I love my spacious apartment. I just moved in yesterday. The staff is amazing. They have been so courteous and friendly. I was even greeted at the gate by the entire staff and given a wine cooler and snacks. How awesome is that. Plus they treated me to a free pizza, bread sticks, and a two liter Pepsi from Papa Johns. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. I am so impressed with my whole living experience so far. I am so glad I moved into such a wonderful community.

Very friendly staff that recognizes me and easy to help. The random get togethers with food are delightful and allows me a chance to get to know other people. The place is very spacious and nice but theres a bad roach infestation....... Very large roaches that are in the bathrooms..... Once you kill one another one comes..... This is very unsatisfactory...... Im very terrified of them and it mks me not want to live here anymore!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE COME FUMIGATE!!!!

I recently took a job here in Montgomery and needed a place to live.. so the apartment search began. I know I didnt want to spend over 1k a month so I quickly found out that for that price you were limited to certain areas and amenities.. the first few I looked at looked good in the pictures online but when you arrived it was a completely different story.. then I came across elevate5050. I was pleasantly surprised with the units being updated with nice appliances, the grounds kept up well, a nice pool with an overall good setting. Also elevate had a short term lease that didnt raise the rent and a nice move in special. Now that I have lived here a little while I can comment on my experiences.. after reading other reviews on google I can honestly say that my experience has been the opposite of others.. the staff has been very helpful and has made me feel at home, Dana made moving in very easy and non complicated. I had an issue with the hot water heater and was fixed before I got home from work. Some people want to pay cheap rent and expect luxury resort style living and I get that.. but you get what you pay for. I think you get more then that here and after searching numerous apartments around Montgomery, this apartment complex is the best for the price hands down..great location, competitive pricing and overall I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live, to look into elevate5050.

The staff at Elevate 5050 have been so helpful setting up my new apartment. Everything was so easy. I am new to the area but my fiancé has lived here for over 2 years and has never had any complaints! The staff remember our names and make us feel welcome! They go above and beyond to create amenities that make their residents feel at home!

Horrible horrible horrible.- first of all, it’s over priced- AC is insufficient, we pay over $200 a month and it’s never less than 80 degrees inside and maintenance says the unit is fine- gates don’t work- fitness room is constantly disgusting and only has broken equipment- tanning and sauna areas are completely unsanitary- trash dumpster sits in the parking lot overflowing and stinking up the whole place- courtesy officer never answers their phone and they don’t respond to noise complaints- pool was inoperable during the hottest weeks of the year- staff rarely ever answer the phones and good luck getting a reply to an email- they’ll lose your rent check for TWO MONTHS and then not give you any warning when they find and cash it- maintenance workers are nice, but you have to call multiple times to get something fixed, and then it may not even be done correctly- office hours are very limited- we signed our lease under a promotion and never got the benefit they promised- area with the mailboxes is littered with garbage everywhere- paint on the walls is chippingThere have been THREE different management companies since we’ve been here less than a year, and none have resolved any of these issues.

Spacious apartment and a great location!

Great apartments! The location is nice and very spacious apartments. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance guys come out quickly if you have an issue in your apartment.

My move-in experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! I moved from Columbus, GA and was not able to view the apartment or community prior to move in. The office staff was wonderful with assisting me with pictures and information that I needed! The apartment was ready and clean when I arrived! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Horrible. Since the new management has taken over, they have mess up our bill. TWICE!! Very unprofessional! When you go up there to ask questions or anything they don’t even greet you at the door, they will have you waiting at least 5 minutes before they say something. Take you 1 week to get packages that have been delivered! When you go to ask for packages they tell you that you need your slip to get them, but they have NOT been putting slips in the mailbox! Smh. They really need to do better. I loved the old management! They was professional, quick, and nice! No problem whatsoever, but these new people are not good! I recommended people to stay here & now they hate it!! Sucks!

I have lived in the community for a year. Its quiet and the staff is friendly and professional. I havent had any problems getting anything done when I requested it. I would recommend 5050 Bell to my friends and relatives.

This place has really gone down hill since management change. Ive lived here for a few years now and I will be moving when my new lease is up.I renewed my lease under a promo. Havent received any information in regards to what was promised.The trash compactor has been broken for months with no real solution in sight. Its supposed to be fixed next month. The temp dumpster sits in a parking lot constantly over filled. Trash all on the ground. Not maintained. God forbid you leave trash outside your apt for a few hours before taking it out and boom! They charge you $50.The gate is constantly broken. Whats the point of be paying for a second gate key if its no reason to use it!They recently raised Rent. For what ?!We cant get basic amenities like trash or a security gate.At the end of the day, management gets to go home and not have to live in these conditions.

Okay so this morning as I and a lot of other residents were leaving the property, the gate out would NOT open. At first it was just me then other cars from all directions were lined up trying to get out. It was awful. I really dont see the purpose for the gate. People come and go as they please. There is no security whatsoever with those gates. We are charged too much for rent to not have the gates work properly. There were literally lines and lines of cars waiting to get out this morning. I called emergency maintenance and had to leave a message...unacceptable. Then I called the non-emergency police number to report we were being held hostage by our NON security gate. REDICULOUS!!!! July 31st is my move out date.....thank God!!!!

This is a nice complex for the price, the new company came in and is making steps to elevate the quality of life so to speak...- On your way in and out the gate you can always expect to see a mountain of trash to the right no matter the day of the week. The mountain of trash was a direct result of the compactor being broke, it was later fix but it is not emptied on the regular and to be honest some residence are just lazy and don’t want to take it all the way. Some people just leave it outside their doors for days at a time, I have taken pictures and reported it more than once sadly there is no option to upload pictures on here. There is an increase number of roach sighting in and around my building I guess that is a bi product to the trash.The complex can’t be blamed for this, it’s just the neighbors you may get stuck with for the duration of your lease.- The complex has a high turn over rate, the management and staff has been changed three times in the last five months, for a short while there were using temporary employees. I have had two packages that were delivered to the front desk within the last 30 days that came up missing, no one is mail handler certified but with such a high turn over you would expect instances like this to have quite often.- The new company has been renovating some of the apartments with new carpets, new cupboards and appliances, however the heating and air is old and outdated, the back half of the apartments are always hot, perfect in the winter I am definitely not looking forward to the summer months 🙏.- It is a gated community took them 5 months to get the gate fixed, then a week later it stop working, that can be credited to people tailgating and the gating system is just old and needs to be upgraded.- There has been a number of thief and vehicle break-ins, I was a victim a couple months ago, one of the camera at the gate is broke, the next is angled away from the entrance/exit so it was no help with the police investigation and don’t expect any help from the apartment either.- Like I said in the beginning, it’s a nice complex for the price, I would recommend if you trying to save. Get a P.O Box that would prevent your packages coming up missing. Request pest control at least twice a month in your apartment to keep the roaches on the outside, I can’t advice on the trash situation at the entrance or the measure in place to provide security ie the gate and a working camera system. I hope this was helpful.

Staff is friendly sometimes but they don’t live up to their promises and you are stuck with problems in your apartment that they never fix. I am very unhappy and me and my family can’t wait to get out. Plus, you can hear the people upstairs all the time, not very soundproof.

New management sucks. The new office hours are short. I was transferring to a new building and they only gave me a day to move but wasnt available to give me the keys to the new apartment until after 11 am. And they expected me to be done moving and cleaning by 6 pm. And they have horrible customer service. Im not of fan of Pegasus residential. Bring back MAA

Toward the end my stay here, it changed management. Their communication sucks and they are very unprofessional. By far the worst apartment management Ive ever seen. Dont recommend anyone to stay here. They are extremely overpriced and not worth the money. No security is provided. the gates doesnt work properly and the gym and the pool sucks.

The newly rennovated apartments are beyond beautiful and I highly recommend people come out and rent with them but Due to the unfortunate events thay happened last year in october with my apartment I decided to give this establisment 4 stars. The reason for 4 stars is because of management. Since I have been a teneant at Elevate 5050, management has been beyond supportive, nice and respectful in my decisions when it comes down to them and I thank them for that.

My 2nd time living here and they are even better than the first time. Very friendly staff and maintenance team!!

Rude and ridiculously inattentive management - SADLY BAD!

UPDATE: No more required bulk cable plan which is great. Unfortunately, maintenance is still slow. Excited for other renovations in the coming months.ORIGINAL: Just moved in a week ago. Im paying for a utility that I neither want nor use, which I was told I could opt out of before moving in (cable), increasing the effective rent to more than expected. A lot of the amenities are going under renovations soon, but currently theres a broken gate, lackluster fitness area, and broken trash compactor. Maintenance is nice, but can take from a few hours to a few weeks to fix to issues (both sinks still leaking since day 1). On the plus side these are all problems that should be relatively easy to fix.

Awful customer serviceSince they have taken over this apartment complex customer service has gone downhill. They appear to be nice at first. They dont replace appliances that no longer work. My mom is disabled and I am temporarily disabled due to a work related injury and they just charged us a $50.00 fee for leaving trash bags at the bottom of the stairs to the trash can. I went into the rent office to explain that my mom and I cant climb the stairs to the only garbage can in the community ( which isnt handicap accessible) and the manager refused to remove the fee and told me that they have to treat everyone the same due to fair housing. Needless to say I will be contacting a lawyer. If youre disabled this isnt the community for you. The manager was so rude. Rent at your own risk.

Nice apartment size but the workers are extremely lazy and the leasing office managers/employees have not communicated new policies and procedures with the residents. Untrained and unprofessional. The previous Paddock Clubs management had orders completed the same day if not the very next day. I am saddened that our old management is no longer with our community to ensure residents are satisfied. Ashley was the reason I chose the beautiful Paddock Club. She was so helpful and kept us informed on ALL changes to our community. Newly named, 5050 bell, have not tended to my work order in 9 days. I have 4 waiting. They are Slow and unprofessional. But make sure you pay your rent on time:)

Ridiculous.....over priced...the gates are ALWAYS broke....they went up on my rent in the middle of my lease agreement.....and theyTOLD me to cancel my whole insurance policy that I had with their partners (I paid up 6 months in advance) to go with someone else they wanted me to go with.

Awful bunch at the front office. Not helpful at all, lied about me PAYING for an upstairs apartment after a follow up. Ended up giving me a downstairs apartment just to make the sale. Lived there for a year.
