The apartments are good its the office staff so rude,this will be a better place if they choose who to put in the office all I see on the reviews are really about the staff the water is shut off every other day we dont complain if you one dau late and I mean one day they call and put a note on your door cooperate needs to hire better management if you dont like a bad attitude then this isnt the place

You can live somewhere much better for the price. Maintenance don’t get me started, the staff is rude, the property and the living conditions aren’t great at all. They literally just throw stuff together. And the so called amenities have never been accessible even pre-covid. There’s supposed to be a locked gate but that’s a lie. Someone’s car was sat on fire in the parking lot, how safe is that smh DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

As soon as my lease is upat this apartment complex I WILL NOT BE RENEWING. Been having problems with the AC unit Since we moved out here, well first it was the Heat cause we moved here in December when you call emergency maintenance no one comes you call the office no one answers and when they do they say they will submit the issue to higher office once a Mainteince tech comes but hell we never get one in result of this AC issue that they seem to not fix we are stuck with a 540.00 power bill! The money you pay for rent is not worth the apartments we are in. Everything needs a update!! I would not recommend this place to a dog.

If you’re contemplating to live here, DON’T. Felicia Franklin, the Property Manager is so unprofessional and rude. I’ve had problems with my townhome ever since I moved in and their solutions are to pocket the money you pay full rent for. I just had a water flood in BOTH of my bathrooms and she doesn’t care about mold being in my bathroom ceiling prior to previous water damage before. DON’T LIVE HERE.

Nice apartments. The staff has always been polite and helpful. Since being here weve had some drain/piping issues but maintenance was very responsive to our issue. I felt safe here. My only issue is the model we were shown was NOT what we got. NO LIGHTS OR CEILING FANS in the bedrooms or living room. Like no light fixtures at all we had to buy lamps and so did two of our neighbors. Also our rent compared to our neighbors and the online price are 3 drastically different prices.

Had so many issues with this place and barely been here 3 months. My floors are terrible and I’ve sent in pictures and still nothing has been done! Called today 45 minutes after they opened to let them know there was a burning smell coming from my AC and that my AC has gone out, they said it would be a minute because maintenance has to pick ground today! Waited for hours and nothing, called again and their response pretty much was “I informed maintenance but I’ll let them know again”! Still nothing has been done! It’s above 82 degrees inside my place! I’m counting down the days until my lease is up!

Excellent location right next to two exits to i-85. Easy walk to several restaurants, banks, and a dollar store. However, maintenance is often slow to respond. For instance, after renovation to the gym it took a good 8 months to fix an issue where the treadmills would short out mid-run. Trash and litter tend to pile up around the mail area because they dont empty the can often enough.Pricing is reasonable and includes trash, pest, and water. Staff are pleasant.

Its a nice place. They just need to fix the road coming into the complex

These guys are crooks . I am now being charged for an application fee and send to collections for something I have never been involved in. Do not trust this company with your personal information.

Its a bit pricey for the way it looks which is not bad but its not all that for how much youre paying.

Unprofessional, unpleasant, rude staff. Worthless maintenance. Poor environment to live in.
