I like the Manager. LaShonda is very friendly.She is very professional and has a beautiful smile when she see you. She is supportive and her staff also. They are very nice and helpful when I come in office. The maintenance department always help me when I ask or they will offer support. Great team!!!

I would like to thank Carla Bell personally & the entire staff. Ms. Bell goes above & beyond for her tenants. Her customer service skills is exceptional, she is vey friendly & out going. Waited 2 months on leaks to get fixed and still nothing ! Everytime I go in the office I have to do another maintenance work order because they act like they never got the first one ! Nantes was everywhere all in my fridge and on top of that I was approved for one thing and was giving the opposite of what I applied for ! Girl down stairs wall had to fall through cause a leak got so bad in they finally fixed that but nothing else told me they didn’t have roach problems but roaches was in my wash room and i had to treat my apartment for myself ! I wouldn’t recommend this plane unless you just like living in filthy ways ! Window got busted in my car by the man cutting grass the man got smart walked away in I told the office they said it was nothing they could do as well !

Horrible living experience. Front office horrible maintenance terrible wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person ! First week in was in the dark cause they wouldn’t look at my breaker box been months waiting on maintenance to look at AC in 90 degree weather an the corporate office ain’t no better so you see where the front office gets it. Any future potential renters don’t be no damn fool !!!

They only care about the rent money maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing my window was boarded up for 6 months air conditioner went out they still haven’t fixed it they don’t respond to emergency calls they don’t even have a corporate number to call so you can’t report them poor management very poor maintenance

Never move in the field one center.They don’t care anything about the apartment get fix. All they care about is there rent money get paid on time. It took them 1 whole year to fix my shower and then when they fix it was still messed up. When you go to the office they never open like today they didn’t open till 12 o’clock. Then she close and she won’t be open back up again until 4. It is a horrible place to stay

The women in the office always have an attitude. They wont even hear the entirety of the problem before giving a sassy and irrelevant response.

Do not rent at this place if u like professionalisms and courtesy, an unfortunate event happen this morning, 6/2/2016 there was a fire that claimed a WHOLE apartment building and since their were only 4 units available we were told since our apartment didnt have as much damage as other apartments there were no accommodations of any kind that could be made for us. We were also told that we had to venture out on our own and move out within an before Saturday which is in 1 day.

BridgeCroft apartment deserve zero stars..Poor community security. They dont fix nothing in your apartment, if they do fix it they half way fix it...they will move you in a unfinished apartment but want rent at the end of the month...Poor communication and they dont inform you of nothing...just a bunch of African Ameticans working in a office together that treat their own kind like they dont deserve to stay in a decent place...Im so done with this community. .I recommend no one to move to this apartment even if its temporary...I been there for only for 2 months and Im already having problems when it comes to maintenance and my safety..very unsafe community to live it...dont waste your time or money

This place sucks, nothing is never fixed, yet they always want Rent on time.. I have grasa growing under my sink, my AC never works, it always floods in here, water is running from venta etc. . It is horrible here.

I have currently been living at Bridgekroft for the last 7 years. The first 2 years was fine. Its quiet for the most part and the neighbors are friendly. There are a lot of places to eat at in the area. But with that being said, there are issues with the property itself along with the property management company and the staff. Not only has the property been exchanged & bought out 3 times within the last 4 years but the grounds are not kept up nicely, nor the apartments themselves. It takes FOREVER for maintenance to come fix an issue and the staff within the office constantly lie to you about when they will get an issue handled for you. They seem nice, but in actuality when they have to deal with a serious matter, they could care less about the tenants convenience. Then they have the audacity to raise the rent every year claiming that its the market value price, but not providing market value service & apartments. I had an incident happen 1/1/17 where my apartment was shot into by a ricocheted bullet. It came thru my sliding glass door. It took maintenance 3 days to fix it. I had to leave the apartment during that time, its was a mess. On 3/13/17, they finally fixed the bullet hole in my wall where the bullet was lodged within. That is unacceptable. Also, the schools in the area are not that great either. I am currently now finding somewhere else to stay. This is an o.k. place for someone, living alone, whos just starting out but if you have children, a spouse, etc. these are NOT the apartments for you!

Its a bad place to live my gf got her tag taken off her car and Cadillac converter off her car and the management aint do a damn thing the security office is awful he will not look out for your stuff i was there for almost a year it is the biggest mistake i ever made they will towed your car with out telling you

Office does not open on time almost never and closes early need professional support to keep business moving this is not considered of other peoples time business hours posted at 8am til 5pm its currently 1022am its still not open where are the oweners they are out of reach to the people that lives in their apartments....really ridiculous
