We applied for a 3 bedroom online and we went for a tour the next day and they were saying they are only doing virtual tours, it didnt say that on line. Not only that when we went in the were saying they didnt have any three bedrooms left, now its like we wasted our money because we need a three bedroom and we could have applied somewhere else!!!

I havent been here a month yet, but I love it here. Anthos @Bellmont is a neat, professional, and quiet environment. The staff is very considerate and professional as well. When I first moved in they gave me a welcome package with cleaning supplies which I thought was so thoughtful and sweet. So far my stay here has been very comfortable and lovely. ❤🙌🏾

Where I stay in the front sometimes its quite other times its people with there music. I cant stand it here because of all the weed I smell through my vents on a daily and nightly occasion.

This is the BEST apartment complex to live at, been here a full year in April and I am excited to get to two years! I absolutely love my apartment and Miss Iris and her team are a joy and Im very happy to be apart of their community! Would recommend this apartment complex. Everyone who comes to my apartment are always amazed at how it looks.

Don’t even waste your time on this place. Trash is everywhere, staff is no help at all, and they don’t care nun about there residents. Worst experience of my life staying here. Make sure you keep everything in writing because staff will lie quick on you. If you have any sense just move on to the next apt because you will end of paying these people after you want to leave the apt.

I would advise anyone who is looking to rent here to reconsider. Heres why: I have been renting with this company for about half a year now. Their appliance located within my apartment stop working properly and caused my bill to skyrocket. After reporting the issue Anthos at Belmont is refusing to fix the problem instead they told me to pay for it. I went as far as to read the lease in detail and found that I was protected by their lease and this company still refuses to pay for the damages caused by this issue. DO NOT RENT FROM ANTHOS AT BELMONT THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE TO TENANTS CONCERNS! EMAIL ME FOR MORE INFO ON MY CASE

I have a similar experience. I moved out of there in March 29 2016 with absolutely nothing in the apartment it was completely clean and spotless and $0 dollar balance. 5 months later with NO call from the property I was sent a collection bill over 1300 dollars!!! I had all of my receipts from rent payment so I was shocked! I called and they told me a few things of a door that was bent (when I got there and we both checked on the initial sheet) and some trash. I informed her about the door and asked her that I accumulated 1300 worth of trash??!! Not possible! She asked did I take pictures and I did not. Ive had GREAT renters history in the past 7 years and Ive NEVER experienced such an experience before now! Now when I called to get a copy of the damages and expenses, no one will answer the phone! This has to be a scam!!!

Im a college student and been living here a year, quiet, nice place to live. I love it and the staff. Staff treats you like family.

UPDATE***Been here 6 months and everything still good. Havent had any problems..safe, clean, and communication great. Had minor maintenance issue and they came at 9 that night literally 5 mins after I called.So far so good! I moved in a few days ago and the whole process has been smooth. Everything was nice and clean. The communication among the staff is great and Markita helped me move in with no problems. The minor issues i had at move in were quickly fixed the same day with a note from maintenance letting me know everything he fixed. Ive stayed at a couple of bad places and this by far is the best experience Ive had. Will update my review in a few months...

Constant noise complaints, the subcontractors got overspray white paint all over my black vehicle causing $500 in damage, now currently fighting over 3 non working (never did) lightbulbs for the security deposit in excess of $25... smh

Before you move out make sure you take pictures. Even take pictures when you move in so that you can prove that the problem was there before you moved in, because they will charge you for things that you did not do when you move out. They even charge you $55, if your carpet is clean because according to the lady they have to get it ready for the next person that is going to move in, even though the carpet is clean with no damages. Then they charge you for trash removal when there isnt any trash in the apartment that was $100, I know there wasnt trash because I made sure because I wanted my deposit back. After they say they found and had to do stuff to fix the apartment I owed them $137.

Quite, multicultural, good people, 24/7 security, excellent maintenance service, awesome customer services from staff members, and across the street from a precinct, Urgent care clinic down the McGhee street approximately a mile, technical high school in the process of being built across the street. Awesome area for an affordable price and great referral program and early bird specials!

This place is horrible!! My apt has flooded 9 damn times and all they do is come in with a broke down shop vac and get up the standing water. My ceiling carpet and my contents are soak and wet they place no drying equip neither did they clean up. They left it wet and its been this way for 5 days now!!! Lound music at night, all times of night!!! Im sickuuuuuudddd!!😡😡😡😡

These apartments are a terrible place to rent from and let me tell you why... I am a college student and my roommate and I thought these apartments were nice and affordable. When we first signed our lease things were going well except for minor maintenance issues. Fast forward to recently, things have gotten terrible! All of the horror stories I have seen were starting to happen to us. 1. Our AC unit kept going out EVERY SINGLE DAY and every single day maintenance would come by and fix it. It would start back working while they were there but hours after they left it would be broken again. Our apartment got up to 90 degrees and this is during the summer time. That is inhumane and no one should have to attempt to sleep that way. The leasing office offered no help, no AC window unit, no fans, no temporary unit, nothing. They did promise to take money off of our July bill, which never happened. The AC unit was out over 3 weeks and when I complained all ANJI (the manager) could do was say Oh, I am so sorry but still not offer a solution even after I said we had no fans or anything. The phone call ended up with her hanging up in my face (because I used vulgar language, due to her lack of help and empathy). 2. Our lease was up on the 23rd of July but like any other apartments I was told upon signing the lease that we would only pay for the 23 days and not the entire month. Of course when July comes around, they say that is not true, and you must pay for the entire month unless you move out between the 1st-5th of the month. So someone whose lease is up on the 6th (or 23rd) has to pay a full months rent? Thats BS! Especially when I was told otherwise. Also, now they do not recall ever telling my roommate and I that money would be taken off of Julys rent due to the AC being out for almost an entire month. 3. The ceiling in my bathroom begin the fall through and maintenance claimed they could do nothing about it. Therefore, when it rained it leaked in my bathtub. 4. July comes and we receive an eviction notice letting us know that we have to move out within seven days due to our rent not being paid, although, it had not even reached the late deadline and one half was already paid. My roommate and I were STILL paying full months rent even though our lease is up on the 23rd and should have been prorated, even though they NEVER took off the money for us having no AC, and even with BS charges they made up on our account. At this point, were pissed because I have rented from multiple places in Montgomery and my renters history was superb and this just ruined it. I called FOUR times and they finally pick up and said there was nothing they could do and refused to give me my money back that I had already paid for the month. They claimed it had already been deposited but it had not because it showed no reflection of it online and they supposedly update it online before going to the bank. 5. One last thing, they are under new management and was recently bought out by ANTHOS and they will blame everything on that. For example, one lady told me my old lease was voided because they are under new management. My lease should not be affected by that since I signed a contract for 12 months. Markita in the leasing office was the best they had but I guess they ran her off. Overall, STAY VERY FAR from this property and rent somewhere if at all possible. The maintenance men hardly know what they are doing and the women in the office are beyond disrespectful and do not care whatsoever about their residents. If I could have, I would have given this property zero stars. Sorry for the long review but I felt everyone should be made aware of this horrendous place.

My apartment flooded from 2nd floor, prior to that I had water damage from air condition twice, before it was found, the apartment had a bad odor, then find black mold in bathroom, bedroom closet, damaged many items. Then after the apartment flooded, they never offered to move me. I couldnt stay in the apartment in those conditions, they said they would let me out my lease, but instead took my deposit and Bill me to the day I took my last item. I had a Hundred Thousand dollars worth of Insurance on their building, lost over $5,000.00 worth of items, I took them to court, they in return file a lawsuit against me, for there water damage where I was paying Hundred Thousand dollars for there building that damaged my stuff. If you have had those problems, please do something about it, so far I have 5 peoples that will be taking them to court.

It was honestly a decent place to live. I lived there for 12 months. Paid every bill on time with a smile on my face. I just got a bill a year and a half later from a collections agency for $510. I was flabbergasted. I left the Belmont with a $0 balance and I shook one of their employees hands. She told me to have a great life. So, I just called the Belmont to see why they never tried to contact me in that year and a half to try and get money if they really thought I owed them money. He didnt have an answer! He had my parents address and my phone number on file. Could have contacted me any of those 500 and some odd days. I think their management is crooked. I think they sent a fake bill to a collection agency to make a profit. They dont have to talk to me now that the bill is at collections. Dont live here if you can help it. Shady ass management. Dont treat the people who pay all of their bills on time like this! Im so lucky I moved out of Montgomery. Also I did get jumped by a group of 5 teenage boys while living there. They cornered me and threw rocks at me. What did the Belmont do? Absolutely nothing. Dont live here. Dont do it. Horrible horrible business. Do. Not. Live. Here.

Any review talking about this place is quiet is a lie. There are literally people outside now and almost every weekend with their music turned excessively loud. Search Belmont on Facebook and Snapchat, they can hire people to make fake reviews but they can’t delete what others post on Facebook.

First when we moved in there were roaches everywhere. People break into the apartments and the maintenance people take forever to fix the broken windows from intruders. Recently someone was shot!! The units have mix matched appliances. The pipes get clogged and feces rise up in the tubs and toilets. There is a constant growth in mold in all bathrooms. Lastly the people in the office are very rude when you ask any questions about your apartment.

Im a college student.. stayed here for a year with no problems! The front(vinyl side) is very quiet. Ms. Anji Winsett- Montano took care of any concerns i had that whole year, she is literally the best! She made my apartment experience very pleasant.
