Do not come here I went here twice and didn’t get the service I can’t for and paid for full price. Both times I made it clear the service I needed provided and didn’t get a refund either time l. I shouldn’t known not to come bank here again .

I purchased a 55$ premium car wash and I found out that they offer a free wash if you get an oil change. The front desk lady was very helpful and offered me a refund for the difference or a voucher for a free wash. I’ll definitely come back.

This is my go to carwash in the area. They have a wide range of options. I always get the basic which is just under $20. Theyre efficient and provide a pretty thorough cleaning/wash. It can be busy, but the last time I was there I pulled right up and was out of there in less than 15 mins. They offer oil changes too but havent had that service yet.

After an oil change - my car broke down a couple hundred miles later. When brought to my mechanic, the mechanic said the quality of the oil was bad. Diamond, why are you asking me what kind of oil I want in the truck?! Please pour the oil that the truck needs and stop asking your customers what kind of oil they want. No one knows what kind of oil they need, which is why we bring our cars to you. Please make sure youre putting the correct oil in peoples vehicles - stop asking us and do your own research - its why we pay you in the first place.

Beware when getting the “ Free car wash with oil change” I got an oil change and while paying the cashier tells me it’s $71 dollars, I go ahead and pay then one of the employees comes with the oil receipt she says “ I didn’t know you were getting an oil change” so she proceeds to tell me it’s more $86 so I asked to get the $70 refunded that way I’ll pay the $86 .. she agreed . I left the establishment assure I was going to get a refund. It’s been a month no refund and when I called they said well the best we can do it’s a free car wash . So unprofessional I will not be returning to do business with them

You Pay for what you get and this place has the best car wash in the entire area. Quality wash with a quality staff. I dont have to retouch my car after it leaves its place.

What kind of vacuuming is this

The car wash wasn’t too expensive but for the work that was put in at the beginning and end of the car wash I was disappointed. There were streaks and dirt spots all over the car. Some areas where the machines would have a hard time accessing were left completely dirty. I paid for the interior and they did a very minimal job. But overall it was enough for me to not be upset. It looked fine.

This review is for the bigger one out of the 2. Way overpriced and the boss gave me a different price than the amount on the paper. They claimed that if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned, its $75 but the paper said $50. Its clear that they are pocketing money and the service is horrible. Plus, no one understood English and not working legally. Never ever again! TERRIBLE!

Look no further! There is no better place to bring your car. My 2004 Toyota looks brand new. Sparkling clean inside and out, they cleaned up my dogs fur, they cleaned the winter salt under the chassis. Deeply impressed.

My car’s interior has not been this clean since we bought it. It may seem slightly expensive, but is definitely worth it. Took about 45 min for total cleaning of my 7 year poorly cared for interior Honda Fit.

Absolutely horrible customer treatment and service. Just a couple of hours ago my Father took my Chevrolet Avalanche for a regular oil change as I needed the car for work. They then ignored the request and put synthetic. My Father was quick to notice this and politely asked for them to change it. Instead of changing it they started to get irritated and began to scream at him for not supposedly not specifying what he wanted. So my father called me about the situation I then began to speak calmly to them asking if they could please change it. They began to yell and get agitated at me as well. I would not recommend this establishment as they do not respect their customers nor do they put effort into their job. Many times in the past I have come here for a wash and always found spots that were still unwashed. Overall horrible treatment to customers is unappreciated by most everyone and I suggest you spend your money somewhere in which they will do the correct job.

They get the oil change done quickly and well.. they will try to up charge you on a $50 air filter that is a $10 service...Also the car wash does a pretty good job, but they were kinda lazy about getting the soap out of the flat bed of my truck...nothing that would make me go to another oil change/car wash joint... but not highly recommending it as well...

Ive been going here for years but wont be anymore. Took the car for an oil change yesterday and they tried telling me my battery was dying as the charge is half of what it should be. Then they tried to sell me a new battery which I declined. I went home and checked it with my multimeter and it was perfect.

My whole family gets all there car washes/oil changes here for years . I personally would drive from CT because my family insisted they were the best. I had an oil change on my 2008 Yukon . Which the gentlemen never changed the oil or filter . My vehicle oil light, check engine kept going on For two days. I finally dropped it off to a mechanic who tried everything and replaced even the sensors just to make sure . The vehicle continued to act up. Finally he checked the oil and it was completely black and thick and filter was so filthy like it was never changed . I watched the mechanic change the oil & filter. The vehicle ran absolutely perfect! I personally drove to speak with the manager. I Explained my situation and that I wanted to speak to the gentleman that did my oil change. He no longer works there. The manager insisted that they would never do shut a thing and took down my information to call me back with more information. Clearly my oil was not changed and it could have seized my engine completely. I was at “Dipin car wash” twice, both times for an oil change . Apparently my mechanic said they never did the oil change and filter both times that is why my oil was the way it was . I paid 194.00$ total. I never received a call from the manager. I called again a week later only to have him tell me they can’t help me . The window sticker showed I have plenty of miles before my next oil change. I had my mechanic change my oil & hfilter because they never did. I am furious with this car wash and will never visit them again. Neither will my family. I hope no one expiences this .

Typically I get my car washed with basics. This time I went with the full service $49 detail wash and clean inside with floor matts. Took about 15 minutes on a slow day. Very curtious crew. Did a great job in getting my car cleaned and shiny like it was new. I have to point out it was a slow day. No one in front of me. Think that had to do with the guys taking their time cleaning inside. None the less, they did a great job.

Never had any problems with this place. Been coming here since they opened.... But today..... 7/11/19 what a experience. I wasnt aware that a vehicle with 52000 miles is considered high mileage which of course you get charged extra for. I needed a new cabin filter $35 !!!?? No thank you. The lady at the payment desk was on her phone the entire time and i must have interrupted her cause she wasnt the most pleasant. She even burped in my face as i was paying. I mean at least turn your head or apologize. After the oil change I went to get my car washed... They did a decent job except I guess they dont vacuum under the floor mats? And when the guys were drying the car down. I guess the attendant has never seen a standard honda crv before because he was trying to open the trunk by pulling on my backup camera..... After being a long time customer with different cars throughout the years. The time has come to move on.

So my daughter says to me should an oil change cost 103 dollars? They told her that as a standard part of the oil change they have to change a number of filters and hers were so dirty as to make it imperative. These are cabin filter and engine air filter. The car had been serviced for the same thing 3300 miles earlier. When I challenged them on it later they told me that since my daughter was not there to confront she lies. Actions speak louder than words. I have used them and sent friends and family there since 1992. Having met the current staff this way I will never use them again and ask all others to think before they support their business any longer.

This place is terrible! They always tried to up-sell me on the more expensive wash and I have noticed scratches on my bumpers. And now they left a big scratch on the inside of my windshield. Avaiod this car wash!

Used to take my suburban there for oil changes, and despite my requesting they use synthetic oil every time i went there, the last time I noticed them using regular oil. When I pointed this out to them, they proceeded to point out that every time I had gone there prior, they had used regular oil as their defense. NEVER use them for anything other than car washes.

A clean and friendly place that also does minor Services on your car. My only complaint is at the end of the wash your vehicle (mine is an SUV) is on a ramp and when you put it in drive it feels as if the transmission is going to break.

Definitely the worst service, a very bad attention from the employees, poorly educated and uneducated, they made fun of my vehicle because I reported that a part was missing, they evaded responsibilities and there is no person in charge to answer. So far I am on the site and what they tell me is that my car entered without that part and incidentally they damaged a seat of the vehicle they do not want to respond. I do not recommend this site ...
