result and how my nails turn out. Tina did amazing job on my nails. Everyone here is very nice and I love the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone considering the price is so cheap and they did a great job.

I have recently moved to this area for a job from California and I must say I’m very lucky to find this place. The owner is very nice and her name is Tina. My nails look absolutely GORGEOUS AND I LOVE IT. I would come back here regularly, because the prices are pretty decent. Comparing to California where I came from. And, I’m pretty picky about my nails too but, she did it exactly the way I wanted it to be. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling or just moved to this area. 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻

I love Lien-Nails and I can’t say enough of the many great things that this place has offer to their customers. I’m a regular customer here and I have visited this place so frequently since 5 years ago. All their nail techs are friendly and willing to take their time on me. Even when they are busy. That’s what I like most about this place, because of their customer service and they are willing to try their best to satisfy their customers. I would Recommend this place to anyone if you haven’t figure out where you should get your nails done.

Before the end of the day, I had a broken nail and didnt do anything to break it. The tips dont fit my nails. The guy who did my nails was extremely pleasant. $30 acrylic set and a $10 value. Yeah, Tina is kinda nice. But, shes not a fan of diversity. Just my two cents. I attached photos. My nails were done less than 48 hours ago and they look a week old.

I went to Li - Nails for a pedicure, the young lady Fabiola did an excellent job, she was very professional, nice and really knew what she was doing. I have had several pedis over the years but I think one was probably the best one of them all. So big shout out to Fabiola . I recommend this place.

I loved Li-En Nail! I got a dip and a pedicure. They have so many dip colors to choose from and even have about 2000 colors that are available in dip, gel, and polish so you can match your nails and toes! I just moved here and I am very picky when picking a nail place so I have been searching for a place that meets my standards. Fountain Li-En Nail definitely meets my standards; it is very clean, the staff was friendly, and even the music was relaxing!

Ms. Tina who runs his shop is always professional, friendly, and up to date on the late polish trends. This shop has a wide variety of polishes and dips. They also offer very clean eyebrow waxing other waxing. I love coming here. Their new points system is an added bonus.

This nail salon is one of the best that I visited. I traveled to a lot of city due to my job. I came here during the new year and the service was great even though they were busy! The girl who did my nails and toes took her time and asked if to get an alcohol drink to relax. I got the Deluxe pedicure and she massaged me for at least 30 minutes or longer. My job required a lot of standing, so after the massages, I totally felt refresh and relaxed.

This is a great spa. The service was fantastic and the result were perfect. It was easy to park and I did not have to wait. I will Be returning here as a regular customer.

My new “go to” nail salon! I recently moved to the Nashville area and was struggling to find a nail salon that consistently did a great job. I manage a hotel in the area and asked one of our guests where she got her nails done (they looked fantastic) she told me Li en nails on Donelson pike. I went the next day and Tina did a fantastic job on my nails. I just went back for a fill. I felt bad because I walked in at almost closing time but they made me feel so welcome. Tina did my nails again and again they look great! They offered me a pedicure (much needed)that they did while I had my nails done! I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and so pleased with my nails and pedicure. Tina even walked me to my car carrying my boots to assure I wouldn’t mess up my nails!!

Happy, loyal customer here! I found this salon one evening after getting off work. I love that they are open later than most salons. Once walking in, Tina was extremely friendly and even asked my name. The customer service is great. The color selection is awesome. Ive been a regular customer here since April and always get shellac manicures and have gotten a few pedicures and always been happy. The shellac lasts for up to 3 weeks, never peels up, and keeps it shine. Andy does a great job on shellac manicures, although Ive had several different people. This location is a little far from my house but I make the special trip just because its worth it.

I treated myself to a pedicure and i feel got ripped off! I understand everything has increased in price so I was open minded to spend a lil extra. I upgraded to a $45 pedicure just to get Lavender salt pour in the basin. After it was all said and done I go to pay my bill and the lady says $65 FOR WHAT??? She pulls that since i got gel nails on my toes (granted I was never told the difference and just handed a polish wheel with im assuming only gel polish) that its an extra $20. She could tell i was upset and felt took advantage of and didnt ask if there was another alternative. I payed the bill and will never be back!

They have a where you sit . Very nice facilities. Great treatment. There are many deluxe pedicure to choose from to lavender and you will get pampered here! Soothing environment also.🌱🎄🦅😀😀🌾

I’ve been a couple of times. The staff is super nice and they do a great job. Usually my cuticles bleed when they’re cut, but I’ve never had that happen here. They take care to make sure everything is done right the first time. Love it.

I really tried to give this place a chance, good pedicure but hand nails another story. I tried on more than one occasion and my nails were mediocre at best. I asked for coffin but got misshapen nails. They cant do most nail designs or techniques, the lady with the short hair can only do simple basic nails. Gel was sloppy and all over my skin.$65 for ugly nails, thanks a lot!

I couldnt be more pleased with Li-En Nails. The wait was quite a while this past Saturday but they were down 5 or 6 people due to a family reunion and a couple people just leaving for college. They let me sit in the spa chair and offered me a drink while I waited. They go by number in line here so dont come in expecting to jump everyone waiting for a pedicure just because you arent wanting only a manicure. The spa chairs were fantastic, I received a nice long arm and leg massage with my manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so friendly. Even better was the cost; my total was $42. Also, ask for the reward points. You get a point for every dollar you spend and get $10 off you visit after you reach 300 points.

I love getting pedicures and not having to talk the whole time. They did a great job here. My toes look amazing. Go. Do it. Its worth it.

Will NEVER return to Lien nails. I had a terrible experience with the owner, Tina months ago and decided not to do business there anymore. (I’ve been going to Snappy Nails instead), fast forward to today, I had two nails I needed repaired & snappy nails was really busy so I resorted to Lien since it was just two nails and I knew they do the dip powder. I got Tina again and she was very rude, dismissive, and treated me like a bother, just like my previous experience. I confirmed on the phone that they had matte top coat before I even went there, and again once I got there after she was almost done repairing my nails, she stated that she was doing a shiny topcoat because she couldn’t find the matte (mind you, the rest of my nails are matte and I asked twice if they could do matte). After several awkward minutes and her rolling her eyes and she sighing multiple times, she actually looked for and found the topcoat. She did a horrible job on my nails, they’re bumpy and uneven. But my main issue is her treatment of customers. I always do my best to be aware of how I treat others, especially in the service industries and was extremely polite to her both times and was treated horribly on both occasions for no reason, so I assume I was not an isolated occurrence. I do not respect a business owner who treats customers so rudely and refuse to spend any more money with businesses like that. I felt insulted and disrespected and will never do business with Tina or lien nails again.

Ive always had a great experience here. I love my nails every time I leave this place and never have any complaints! I very highly recommend this place as a great place to go and relax and get your nails done. I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to my nails and I actually think that they do a phenomenal job! Not only are they super fast, but they actually do a damn good job at the same time! The workers are really friendly and will pursue a conversation with you if you seem like you would like to converse, but they can also sense when you just want to sit there and get your nails done in peace and I really like that about them. Sometimes I just want to get my nails done and check up on my emails or something and not have to worry about being rude to my nail technician! I can definitely do that here.

Left bleeding, not the first time. Was told I would receive a discount, but I think it was only for $5.00 as the total came to $45 for gel with tips. I asked for round shape, Tina said square looks better, okay fine thats your opinion I want round. My 10 yr old daughter and I have visited this establishment multiple times and spent a lot of money here. Thank God she was not with me tonight as for some reason her father was brought up who I explained recently passed. Tina kept pressing with questions until I finally said I dont want to talk about it I just want my nails done. I couldnt get myself together and proceeded to cry the entire time while she finished my nails. Tina tried to give me a gift certificate but as I explained to her I will not be back...ever.Side note: I have been disappointed by basically all of the nail salons in Donelson, if anyone has any recommendations I am looking and Im willing to travel. I promise Im not that picky I just dont want to leave with a flesh wound or be asked about my personal life.

My gel manicure came off in less than 7 days.My toes were so poorly painted I had to come back the next day only for them to paint them a completely different color. They did not tell me they couldn’t find the color I used the day before. They were pretty rude about the entire situation. Will never go back.

I was in Nashville for business. This was close to the hotel. It was clean and sanitary. They were friendly and welcoming. Did a nice job on my pedicure. Cost was only $35 for deluxe. Better than usual massage chairs in Texas. The shopping center was old but this was a great place.

I have been going to this nail salon regularly for the past few years. I was told that the owner have changed and was a little bit cautious about getting my nails done by new people at first. The new owners did fix up the salon nicely. They have new pedicure chairs, serve new drinks, and also have many kinds of pedicures to choose from. I got gel manicure, and gel pedicures done and was very satisfied with the service. I will come again. The nail salon has changed for the better for sure. They are also very nice people. I especially like their pedicure menu with so many options to choose from. If you guys are looking for a nice treat. I would totally recommend this place.

First time here. Did not hardly speak to me. Massaged my hands only.. and for about 10 seconds each. My hot towel was COLD. Then they switched people in the middle of it. I didnt want to tip.. but they stand there and wait for you to put it on the slip as you sign. $2. Never going back.

Tina gave my husband a manicure and Michael gave me a pedicure. Both were awesome. Li-En Nails is the best nail salon in the Donelson/Nashville Airport area! I highly recommend asking for Tina when you go there. She is incredibly nice, works quickly, and does amazing nails! She is the best there is when it comes to Nails!

I came here on a whim my feet were worn out and tired from working on concrete floors. Tina was looking beautiful in her yellow sunshine colored shirt and warm smile. Maya did my pedicure she was great and a true Nepalese beauty that grated all the Parmesan off my feet and trimmed my bear claw looking toenails. It is a warm friendly atmosphere with reasonable prices.

Service is always excellent and fast. Manicures and pedicures are relaxing and professional. Waxing services are private and well done. Shop is immaculate.
